Acqua fredda da chiamare intervento del tecnico ,piscina acqua gelata , prezzi altissimi e ci hanno chiesto i soldi anche per metterci su una sdraia in piscina con la piscina vuota che c eravamo solo noi, camera super scomoda . Mai più spendere una cifra assurda per non avere nessun comfort .camera con un albero davanti come vista !

Le bungalow trop vieux avec des meubles trop vieux est limite cassé. Le bungalow était sale avec des bouts de verres parterre. • Tiago (1/5): Not a Great experience - One of the things that I think was very good was that they had a supermarket and a restaurant on the place. But the supermarket had no options—almost none. And the restaurant was okay, it was cost-benefit, it wasn't expensive. It was the two things. I think it's a list of the things you know. Like you started by the reception. They don't allow you to get in; you have to arrive at the reception stop. It's very confused information. They hold your passport and they don't release your passport. Then they find it very hard to calculate. Even on my case, I showed that the booking was with me and they still but we don't find call someone to open to you. • Tiago (1/5): Not a Good Experience - The restaurant was okay and they had a supermarket on the place but the supermarket wasn't fully capable. Maybe because it was out of the summer it wasn't actually good. The rest was the weather was good so you could actually just walk around and that's all. Another thing was the distance from the airport to there. Because we are competing on the Ost Antiqua was ok. But that's all. Not much more to add. One of the things that is very important to bear in mind is that it's a camping site, even though they sell on the booking as a kind of a more full-service. It is not. Falls jemand eine ausgestattete Küche erwartet Fehlanzeige . In der Kochnische war nur 1 Topf und 3 Gläser und Besteck. Keine Teller, Tassen... Weite Wege zum Pool da komplett eingezäunt, nur ein Eingang am Restaurant.

• Таня (10/5): Многое очень понравилось - Очень уютный, чистый и удобный номер. Кровать и матрас идеальны. Один очень важный нюанс, домик играет вместе с каждым шагом, сделаным человеком 🤪. Нас было 4 взрослых, спать возможно только всем одновременно, иначе нереально, слышно абсолютно все, даже дыхание в соседней комнате, не говоря уже о звуках из ванной 🤦‍♀️ Все остальное отлично. Посуда вся необходимая в наличии. Шампуней и для мытья посуды нет. Полотенца и постель за дополнительные деньги. Рекомендую только на 2 или молодым, кому никто и ничего не мешает в этой жизни 😉 Дом движется с каждым шагам человека в нем. Отсутствие постели, гелей для душа. Бассейн работает очень коротко

Nonostante i forti limiti imposti dalla direzione e le poche risorse a disposizione, il team di animatori è riuscito a creare momenti indimenticabili, pieni di entusiasmo, energia e simpatia. Hanno fatto sentire tutti parte di una grande famiglia, coinvolgendo adulti e bambini con attività semplici ma sincere, trasmettendo passione e professionalità autentica. Se non fosse stato per loro, il soggiorno sarebbe stato un vero fallimento. L’animazione è stata il cuore pulsante del campeggio e l’unico motivo per cui ho dei bei ricordi legati a questa vacanza. La mia esperienza in questo campeggio è stata molto deludente sotto tanti aspetti, soprattutto per quanto riguarda lo staff della struttura. Poca disponibilità, spesso maleducati e con un atteggiamento freddo che non ti fa sentire né accolto né a tuo agio. Qualsiasi richiesta sembrava un disturbo e la gestione in generale dava l’impressione di un’organizzazione scadente, guidata più da regole rigide e imposizioni del direttore che dall’attenzione verso il cliente. L’unica vera nota positiva, e direi straordinaria, è stata l’animazione. Nonostante i forti limiti imposti dalla direzione e le poche risorse a disposizione, il team di animatori è riuscito a creare momenti indimenticabili, pieni di entusiasmo, energia e simpatia. Hanno fatto sentire tutti parte di una grande famiglia, coinvolgendo adulti e bambini con attività semplici ma sincere, trasmettendo passione e professionalità autentica. Se non fosse stato per loro, il soggiorno sarebbe stato un vero fallimento. • Olmez (1/5): - De ligging De manager aan het onthaal marcella was arrogant heeft tegen ons gelogen dat de handdoeken en bedlinnen verplicht waren te nemen en heeft hiervoor 200 euro voor aangerekend. Ook via booking wordt er info gegeven dat de toeristen belastingen betaald zijn vervolgens moet ik nog eens 75 euro betalen. Personeel is zeer arrogant en grof. Wij voelden ons totaal niet welkom en bekeken. De chalet was oud en stonk gewoon. Wc zat nog vol met haar. Bij het zwembad zijn er 1000de regels zwemmen met badmuts vervolgens springt de redster zonder badmuts zelf in het water omdat ze het te warm had. Niet roken redders zijn continu aan het vapen. Ik vondt het zeer stresserend en heb mij niet kunnen ontspannen. Ook doen ze de moeite niet om engels te praten en zitten ze u vervolgens in het italiaans uit te schelden omdat wij geen italiaans spreken. 1 woord degoutant dat klantvriendelijl bij hun geen prioriteitis. .

Trzy duże baseny: 1. rekreacyjny z wieloma strefami bąbelków, 2. sportowy 3. dla dzieci - bardzo fajny, płytki Miejsce na ping ponga w cieniu, boiska i plac zabaw, super ale dopiero jak się ochłodzi, bo są w pełnym słońcu. Blisko do morza lecz dojazd do niego słabiutki. Autobus nie ma planowego przystanku przy campingu, choć takowy na mapach się pojawia. Nie ma żadnego przejścia dla pieszych przez ruchliwa ulicę na całej długości campingu. Na basenach są wymagane czepki co przy takim gorącu jest absurdalne. Mimo nie małych kwót za zakwaterowanie dodatkowo trzeba płacić za leżaki i parasole, a w okół basenu nie ma żadnej trawy, aby się rozłożyć z ręcznikiem tylko rozgrzane płyty. Mini golf istnieje tylko z nazwy - bez piłeczek i dołków, tylko pole i sadzawka, ale... kije były podobno dostępne. Brakowało nam bardzo suszarki do naczyń i jakiegoś zestawu startwego typu gąbka, płyn do zmywania, mydło.

• Rinolfi (1/5): Delusione totale - Solo le piscine. devo dire che la struttura è bella,ma per il resto LA PEGGIORE VACANZA DELLA MIA VITA! sono arrivata domenica e ho subito fatto presente in reception che dalla tazza risalivano delle cose,che la luce esterna del bungalow era fulminata ... non hanno fatto nulla dopo 3 volte che andavo a ripeterlo ancora nulla,oggi sono partita e la cosa non è stata risolta! Il martedì i fornelli della cucina sono impazziti,alle 2:20 di notte ho dovuto far stare i miei figli in macchina,arrivata alla reception che dista quasi 1 km dal bungalow ,non c'era assolutamente nessuno che potesse aiutarmi ,se non i vigilanti che ovviamente non potevano far nulla se non aiutarmi a staccare la spina dei fornelli! Aspettavo qualcuno la mattina alle 7:30 della manutenzione alle 9:20 sono dovuta tornare io alla reception e dicevano di non sapere nulla! Siamo stati fino alle 4:15 in macchina perché sentivo odore di gas,mi hanno detto che mi ero fatta suggestionare! (NO comment) .parliamo dell'animazione? Inesistente nessun gioco nessun intrattenimento 2 ore di mattina e due di pomeriggio in piscina un po di musica e animatori SEDUTI ! baby dance di 15 minuti la sera per I bimbi più piccoli,dopo di che il nulla! L'unico svago per quelli dai 10 anni in su era il campo di pallone che alle 22:30 venivano spente le luci e chiusi i campi! Questo è stato l'unico villaggio/campeggio nel quale ho visto i bambini con i cellulari perché non c'era nulla da fare! Io da genitore sola ,non sono riuscita a fare amicizia con nessuno,perché cmq l'animazione non hanno fatto nulla per creare eventi che permettessero alle persone di conoscersi! Ognuno.per conto suo! Addirittura il.mini golf chiuso e per i tavoli da ping pong ogni volta dovevi andare a chiedere tutto alla reception e riconsegnare entro le 23:00 perché poi chiudevano tutto! Alle 23 massimo ristorante e bar chiuso !(oltretutto unico punto dove le persone si ritovavanno)Parliamo di internet? Per averlo 5.00 al giorno a...
