- Dikshya (9/5): - It’s in the most happening place in Mirissa, just 5 minutes walk to the beach. All the nice cafes and supermarkets nearby. Really clean and very friendly and helpful owner. He also helped us renting scooter at a reasonable price.

Отель находится недалеко от пляжа(2 линия), плюс рядом есть иного кафешек с очень недорогими ценами. Даже наличие дороги рядом не мешало комфортно уснуть. Персонал был приветлив и шел на контакт, когда мы попросили его переселить в другой номер, где работает нормально кондиционер и не пахнет сыростью. Слабый напор воды в душевой. Брали три номера: 2 делюкс и один улучшенный. Делюксы на первом этаже были очень плохо проветренный, воняло сыростью, плесенью. После суток ничего не проветрилось, попросили поменять номер.
- Sara (5/5): I would not be back a second time - Location in Mirissa I have been in this structure for al most 2 weeks and honestly the service was not good. In the room (Ground floor) there was mold , also in the air condtioner. I arrived no toilet paper and I asked them, when finished I asked a second one at least 3 times before having a new roll. Also the cleaning of the room has been done only twuice after my request. Water in the bathroom shower was really low pressure and not always warm. They also asked me to change room for another booking. There was no kitlle, no water , no coffe or no tea in the room. Neither in common area. Neither the possibility to buy some water inside the homestay or use a common fridge to have a cold drink. I felt like they were doing me a pleasure to be there, not me to be a guest.

- Tennakoon (10/5): I can recommand this place for any anyone who wish to spend a day . - Actually, it is a good place for stay. Friendly hospitality. Had to call for the AC remote controller. But it is not a big mistake.
- Aditya (8/5): - This property is located very next to Mirissa main beach. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. Also there are Cafes nearby so it is easy to get some brunch and dinner. We had some issues with AC in our room as it was not cooling properly and it was quite humid. But owner was kind enough to give us other vacant room with good air condition.
- Deyasini (5/5): Had very high hopes about the hotel. But it felt disappointing. - Rooms were spacious and the location was very close to the beach. 1.The staffs were not cordial. Even though we made our booking long back, we were informed that the good rooms were allocated to other guests. We had 04 elderly people in our group who had to shift to the second floor because of the paucity of rooms. 2. During our three days long stay, they did not clean our rooms for a single day. Even while asking for tea cups and pots, new set of towels and bedsheets; we ourselves had to bring those to our rooms. 3. One of the male staffs only showed interest to talk to us just for the sake of arranging a vehicle for our Galle visit. Since his rate was quite high, we didn't go with his offer. He was not concerned about our stay at their premise. 4. The door latch in our room was also broken.

- Becks (1/5): Awful - The location - doors to balcony had huge gaps when closed, allowing lots of mosquitos into the room in the evening and night. - ants in the room. - no room service. We had to ask them to clean our room as we were staying for 7 nights and it became very sandy. They sweep the floor of the bedroom but did not clean bathroom, did not give new towels and did not replace bedding despite advertising on booking.com that they offer room service. - not very friendly man who runs it, felt like a burden the whole time. - at the end when we checked out they tried to blame us for some staining on a wooden desk. Tried to say we owe them lots of money for the desk. The stains had been covered by a tray during our whole stay (which had been conveniently removed when they accused us). I made them fetch the tray which showed the tray was causing the staining - trying to scam us?

- Heidi (9/5): Superb - The room was so crisp and white and clean.. it had a kettle, which is always a plus. It was a short walk to the beach. Mirissa is a really nice beach and has lots of nice restaurants. All the staff were very helpful too and allowed me to check in early as i wasn't feeling very well. I'd really recommend staying here. The room also had a fan and air conditioning. It was also very close to an exceptional breakfast and brunch place called Extreme Cafe..

The bed was really old and make a big noise with every move so during the night is not good and ut wake up everybody else if you turn or move a little bit.
- Stephanie (10/5): Great place to stay with large, clean rooms and a friendly, helpful family. - Suwa Arana was up a street from the main road which I appreciated for the quiet it offered. I stayed in a new, very clean room towards the back of the property which was a good size with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The family which managed the place were very friendly and helpful. After a couple of weeks of travelling, I was happy they offered laundry services for a reasonable price. The place was easy to find. There were also me good place to eat nearby for breakfast or dinner and I could easily walk to the beach from there. I liked everything.

- Pamod (10/5): It was a nice stay. - The family who ran the place seemed very nice. There was enough parking for few vehicles. They supplied us a electric kettle and a multiplug upon request without hesitating. Also it was very close to the Matara - Colombo main road.

Bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean. Mosquito nets were provided which was a big plus for us. Staff were lovely ☺️ Bathroom may need a bit of a deep clean but very minor issue.

- Sofi (8/5): Good value for money - It was very affordable, good price for a 5 night stay. There was a fan and an AC. The room is spacious, has chairs, a small table and a closet. The wi fi was very slow unless it was early in the morning, to the point I couldn’t really use it. For heavy sleepers it might not be a problem, but I would wake up early with the noise of the cleaning just outside my room.

- Ana (10/5): Definitely recommend - The hosts were amazing, one of the best I found! The place was well located, clean and comfortable. WiFi reliable and rooms with mosquito net and AC were a plus! You have a kitchen with a fridge you can use and they rent scooters at a good price so you don’t have to look around for it. They also arranged us a safari and ride for Dickwella for a good price! Definitely recommend and would stay again, great value for money The kitchen could have more utensils or the rooms could have a mini fridge but it was great that they have a kitchen with an available fridge that we could use
