Jajecznica z proszku . Jajka sadzone nie zawsze świeże- odgrzewane . Mała ilość warzyw . Pomidory przez cały pobyt koktajlowe nie zawsze wyglądające apetycznie . Typowe śniadanie włoskie o standardzie niższym niż w innych krajach. Poza tym nic więcej. Cena raczej wysoka ale oferowany metraż większy.

- Jil (10/5): - Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit gutem Essen. Bei allen drei Mahlzeiten gab es ein abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Es gab auch ein Grill-Abend, was uns sehr geschmeckt hat. Kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder. Das Verhalten einiger Gäste
- Ruth (5/5): - Das frische Omlette zum Frühstück und die Rooftop-Bar. Top gepflegter Strand. Die Liegen am Pool und geräumige Zimmer. Eintöniges Frühstück mit lauter Musik, trockene Brötchen, Brioche wurden höchstens einmal stündlich aufgefüllt, Kaffeeautomat macht Tassen nur halbvoll, Kellner begrüßen Gäste nicht zum Frühstück, kühle, sachliche Begrüßung bei der Anreise an der Rezeption, 3- oder 4-köpfigen Familien wurden jeweils nur 2 Liegen und 1 Schirm zugewiesen. Die Rezeption hat lediglich an den zuständigen Strandservice verwiesen, an den man sich wenden sollte. Bei einem 5* Hotel muss sich das Hotelpersonal um die Angelegenheit kümmern. Leider kein Handtuchservice für Pool oder Strand. Es lösen sich Fliesen am Poolboden.

- Thomas (1/5): Nie mehr wieder dieses Hotel. Hat maximal 2 Sterne verdient und das ist schon großzügig. - Das einzige, was mir hier gefallen hat, war mein bequemes Bett, in dem ich gut geschlafen habe. In diesem Fall möchte ich mir die Zeit nehmen eine ausführliche Bewertung zu schreiben. Vorab, ich gebe gesamt nur einen Stern, und den auch nur weil die Betten bequem waren und ich gut geschlafen habe. Der Rest war eines 5-Stern Hotels absolut nicht würdig. Bereits der Parkplatz ist hinter dem Hotel, kein Asphalt sondern Schotter, was natürlich besonders gut ist, wenn man einen schweren Koffer zu ziehen hat, geschweige denn der Dreck, wenn es einmal länger regnet. Betritt man die Hotellobby kommt einem gleich der Geruch von Chlor entgegen (keine Ahnung, ob es aggressive Putzmittel sind oder der Geruch vom darunterliegenden Wellnessbereich) – ist auch egal, so etwas geht für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht! Die Zimmer, wie bereits erwähnt, solide, schön, sauber, bequemes Bett. Das alleine macht für mich aber lange noch kein 5-Stern-Hotel aus. Service war mit einem Wort - miserabel oder gar nicht vorhanden. Es gibt einzelne wenige bemühte, sympathische Mitarbeiter:innen hier, die sind jedoch klar in der Unterzahl. Eine bereits etwas ältere blonde Dame beim Empfang ist eher angsteinflößend als sympathisch und behilflich. Wir wurden beim Check-out nicht einmal gefragt, ob wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren. Das ist das erste Mal überhaupt, dass mir so etwas passiert ist. Vielleicht wusste sie aber auch schon meine Antwort darauf und wollte sie einfach nicht hören. Wir hatten Frühstück mitgebucht – ganz schwerer Fehler. Ich habe hier kein Frühstück gegessen. Warum? Erstmal ist hier ein Lärmpegel jenseits der Lautstärke einer überfüllten Bahnhofshalle (die meisten Gäste benehmen sich auch so wie dort). Es herrscht Chaos und Hektik. Man muss schon mal lange suchen bis man findet, was man möchte, wenn es nicht gerade ausgegangen ist. Ausgegangen sind auch schnell die IKEA Kaffeetassen für den Kaffeeautomaten, bei dem man sich lange anstellen musste. Service an den Tisch? Fehlanzeige. Warum auch bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel oder? - mariannanana (5/5): Bibione war sehr schön - aber das waren nichtmal 4 Sterne - Zimmer sind groß, es gibt einen kleinen Essbereich und einen schönen Balkon (im alten Gebäude). Der Pool ist schön & der Strand auch also das Frühstück - ich sags mal so: der Lidl ist nicht weit entfernt und war Weltspitze. Wenn nicht die Küchenausstattung ebenso unterirdisch gewesen wäre, dann hätten wir tatsächlich auch das verwenden können. Zum Abwaschen der zwei Teller, 4 Gläser und 1 Messer gab es leider nichts - aber das 5 Sterne Hotel borgt einem hier auch nichts - und man kann es auch nicht reinigen lassen. Bitte lt Personal: entsprechendes Equipment selber mitnehmen. Kidsclub gibt es aber da wollte kein Kind sein & die Animation hat sitzend animiert. Beim Indoorpool bei den Fliesen aufpassen damit man sich nicht schneidet

- Ionut (10/5): Un sejur și o vacanță frumoasă! - A fost totul minunat,de la personal până la prioritatea în sine.Piscinile sunt un plus pentru familie cu copii și barul cu panoramă de pe acoperiș un plus pentru adulți ! Micul dejun din păcate nu este de 5 stele și nici specific italienesc.
- Olga und Niklas (10/5): - Der Whirlpool war super, die Suite war gross und auch sauber und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Man kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen für Familien. Essen war auch gut.
- Chantal (4/5): Ich bin leider sehr entäuscht von einem 5 Sterne Hotel und werde dieses leider kein 2tes mal mehr besuchen. - Das Zimmer war groß und sehr schön eingerichtet (junior suit) der ober kellner war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (schwarzer anzug) Die Parkplätze sind zu eng und zu wenig vorhanden (Parkschäden sind hier vorprogrammiert) wir hatten einen Fall. Das Essen ist sehr Fisch lastig, für italien waren die nudelgerichte sehr entäuschend, das Buffet war ebenfalls sehr enteuschend vom geschmack bis zur auswahl und dem serviece. Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend es wird nicht oft bis garnicht nachgefüllt die Zeiten der Essensausgabe sind nicht eingehalten worden bis 11 uhr frühstück ab 9:30 gab es offt sehr viel nicht mehr. Das service personal sollte ebenfalls geschult werden. Der gast sollte seinen Tisch wenn die Service kraft etwas verschüttet nicht selber putzen müssen, nur ein sorry und papiertücher find ich nicht außreichend für 5 Sterne. Am Pool sind zu wenig Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Das Kinderprogramm am abend und untertags ist auch sehr minimalistisch gehalten.
- Patrick (10/5): TOP - Wir kommen seit Jahren nach Bibione und waren schon in sehr vielen Hotels, dieses ist mit Abstand eines der besten. Perfekt für Familien. Sauber, mit sehr leckerem Essen. Strand ist ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, Außenpool und Hallenschwimmbad gibt es auch. Nichts
- Károly (4/5): Becsapás. - Alapvetően semmi. Becsapás volt 5 csillagos szállodának nevezni. Ez egy kisgyermekes aparthotel. Nincs ajtó a zuhanyzóban. A WC-egy vékony üvegajtóval lehet elválasztani a nappalitól. Így az intimitás teljesen hiányzik. A reggeli alsó középosztályos 3 csillagosnál felel meg. Nincs határa a tengerparttal, sokat kell gyalogolni. Ez csak kisgyermekeseknek lehet esetleg jó, pároknak - főleg idősebb pároknak - egyáltalán nem: zajos, giccses, igénytelen. Azt alig tudták felvállalni, hogy indulás előtt jégakkut fagyasszanak a gyógyszereimhez. Hatalmas csalódás.
- Mia (10/5): Sehr gut - Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Der Stand ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, so wie das Zentrum. Poolanlage mit Kinderpool und separaten Pool für Erwachsene. Haben mit Halbpension gebucht und uns hat’s geschmeckt. Logisch, wer denkt jeden Tag immer Pizza, Spaghetti Bolognese und Lasagne zu finden, ist fehl am Platz. Trotzdem findet man tatsächlich Pizza immer beim Frühstück. Dass es bei vollem Haus ein paar Minuten dauern kann bis nachgefüllt wird, ist auch verständlich und vor allem menschlich. Personal war auch immer nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne wieder kommen. Was uns etwas gestört hat, war das Benehmen von einigen Gästen, die sich so benommen haben als ob sie seit Wochen nichts zum Essen bekommen haben.

- Elaine (9/5): Friendly staff, comfortable room, close to the beach. - Comfortable room, friendly staff, next to the beach with your own allocated sun loungers. Nice pool area. Roof top bar is a bonus. Comprehensive breakfast. The only down side was lack of privacy in the bathroom area of the room and our room had a balcony that offered no privacy from balconies nearby.

- Kristina (5/5): Very overpriced for such a poor experience - Some rooms are renovated and look ok, although open bathroom design and thin glass door to toilet is a big question as it doesn’t provide for any privacy. Rooftop bar is the highlight of the hotel. Overall it’s quite shabby. Creepy faded clown in the pool, outdated spa zone. Food in the restaurant is very plain and boring with limited choice. “Fresh” vegetables never looked fresh. Booking says it’s a 5star hotel, but even on the building itself there are only 4 stars.
- Vincent (7/5): Good - The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated and large enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. On the beach, each room has a reserved deck chair and the beach was maintained daily. The mistake is that Booking describes this hotel on their website as a 5 star hotel, but in reality it is a 4 star resort. With a 5 star hotel you expect a certain level of service, which was certainly not the case with this hotel. For example, you are only given beach towels at the beginning of your stay and we only had bottled water in the room at the beginning and the mini bar was empty. We were also bothered by the lack of cutlery at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waiters would have been more efficient if they had served only a few tables. Here, however, you ordered a drink from one, another brought it to you and a third cleaned up the used dishes. However, there were times during lunch or dinner when no one came to your table to ask what you wanted to drink, so you had to catch a waiter to get your drink. It even happened to us that we ordered water and didn't get it, even after asking the waiter again.
