• Georgina (Gigi) (8/5): Great value for money and location. Safe. Friendly. Helpful staff. - The room was extremely spacious, had suitable air conditioning, a nice view, a large and very comfortable bed, a great desk, and a large fridge. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and efficient after the check-in stage was over. It took a while longer than the check-in time to be checked in, so that needs to be updated on their page to manage guests' expectations, as it clashes with guests' check-out times. The toilet didn't flush properly. Other than that, I had an extremely positive experience and would highly recommend! I wish that I could have stayed there longer.

• Martin (2/5): Very small room and not well maintained - This was not a pleasant experience although I was allowed an early check in since I was staying a very short time. I did get a smaller room for the same price. The place lacks maintenance. The drain at the shower was clogged and thus the whole floor flooded.

• Jade (10/5): A Trip to Chinese Embassy - The staff are friendly. The room is wide and the bed is comfy. The bathroom is clean. The location is perfect. There are many mosquitoes and ants. No refrigerator. No free slippers. There are few electrical outlets. No list of contact numbers of the reception.
• Haoting (1/5): Not good and I left early, and I want to change the leaving time is earlier but the hotel refuse my application - This hotel can not speak English can the the gate is so small can not be found. The reception just one people to solve all problem. And the reception is not 24hours, they will close on 10pm. But the room is big. That is advantage of this hotel. But the decoration of hotel is old and not good. And the soundproofing is not good. When I was sleep I can heard about cleaning of the staff of hotel to clean other room, and normally I can heard about somebody talking about in another room. Improve the soundproofing. Make the reception international. Put a new advertising board of the name of hotel. Bigger and clear. Let the passengers find the hotel easy.

• Yoon (1/5): !!! BED BUG!!! Dirty Air conditioner - Bed BUG Alert!!!!!!!! I got bitten by BED BUGS here!!!!! Bug followed me to my home after! If you want to see hell. Stay in the hotel. No elevator, you need to carry your luggage. Staffs don’t speak English. AC is very dirty. I got cold immediately after using their AC!!!!!!!! Please save your money and time!

• Waldemar (8/5): Location - Hotel at only essential basic standard but well located in central Bangkok. 7/11shop and food at arm's length. May need to wait for taxi but major Rachada Road with MRT trains and Praram 9 shopping complex within easy walk. Hotel is very hard to spot from the street.
• Richard (10/5): A pleasant stay in a good location, and very good value for money. - The first room they gave me was not quiet, so I changed it for another room. Everything was fairly minimal but good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and would go back because it's such good value for money. The location was very convenient, close to many local street vendors and to Fortune Town shopping center. It could do with a self-contained shower unit, but the one in the bathroom was fine so long as it wasn't turned full on.

• Yogi (10/5): I think its just a great, value for money place to stay. - The thing i like about this hotel was the fact the Soi was in the middle of the community, you are living with the Thai's, 24 hour shops and food places, so as the day cooled, you can get food, its 5 minute walk to MRT Rama 9 which means in 20 minutes you can be anywhere in BKK, and there is so much shopping around you, with Central Plaza for money exchange on the 6th floor, and Fortune Town with everything. There is a large Lotus Super store also. So this Hotel is great value, in the middle of everything. It is also a 5 minute walk to Jodds Fair night market, the Best in BKK. Really there was nothing that I didn't like and would stay again when in BKK.
• Janek (9/5): Superb - Nice room with huge balcony and very friendly staff. Prices for scooter rental or tuktuk transfer are reasonable. Can recommend to stay here a lot. I was assigned a room with city view and without balcony at first. But after rechecking with the staff I could change to the category I had booked.

• Mike (8/5): Solid budget hotel in a pretty good location - The hotel itself is about what you'd expect for $20 a night (at time of writing). It's not the Ritz, but it's clean and comfortable enough. Though make sure to get a room that doesn't face the street because it can get noisy. Where the hotel shines, though, is its location. It's on a busy enough street that there's always good food nearby and a 7-11 across the street from supplies. It's also less than a ten minute walk from the nearest MRT station and another five from a huge night market. Definitely worth the stay if you don't mind budget accommodations.

Even though there is no free breakfast, there is free coffee, tea and cookies available in the reception area. As the street in front of the hotel is quite busy, the traffic noise can be disturbing (not the hotel's fault though). I recommend this place.
• ka yu (8/5): 很暖心的服務 - 隔音比較不好，外面有車經過就會很吵，而且房間比較少，我和朋友兩個行李箱不可以同時打開，酒店是沒有電梯的，不過你可以叫他們幫你把行李拿上去，他們都很有禮貌，而且很樂意幫助你，我走的那天，他們還幫我叫了計程車，怕我們被騙，所以幫我們跟司機說，一定要打錶，挺暖心的。

• HITOSHI (8/5): バックパッカーには充分 - 場所は分かりづらいと思いますがセブンイレブンの向かいでローカル食堂の並びにエントランスが有ります。全然ホテルっぽくありません。エレベーターや冷蔵庫は無し、wifiはカギ付きで結構早いです。室内に小さなアリさんがいて痒かった。近くに地元民向けの食堂やフォーチュンタウン(ショッピングモール)があるので食費は安上がりで済みます。部屋は清潔でスタッフも感じ良かったです。

A 4 floor walk up throughout what appeared to be 20 people being taught in the passage hallway. The sounds filtering in through the window that opens to stairwell were constant

It is a simple hotel. but very clean and location is great for malls. Price by taxi to grand Palace is around 150 Bhat. AC is powerful and great and rooms are clean nd bedding very comfortable. Recommend for the price and hospitality.
