• Nicole (6/5): Tolle Lage, aber einfach gehalten. - Tolle Lage! Schöne große Wohnung. Betten waren bequem. Wenig Deko. Piano defekt. Geringe Ausstattung. Küche aus ungemütlichem Edelstahl. 2 Kaffeekapseln für 4 Leute.

• Ralf (8/5): - Tolles historisches Hsus, hohen Decken und Stuck. Die Fahrräder könnte man Dank des großzügen Treppenhauses mit in das sehr geräumige Zimmer mitnehmen. Espressokanne konnte aus materialgründen nicht auf dem Induktionsherd genutzt werden.

• Frank (7/5): Super Lage, große Wohnung, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. - Sehr große Wohnung in bester Lage mitten in Bozen. Schlüsselübergabe ist zwar an einem anderen Ort in Bozen, hat aber reibungslos funktioniert. Ein paar kaputte Lampen oder zum Teil nicht vorhanden Fensterläden sollten erneuert werden.

• Tiziana (8/5): Bellissimo - L'appartamento fantastico in posizione superlativa. Pulito e ben attrezzato. Il parcheggio è la reception è l'appartamento in 3 posti diversi. Eravamo in bicicletta e questo ci ha creato qualche problema. Ma alla fine ne valeva la pena.

• Volpe (4/5): Bene, ma non benissimo... - Posizione ottima vicino al centro ,con ascensore.la struttura fornisce un parcheggio che dista 15 minuti a piedi.Appartamento basico Le informazioni fornite dalla struttura per raggiungere il residence non sono state molto chiare ,in quanto essendo in una zona a ztl con la macchina non è facile accedervi.Migliorerei la pulizia e la regolazione della doccia.
• Katharina (4/5): Gemischte Eindrücke, da hohe Lärmbelästigung. - Die Struktur war gepflegt und sauber. Die unzumutbare Lärmbelästigung. Leider war während der Übernachtung im Innenhof, der direkt an unser Zimmer angrenzte, bis drei Uhr früh eine Veranstaltung mit Musik (DJ). Wir konnten aufgrund des Lärms kaum schlafen. Wir hätten uns erwartet, über eine solche Veranstaltung bei der Buchung informiert zu werden. Dann hätten wir dort nicht gebucht!

• Mary (10/5): É sempre minha melhor opção em Bolzano - É o melhor grupo de hospedagem de Bolzano sem dúvidas. Quartos limpos, arejados, cozinha bem equipada, lugar confortável e excelente localização. São hospitaleiros e sempre facilitam com a hospedagem. Nota 10.

• Carolina (7/5): - Die Lage war super keine weiten Wege vom Bahnhof schnell erreichbar, große hohe Räume sehr angenehm. Schön gemacht alt mit modern kombiniert. Küche für Frühstück ok, gab aber nur 3 Teller und kein Geschirrtuch. Das Bad gehört renoviert und die Sauberkeit ist meiner Meinung nach ausbaufähig.

• Karin (4/5): Beim nächsten Besuch wohnen wir nicht mehr hier. - Tolle Lage Nicht besonders sauber, überall Spinnweben, die wir selbst entfernt haben, kein Toilettenpapier!!! Klobrille wackelt und passt auch nicht auf die Keramik. Farbe und Deckenputz im Bad blättern ab. In der ganzen Wohnung kein Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, keine Garderobe oder Ablagemöglichkeit für Koffer oder Tasche. Insgesamt wäre das Gebäude mit den Gewölben sehr schön, leider kümmert sich wohl niemand drum, die Wohnungen in einem ansprechenden Zustand zu halten. Einfach nur schade!

• mauro (4/5): - non ci è stato comunicato che il parcheggio era quasi a un km di distanza se non al momento dell'arrivo. Dopo la sfacchinata a piedi con le valigie abbiamo poi scoperto che c'era un parcheggio pubblico sotterraneo in piazza Walter a 100 mt dalla struttura del quale non ci è stata data notizia.

Arredamento caratteristico e piacevole Servizi un po' limitati: un solo asciugamano per tutto, e purtroppo non ho trovato carta igienica! Ma probabilmente è stato un fatto eccezionale. L'host è gentile e risponde sempre velocemente

• Adrian (7/5): Zimmer A2 - Die Lage war super, ebenso die Wohnung. Auch das Angebot des Tiefgaragenplatzes (10.- Euro / Tag) war super. Guter Kontakt, auch beim finden der jeweiligen Adressen. Sauberkeit könnte noch ein wenig besser sein. Tiefgarage ist seeehr eng bemessen. Für Leute wie mich, welche sich in der Stadt nicht auskennen, war es eher umständlich.

• Foroutan (9/5): - The apartment was located in a central position in a historic building. It had a special charm and flair which the interior decorations helped a lot. (The pictures on site are different from the apartment we stayed.) The staff were very helpful. I think the apartment was a new addition to the Fink residences therefore it lacked some kitchen facilities, and also tv. It also had no WiFi.

Non mi sono piaciute: le lenzuola macchiate, il dispenser del sapone in bagno rotto, così come rotta era anche una presa elettrica con i fili a vista nella camera da letto. Inoltre eravamo in 4 e ci hanno fornito solo 3 asciugamani e 3 piumini per cui abbiamo sentito freddo la prima notte. Il giorno dopo, in mattinata, alla reception abbiamo richiesto un piumino ulteriore ma non ci è stato fornito come promesso. In serata, vista la mancanza del piumino in camera, ho contattato per messaggio l'host che ha visualizzato il messaggio ma non si è neppure minimamente degnata di rispondere. Esperienza molto deludente, mi spiace.

• Sarah (9/5): Such a cool place to stay! - The apartment was incredibly spacious! It was so nice to have access to a kitchen. The piano was cool and people watching from the window box was fun too. Didn't want to leave! The design of the apartment meant no bedroom doors, but it was manageable.
• Kathrin (4/5): Die schöne Lage holt den Zustand nicht wieder raus. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Die zentrale Unterkunft hat leider zur Folge, dass es sehr laut ist. In der Fußgängerzone ist bis spät abends Betrieb, ab 6 Uhr wird morgens aufgeräumt, Stühle geschoben, Waren geliefert, der Flaschenmüll abgeholt. Statt (wie beschrieben) einem Wohn- und einem Schlafzimmer hat das Apartment nur 1 Zimmer, in dem 2 große Betten stehen. Das Bad riecht sehr unangenehm. Der Duschvorhang war verschimmelt. Nach Toilettenpapier mussten wir dreimal fragen. Sehr schwierige Kommunikation.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con una porta e abbiamo perso un’ora per convincere l’host a farci sistemare la porta, che non si chiudeva. Con il codice. È come se dopo una determinata ora nessuno avesse più cura degli ospiti.

• Caterina Di Michele (2/5): - Posizione centrale e gentilezza di una sola ragazza alla reception. La stanza aveva un cattivo odore, fumo ormai così forte da non andare via nemmeno con le finestre aperte tutto il giorno, il letto scomodo, in cucina mancavano tovagliette per mangiare (tavolo di legno grezzo quindi necessarie) e strofinacci per asciugare. In bagno nessun gancio per appendere asciugamani, doccia con telo di plastica e soffitto con vernice che cadeva a pezzi ..la notte molti rumori provenienti dagli ospiti poco educati. Senza ascensore e con difficoltà nel portare le valigie sopra. All' arrivo avevamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare le valigie prima del check-in, peccato che chi doveva essere in reception era assente e abbiamo aspettato tanto. Al checkout invece la ragazza di turno è stata decisamente gentile e disponibile. La pulizia era davvero minima.

A large selection of dishes, refrigerator, microwave, oven - suitable for long-term stays. There is an option to get the Bolzano Pass card for using public transport in South Tyrol. A plus for some, a minus for others - the check-in process is completely self-service, and you receive a code to open the door. Lack of automatic motion sensor lights in the hallway on the 2nd floor; the small flush button on the toilet is broken. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, but I was able to solve this issue by myself.

• Renata (1/5): Worst experience ever! - To be honest, nothing. Place was absolutely dirty. 3 days I have just one towel. No toilet paper, nothing, no hand towels. Just one big towel. All over dust, breadcrumbs and celling fall down all over place. For days I try to call and go down to try to catch someone, nothing. Plus no one collect not even rubbish for 5 days. Waste of money and noice of cleaning at 4 am is absolutely crazy, didn’t sleep there in 7 days stay not even one night properly.
