Only downside is that the restaurant is pretty bad... poor service and food that is reheated from a freezer to just about warm with watered down ketchup. Definitely need to go further afield for good food as the other local options also aren't great in the evenings. I also recommend that you get lots of water at the supermarket because they provide two water bottles which dont last very long.
- Jason (10/5): - The hotel is nice, clean, the pool area is really nice, the staff are great and it is affordable. It is on the airport runway but it’s surprisingly not that noisy. I did not have any issues with plane noise. But it is in an area with not much of interest. You can walk to Five Cays beach, distance isn’t bad, just along some busy roads and sidewalks are dodgy. They have a shuttle to Grace bay daily. For the price it’s worth it. Uber would make it a great deal.

The réceptionnist at 1pm told me the reservation has been changed for July 1st and I should receive a confirmation email. I didn’t receive it. I checked my spam and everything. The small poor outside our room wasn’t clean. The restaurant connected to the hotel opened at 9am for breakfast which most restaurants starts at 7am.

No apologies - Once we got to our room we realized we had a tv that wouldn’t work and an ac unit that made loud noises. After attempting many times to call, with no answer, they finally answered. A rep came up to assess and never called back with a solution. Again, we made several attempts to find out their solution with no answer. This went on and on for an hour or so. Finally after demanding to change rooms because they were obviously not going to fix the problems in our current room, they moved us. We repacked and lugged our big bags up two flights of stairs as there were no elevators. Once there, that tv had issues which needed fixed. Grateful that we had only one night here. It was next to the runway and in a seedy area. Never an apology from anyone. They seemed very put out if anything.

- Jeanine (4/5): - The free roundtrip transport to beach was horrible. the driver left us in the area of beach but said we had to find it. then he cut the pick up time by an hour just to have us waiting for an hour at the area where he left us and it got dark. he said he had iver slept. told him we will speak to his boss and his boss was MIA for the rest of our trip. The staff didnt know about anything surrounding hotel or anything else. They work therebone would think they would hear or know ofplaces to go for the tourists. Food choices was limited and all was expensive. NY prices.I will return to the island but not to that hotel.
- PA2010_10 (2/5): Better Experiences to be had - We were to spend 4 nights at this "hotel" over New Years and had purchased trip insurance. Our flight was delayed and then cancelled when we were on the runway due to an engine malfunction. They could not guarantee another flight, so our trip was over before it started. We immediately contacted this "hotel" and told them about the issue and that we needed to cancel our reservation, which had been booked through expedia/hotels.com. We had 3 phone conversations with them after this saying they could not cancel the reservation until it was cancelled through hotels.com, which didn't make sense as we had contacted them too. Our last call was with Debbie Serju-Williams (please note she works for the Best Western which is tied to this hotel). She was unpleasant, rude and hung up on my husband. We contacted expedia and again explained the situation. The expedia representative directly contacted Debbie and she was also hung up on. Hotels.com/Expedia did not end up honoring our insurance and this hotel has completely ignored us. Hotels.com/Expedia are well aware of the issues with this lodging. We asked if we could have a credit for a future stay as we come to T&C every year. Still nothing. Now seeing the most recent reviews we may have avoided a complete nightmare stay. We contacted Larry Cuculic (CEO & President of BWH Hotels (SureStay) regarding the issues with Debbie/the "hotel". No response.

- Freddy (8/5): - Staff was very helpful. If you don't have any car rented , hotel provide a free shutter service to Grace bay beach (ask at the reception). I took the service with my family the first day and it was good. Shutter service is also available at the hotel to the airport. Area around the property is poor. Property is located on the old airport road which looks abandoned. However, it is walking distance from Smart supermarket.

The ice busket had remnants of rotted fish for the entire period. The initil room given the ac was non functional. The pool jaccuzi was non functional anf the laundry was also non functional apparently awaiting parts. Basic things like water was not provided and clean glasses as well.Had to ask on occasion. Few othwr issues that would not get in detail with but, all around would never stay here again.traveled at a very costly time as well so was very disappointed.

- Micheal (2/5): - absolutely terrible place to stay at unfriendly service not clean. The bed feels like it is from the 1940s as well as the pillows. I ended up cutting myself in six places on the rosebush trees that they have right the bleeding and I let someone know and they said all that’s too bad goes on highly recommended. You don’t go to this country unless you have unlimited pockets and your expectations are very low but if you do go to this country, do not stay at this place. It is terrible.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Booked a queen room with a balcony and pool view. Was given a windowless room in a corridor. Was charged an additional $100 for incidentials and was told that it would take at least a week to have that deposit returned, this is a one night stay. The hotel shuttle to the airport is $5/person and seems to only operate at certain times. I messaged about the differing room type over what was booked and did not receive a response. Only okay, not great, if you need an inexpensive option close to the airport.
- alisonl353 (2/5): Cockroaches and terrible customer service - We stayed at this hotel as a last minute option because our flight was canceled. Check in was painfully slow even though no one else was there. When we got our room it was large and appeared to be clean but had a terrible mildew smell. Within a hour of being in the room we saw cockroaches in and around the drawers in the main room. I quickly went to the front desk to let them know. They argued with me and told me they had just fumigated and that I was wrong. One of the workers also told me to lower my voice even though I wasn’t raising my voice which was infuriating but I walked away because obviously nothing was going to be done. Later on, we saw another cockroach in the bathroom. It was smaller than the others but still yuck. See picture. On top of everything the gate beside our room banged against the wall all night long which kept waking our kids. Finally I got fed up and went out to ask the guy to stop banging the gate that it was waking our children and he yelled at me that it wasn’t him. This was the same man who told me to lower my voice was now raising his voice to me. I was so frustrated between the noise, the cockroaches in our room and the disrespect, I was done. I sent my husband out to deal with them. After that, it seemed like they made an effort to not slam the gate but it still happened all night. I write this as warning, don’t plan to get a good rest at this hotel or at least not in room 101. The air conditioner is the loudest I’ve ever heard, the gate slams anytime someone walks through it and the knowledge that there are cockroaches in the room makes it impossible to sleep not to mention the strong mildew smell. The disrespect of the staff and the lack of customer service just add to the terrible experience. Oh a just an FYI don’t rely on the shuttle, we heard the receptionist telling another guest that the shuttle could not pick them up because there was too much traffic, which was laughable because we had just arrived from the airport and there was zero traffic. Don’t expect anything extra / inclusion from this hotel. The customer service is TERRIBLE I not big on leaving reviews but this has to be documented.
- cindygh (6/5): Airport hotel stay - We stayed here just the night before our flight home, as we needed one additional night on island & price was reasonable & reviews were descent. When we arrived, we were greeted at front desk, by a mostly friendly staff. The hotel was empty, but even making a comment about having luggage, she put us upstairs with no elevators & in a building away from the pools ( only amenities). The room was 100 degrees & she didn’t put on air conditioning or tell us how, we found the remote eventually & it did work. The “free breakfast” didn’t exist, but you can buy breakfast- no prices on menu. Ending up pretty expensive, even charged for water. But it was better than I thought it would be. The main pool was clean & a nice area, however no towels at pool. The “free” shuttle to airport was only at 7:15 am & 10:30 am - any other times they charged you $5.00 per person. It is essentially a reasonable priced place for only one night stay - I would not recommend staying there for your vacation.

- 1Bluffton (2/5): Horrible experience would not reschedule due to Hurricane Milton Category 5 Hurricane & No Refund if cancelled! - Awful - Terrible - Atrocious People. Never Again, Warning to all who would rent from this company. We booked this resort prior to Hurricane Helene on September 17, 2024. We contacted Naples Florida Vacation Homes, LLC to check on the resort & staff after hurricane to make sure everyone was safe and property was still in good condition for our vacation. We were assured they were unscathed & it was business as usual. When Hurricane Milton started to approach the area in Friday 10/4/24, we contacted them again and were told it was still business as usual. On Saturday 10/5/2024 as Hurricane Milton had become a category 3 hurricane, we contacted them again to see if we could reschedule our trip until their first available date after the hurricane had passed. We were told that they would reschedule us, but there would be no refund for our current stay and they would not apply any of the funds to our rescheduled stay. We could cancel if we chose, but there would be no refund, that is their policy. They suggested we come to the resort & they would move us to a more inland property further from the ocean. On Sunday 10/6/2024 we contacted them again as Hurricane Milton was now a record dangerous hurricane category 5 and voluntary evacuations had started. We passed power trucks heading to staging areas to assist first responders after the hurricane while driving home to SC. We tried again to reschedule or cancel our trip. Their response did not change - No Refunds! If we cancelled our trip, we would forfeit the entire amount we paid for our vacation. Monday morning Hurricane Milton Category 5 with mandatory evacuation of 51 counties in Florida and Naples Florida Vacation Homes, LLC still refused to have any compassion, refused to refund any of our money. We cancelled our vacation and lost all of the money we had saved to take this vacation. We are sorry we did not look further into this company (Naples Vacation Homes, LLC) prior to making our reservation and paying in full up front of our trip. Yelp review were one star & said if they could give less than one star they would. Our experience is the same - Less than 1/2 star.

We had to keep saying we are from the us we never been here before. IT felt like they just wanted us to know stuff on our own. IT just was unpleasant experience. I was getting bit up so bad they told me IT was mosquitos i slept on a chair. I just felt so uncomfortable
