- Willette (9/5): Quick stay - The room was clean and the bed comfortable. They are making upgrades. Work was happening in the room next to me. I went down for breakfast at 9a and there wasn't any hot food remaining and staff didn't put any more out.

- Susan (10/5): - Very friendly staff. I was greeted with popcorn, warm cookies and chilled bottled water. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was well stocked. My room stayed cool. My only complaint was the water temperature would only go above warm. If you like a hot shower you won’t have one there. The breakfast was very good and fresh. There was a good variety of hot choices as well as the famous hotel yogurt.

The representatives were awesome, professional, friendly and helpful. The whole building was clean, smelled clean and the rooms were comfortable.? That it was so beautiful and accommodating and that I couldn’t stay longer. 😅🤣🤣

The room was clean and what I have come to expect with Home2, yet the bed in the room was awful. It had a huge suken place in it and needs to be upgraded. Staff is friendly, except for night guy. He doesn't offer much in the way of help unles you ask. Doesn't seem to enjoy his job much. I stay at Home2 by Hilton in many states. Most are great to excellent. The location I would give a 5. The day staff a 5. Night guy a 3. Bed a 1. Room a 4. Carpets in the hotels halls a 1. Places to eat close a 5.

I didn't get the young lady name, it was around between 1:00 to 3:00pm can't remember the exact time, on Friday a Caucasian young lady was placing cookies in the tray, didn't have the most pleasant attitude toward me, asked a question her response very nice nasty. - 141camelliah (8/5): Discounts means terrible rooms - I typically stay here once a week when I’m in town. Most of the issues are minimal so I never complain. Last night, I discovered my microwave didn’t work. I was going to use the hot plate to warm my food. It didn’t work. So I called the front desk and she told me to come down and use the microwave. I didn’t want to do that at 12am but hey I needed to eat. Then the refrigerator started making my noise, which I reported this morning before checking out. So the manager calls me, ask what the issues were, kept me on hold;I guess she went to check the room, she got back on and said since i had a discount there’s nothing she can do. So basically since i have a discount, my experience is null and void. I really hate that because regardless of a discount. I’m still a gold member.

- robert (2/5): - My wife and I recently stayed at your property for the first time, reserving two suites for our stay from Feb 21 – Feb 23. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations, and we were left thoroughly disappointed by the condition of the hotel and the level of service provided. As frequent travelers, we are accustomed to staying in a variety of motels and hotels, and while we understand that issues can arise, we expect a certain standard for the price we paid for our suites. Below are the specific issues we encountered during our stay: 1. Inadequate Number of Carts: There were not enough carts available for guest use, resulting in my 66-year-old husband having to use a desk chair to transport heavy items (2 suitcases, 3 tote bags, and an ice chest) from the car to our room. This was both unsafe and inconvenient. 2. Window Shade Motor Issue: The window shade motor in our room was faulty and would not lower. This led to maintenance having to enter our room with a ladder, remove the shade cover, and manually lower the shade to a fixed position for privacy. Unfortunately, this did not allow us the option to adjust the shade during the day. The motor covering was left in the corner of the room, creating an unsightly and unfinished appearance. 3. Broken Privacy Divider Door: The spring on the privacy (divider) door was broken, causing the door to be positioned too far inside. We requested this be fixed, and maintenance

I didn't like chilling air from the vent in the hallway when walked into the front door. I didn't understand why. It was too difficult to locate address and also, it was weird where front entrance was at the hotel.

The front desk agent,Mars, was very helpful and accommodating. There are several eating establishments within walking distance of the hotel. The channel selection on the TV was the worst part about my stay.

I was unable to sleep & am intensely allergic to pet dander. Highly disappointed that people who have allergies are not take into consideration. I am a former owner of pets and did not allow them to share my sleeping space because of my allergies. Toilets are too low for older adults who like myself & my husband suffer from osteoarthritis in both knees; it was very painful using the restroom. So glad I didn’t bring our 98 year old aunt to this establishment. Home2Suites will not be considered for our 2025 Family Reunion in Hattiesburg because of this reason. I spent 9 sleepless nights & was miserable! ☹️☹️☹️
- alex (6/5): - Stayed in room 341 and the hotel should be ashamed of the dirty office chair in that room. So many visible stains on the seat and the whole foam ripped off the arm piece. It’s so gross. Please throw this chair away, as it makes the whole room feel like it’s dirtier than it really is. The room would feel a lot cleaner without this office chair in there at all. Other than that… The check in girl was real nice, the breakfast was decent, and the room was large.

The staff were really friendly and helpfull. my Husband and I stayed for four nights; our room wasn't cleaned once. the coffee pods we used were not replaced once, we had to go get them ant the front desk. the towels were not replaced,

- Verified traveler (2/5): Unclean Stay - I was unaware that pets were allowed to stay. My room had a very offensive pet odor. I think there should be certain rooms designated for people with pets. I love pets but I prefer them outside because of my allergies. And just in general the room had a lot hair in the restroom and it wasn’t clean! The walls are wallpaper and the bathroom wallpaper next to the toilet was horrible!

- Dorota (9/5): That was 3rd or 4th yearly stay on our trip to and from Florida. - We all are human, meaning not perfect. There was a problem with sheets in our room and receptionist took care of it with super speed. 100% satisfied with solving the problem. Kitchen - ALWAYS very clean, all plates, cups, utensils and cookware are clean, looks new. AMAZING :) The signs of the hotel aging overall but still very clean, welcoming and FRIENDLY. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder's screw wasn't tighten enough so it fell. we let it on the counter so it can be repaired.
