Manon (7/5): Absolument pas un palace. - L’emplacement est très bien et la chambre grande. Aucune isolation des fenêtres. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue très passante de l’hôtel. Nous n’avons rien dormi. Toilettes sales en arrivant. Petit déjeuner bof. Beaucoup d’industriel. Nappe du restaurant du petit dej désuet. Il s’agit d’un hôtel 3 étoiles au mieux mais certainement pas d’un palace. Piscine fermée jusque mi juin et cela n’était pas indiqué.

La noche que llegamos la habitación estaba sucia llena de pelos por todos los lados, el sofá con manchas terribles ! Las toallas de más calidad y escasas no había alfombrillas para el suelo. La sábanas puestas al revés. Solo había 4 perchas . Estoy hablando de un hotel de 5 estrellas gran lujo . Para colmo al día siguiente la ducha no salía agua caliente nos han tenido sin agua caliente los 4 días una vergüenza de hotel nos fuimos antes de este hotel pésimo ! Ni si quiera una disculpa lo único que nos ofrecieron fue un cambio de habitación después de 4 días sin agua caliente. Ha este hotel deberían de quitarles las 5 estrellas. Un pesadilla de vacaciones Sin agua caliente 4 días nos han tenido. Sucio todo, viejo, mal conservado . Restaurante malo desayuno pésimo y mala calidad. Personal despreocupado y poco amable solo un señor de recepción se disculpó nos cobran todo, sin poder bajar a desayunar esperaron que venga arreglar la ducha 4 días consecutivos y nos marchamos un día antes que también nos cobra . Ladrones y estafadores no dan ni un servicio esencial que es la ducha una vergüenza.

It says is the only 5 star hotel in the area, but it doesnt feel like a 5 star. Not enjoyable

786b7622bff6721e119a09f3cbb40316 (10/5): - The staff were excellent. We found them all very helpful and friendly. There was guest parking even though we were in the centre of the historic area which was a huge plus as we were on a driving tour around Andalucia. Our room was spacious and well lit with lots of storage. It had a sofa and desk area which we made use. It had a double shower en suite with good water force and copious amounts of hot water. We enjoyed our breakfasts there and the waiting staff were very professional yet lovely. We also ate in the cafe attached to the hotel - the food was delicious and the service exemplary. There is a swimming pool but it was too early in the season to be tempted to use it! If in the area again, we would definitely return to this hotel. It was perfect for exploring the town and nearby countryside. Nothing!

J y yo (8/5): Un gran hotel pero mejorable. - En desayuno esta muy bien. El maitre del bar del hotel muy profesional, un verdadero valor para el hotel. La tranquilidad durante la noche en la habitacion. El baño aunque muy dividido es casi media habitacion y el lavabo bonito y práctico. La habitación es muy irregular, la decoración es ostentosa y . los estores de las ventanas están muy viejos y rotos por lo que no nos atrevimos a mover los. Esto hace que con la luz eléctrica la habitación resulte oscura.

El baño dentro habitacion,uno calficado con tanta distincion tiene que tener excelencia y detalles,no agua de bienvenida con letrero rellenable,resbala el gresite si se moja con lo que te puedes caer, bañera de tanta altura ,unas escalerillas,habitacion con vistas no a un patio interior con chimenea,poca luz habitacion decesa dimensiones, la apertura puerta tienes q abrir con la manivela poco practica,el pomo decorativa, se sale de la misma,esconchadas la pared del baño y condensacion,eso un gl,no lo tendria,agua templada de la ducha, Lo unico bueno la ubicacion y el edificio que es señorial. La bandeja que acompaña con los tes en bolsas le cae polvo ,en vez de una cajita ,mejor presentado No tiene calidad para una distincion tal alta Ha de mejirar

Juan Gabriel (10/5): Confortable, espacioso, luminoso, acogedor. - La ubicación es en el mismo centro histórico de la ciudad, aunque no hemos tenido mucho problema para aparcar unas calles antes y andar 5´. La habitación era muy grande y confortable. Todo estuvo muy bien.

Ariel (7/5): Perfecta localización, pero sobrevalorado. - Fantástica localización, en pleno centro, habitaciones amplias, pero a costa de incluir el baño en la habitación, dejando poca privacidad y haciendo la habitación bastante fría. Sobrevalorado, tiene detalles que no corresponde a un 5 estrellas GL. Detalles de terminación de la decoración, aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, y con algunos fallos para los viajeros, como falta de un maletero en la habitación para abrir el equipaje, etc. La zona de baños está descuidada y los masajes son más de relax ligero que otra cosa.

José Ignacio (5/5): - La habitación era ruidosa por las máquinas de aire acondicionado que había en un patio de luz al que daba la ventana. Tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación. También tuvimos que pedir unas almohadas y una manta. El mobiliario de la habitación y del comedor se veía deteriorado, con manchas en la tapicería, y adornos decorativos en sillas que faltaban. En general daba la sensación de un mantenimiento inadecuado desde hace años, y que la decoración va pidiendo a gritos una renovación. No obstante el personal fue amable para buscar otra habitación alternativa aunque me dio la sensación de que estaban desbordados o que había escasez de personal para atender a los clientes.
Arai (8/5): - 部屋の広さ、コーヒーマシンが置いてあり、値段なりのことはあると思う。朝食は、コンチネンタルブレックファストで、種類も多かった。ウベダの旧市街の中にあり、ロケーションは素晴らしい。クレジットカードの支払い機の不具合か、持参していた2種類のカードで出来ず、現金決済となってしまった。暖房があまり暖かくならない。
ASCENSION (9/5): Excelente - Ubicación perfecta, el hotel es un palacio precioso, habitación amplia y confortable, la atención del personal excelente, muy recomendable. No pudimos ir al spa porque era día de diario y no abría por la mañana.

Asia Catherine (9/5): Wonderful romantic gettaway in a beautiful city. - The room was lovely, and really big. The bath in the room was an excellent touch, we really liked that. We liked how central it was for walking out and finding places to eat and just sightsee. The staff were really helpful The spa was cold when we went for our time slot, and there are only 3 parts to it. We were offered another time but decided to cancel that spa this time.

Jiménez Leblic (9/5): Una estancia tranquila y acogedora - La habitación es preciosa, abuhardillada, lo cual nos dejó sin palabras. el baño está parcialmente integrado en ella, con una gran bañera como división. EL wc es japonés, maravilloso, cerrado, íntimo. Y la ducha muy grande y con buena presión, aunque nos costó dar con la tecla para que saliera el agua caliente. Por poner algún pero, que fue real y empañó un poco la experiencia, el tema del agua caliente de la ducha, que conseguimos que saliera solo un poco. Y otra cosa que nos resultó sorprendente en un GL, fue la larga espera (sin exagerar) para la cena. Habíamos reservado mesa en el torreón, un reservado dentro de su restaurante. Éramos la única mesa alli, más otra que había en el bar y tardaron muchísimo en tomarnos la comanda, pero mucho. Hasta el punto de que tuve que acercarme a la barra a llamar a la camarera. Y había cuatro en total. Eso sí, la chica muy agradable y educada.
