Había un poco de olor de humedad en la habitación, dejamos la puerta abierta un rato con el aire acondicionado y ya se quitó bastante, la caja fuerte no funcionaba.

• Amy (9/5): Magisch! Echt boeken!!! - Magische plek! Heeeeeerlijk (niet hard) bed!!! Heerlijk ontbijt! En in de ochtend tijdens het ontbijt de mooiste vogels voorbij zien vliegen!! Oh en super goede locatie op loopafstand van winkeltjes en restaurantjes! Het heeft geen raam (naar buiten) maar dit was voor ons niet storend!

• Andy DBvr (8/5): - Leuk hotel, iets buiten het centrum maar nog steeds op wandelafstand. Mooie ruime kamer met idem badkamer. Hotel beschikt eveneens over een restaurant waar je lekker kan ontbijten en genieten van een lunch/avondmaal. Kamers zijn iets te donker wegens ontbreken van een raam.

Cheap and easy to use At first the lack of a window was disconcerting but soon forgot about it

The patio where the restaurant is and where they serve food is amazing. I didn't like that the wifi and satellites stopped working when we needed it the most. The staff was accommodating and let us stay in the lobby to use their wifi. This was not comfortable for us though as we would have wanted to stay in the room and do our research.

They answered questions we had and the service was great. The food was so good. Overall a nice place for couples to spend a night. There was no hot water that was one downfall.

• Jacky Donovan (8/5): Fantastic location - Comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the guy on reception who speaks English. I speak only a little Spanish so he made my life easy. The location is fabulous. I loved sitting on the terrace with a drink and a book and enjoying the view. The wifi was poor in the room but good on the terrace. The room is dark as it has no outside light. The cupboard where you could store clothes was a beautiful piece of furniture but semlled musty.

Me habría gustado quedarme más. - La atención excelente, el lugar precioso, la historia de la mecedora muy interesante, la vista del lago hermosa, muy rica la comida del restaurante, los meseros personas muy serviciales. El pueblo me encantó, su historia muy interesante y hermosa su catedral. No sabría que podría indicar que mejoren pues me sentí muy bien.

• Jason (7/5): Pleasant - Nice place. Very helpful guy in reception 👏👏 the bedroom room was a little too dark for me personally and felt claustrophobic a little. The lighting in room isn’t the best. Furniture wasn’t exactly boutique, more old fashioned. Comfortable bed. Overall, a pretty pleasant stay. Not geared up for English tourists and menus are not in English. There appeared to be a lot of English speaking there. Only gentleman who could speak English was on desk. But that’s not their fault as we don’t speak Spanish.

The amount of mosquitoes in the entire facility made it very hard to stay outside and enjoy the views and hang out. The Internet wasn't excellent as stated and different passwords were needed to stay connected for the outside & room area. The television didn't work at all and the washroom didn't have fans which made the room misty and smelly.

Delicious menu, comfortable beds with air conditioning, a strong Wi-Fi. The most modern of comforts while still being hundreds of years in the past! Love it.
• Kevin (9/5): - It's an absolutely beautiful property with an incredible view. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. There's a restaurant that is amazing with a full bar. The food was delicious you sit out on a big patio overlooking the lake. Can't think of a single thing!

Our experience; we had a storm on our dinner time, the staff make sure we were taken care, provide us with coffee and were very attend to our needs. Once the storm passed, they make sure we had warm food. I cannot express how safe and welcoming they make us feel. The rooms are beautiful and roomy, everything was clean and well taken care off.

We travelled to a Spanish speaking country with Google translate as our only access to Spanish and everyone was very courteous and helpful.

Don’t count on it! 2) The TV channels did not work, either. 3) The shower gel & shampoo smells horribly and has an oily texture. Best to bring your own! 4) Bath towels- were not crispy white and only found 2 & 1 hand towel. We bathed in evening and then reused wet towels in the morning! I will not be selecting Casa 1800 hotel Suchitoto again.
