• Sawicka (8/5): - Apartament, lokalizacja rewelacja samo centrum miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Sam apartament również bardzo ładny, zadbany. Niczego w nim nie brakuje. Polecam.

• Edyta (8/5): My wrócimy - Mieszkanie bardzo funkcjonalne, czyste, wygrywa lokalizacją. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzeba - wygodne łóżko, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (chociaż poza herbatą nie gotowaliśmy niczego, bo Pianka z pysznymi śniadaniami jest obok) suszarka do włosów, żelazko. Lokalizacja znakomita blisko do dworca centralnego, metra, tramwaje zatrzymują się nieopodal budynku. Dużo restauracji w pobliżu, w budynku żabka, obok piekarnia z ciepłymi wyrobami. Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone, bardzo przemyślane i wykorzystana ciekawie przestrzeń. Obsługa bardzo miła, dostępna można być w stałym kontakcie, bardzo pomocna. Jeśli wybierzemy się do stolicy, wrócimy do tego apartamentu. Trudność z pobraniem klucza. Obsługa budynku pracownik spółdzielni (niezależna od Wynajmującego) zero empatii. Sejf z kluczem nieoznaczony. Straciliśmy dużo czasu w deszczu na zlokalizowanie sejfu. Do przemyślenia oryginalne oznaczenie. Miał być napis z boku nie było. Dopiero po szczegółowej analizie zdjęcia (kolor uchwytu, napis producenta) znaleźliśmy właściwy sejf z pośród kilkunastu innych. Czuliśmy się jak uczestnicy programu Fort Boyard 😉

• Lucia (8/5): Emplacement fabuleux - L'emplacement parfait, l'appartement était assez confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Très bien pour une famille de 5 personnes Les serviettes de toilettes pas assez propres.

• Konrad (3/5): Dobra lokalizacja ale… - Lokalizacja - top. Warto mieć na uwadze, że obecnie w centrum dość sporo remontów przestrzeni publicznej, więc nie jest łatwo z parkingiem. Mieszkanie dość duże, pełne udogodnień. Doświadczyłem 3 karaluchów/prusaków. Odkąd poinformowałem właściciela, nie doczekałem żadnej reakcji. Nie miałem już czasu szukać innego noclegu, ale nie czułem się tam komfortowo. Po powrocie z podróży służbowej, wszystkie ubrania oraz plecak natychmiast do pralki i szafy parowej.

• Uwe (8/5): Recht gut aber wirklich nicht perfekt - Die perfekte Lage und ein super Balkon mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf Warschau. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr schwierig. Der Taxifahrer hatte eine falsche Adresse und wir mussten zu Fuß zu unserer Unterkunft. Wir haben keinen Zugangscode erhalten weil die zu leistende Kaution auf Grund einer nicht funktionierenden zahlungsoption des Vermieters geleistet werden konnte. Erst nach Hilfe von Booking com. Deutschland hat man uns die benötigten Unterlagen nach mehreren Stunden zugeschickt. Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft war nicht wirklich gut, da muss nachgebessert werden. Matratzen schmutzig und vieles abgenutzt oder defekt!
• M LUCÍA (9/5): Buena ubicación en Varsovia. - La ubicación ideal. Cerca de la estación y con tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. El sofá cama un poco incómodo para dormir. El acceso hasta que encontramos el locker con la llave (nos costó un poco) y el hecho de que haya sólo un juego de llaves es poco funcional. La limpieza algo escasa.

• Iwona (10/5): Polecam - Świetna lokalizacja i kontakt z gospodarzem. Apartament czysty. Udało się nam zameldować już 2 godziny wcześniej, wiec to na duży plus. Polecam Kanapa w salonie poniżej średniej- niewygodna do siedzenia.

• Imelda (6/5): The location was good, and the apartment clean, but the service really disappointed - The location is the best one, the apartment was good. Drainage in bathroom was very slow.. I informed the staff and they asked us to buy Kret by ourself. Its really made us not comfortable. Service not good.

• Sarah (8/5): Not a good start, but once in appartment was comfortable and clean. Thankyou. - Clean, comfortable. We had a lot of problems getting in and when communicating with staff. Left us frustrated. Actually getting into apartment was difficult and we were stuck walking with our luggage for 4 hours. Earlier entry would be good as it gets dark and cold early in winter. Also having key outside building in a lock box would be better. Security guard had no idea we needed to get in to get key and she didn’t want to let us in. Very frustrating.
• Mers (7/5): Nice property with a lot of work to be done - The property was newly renovated, close to the attractions and with a great view. The instructions were not so clear and the door man wouldn’t allow us to get the keys from the mailbox, he showed us some lockbox outside the building that had no relation with our reservation. Also the management required 500 pln zloty to be charged from another platform as a guarantee for the booking but no one appeared to verify that the apartment was left without any issues. I took a video of the apartment how it was left before our departure just in case.

• Emma (8/5): Good location, clean and tidy! Easy instructions from the host - It was clean and tidy and in a pretty good location The guard at entry wouldn't let us in to start with! Fortunately the hosts replied on whatsapp super fast which was great!
• Eugene (7/5): Nice flat, but it needs a better care. - 1. Location is in very center. 2. Modern appliances. 3. The bed linen and towels were clean. 1. Guard didn't want to let us in on the ground floor, where the locked box with a keys were placed. 2. Cleaning service didn't vacuum the floor, there was a lot of hair. 3. Lights in the kitchen didn't work. 4. 1 of 4 chairs was broken and just lying on the balcony.
• Tom (2/5): shady and possibly scammers - it was completely in the center which was nice you need to make a deposit as a temporary fee for your stay. in reality you will never get this money back. i tried for 2 months and now have to open a dispute through my creditcard company to resolve this. when contacting the owner, he says it is paid but refuses to send any proof of that he paid. the deposit feels more like a scam for extra money on top of the already paid money. be carefull if you intend to book here !
