• beyza (6/5): Klima ücretli Alanyada - Otel temiz yeri güzel ancak klima ücretli. Klima salonda da degil yatak odasi olan kucucuk bir odada klima var sadece o da ücretli. Bu kadar sicak memlekette klimanin ucretli olması cok saçma. Onu da ekleyin fiyati oyle verin otele gisince aurpriz klima paralı. Hotels sirketinin vunu uygulamada ufacik bir yerde belirtmesi ayrica cok kötü. Otelin detaylari olan sayfada gereksiz seyler uvretli diye belirtilirken klimanin belirtilmememesi cok mantiksiz.
• süleyman (8/5): - Temizlik güzel ancak klima ücretli geceliği 6 Euro, üstelik her odada klima yok. Bir oda klima ile serinlerken diğer alanlar oldukça sıcak ve bunaltıcıydı.

• Mathias strandhauge (10/5): Igen en rigtig god oplevelse. - Dette var vores andet besøg på dette hotel og det var mindst ligeså godt som sidst vi var der. Rengøring, faciliteter, pool, pool restaurant var til top karakter. Jeg er sikker på vi kommer igen. Alt er til meget fair priser.
• Serhat (10/5): - Umgebung extrem laut bis 00uhr. Klima kostet extra sowas noch nie gehabt. Parkplätze wenig vorhanden, musste 3-4 min weiter weg parken. Zimmer super sauber kein staub keine pflegen kein nichts wirklich 1A. Handtücher kissen Pflege Produkte alles vorhanden. Umgebung sicher. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wie erwähnt wirklich sehr sauber selten so sauber einen butik hotel erlebt

• N7872IQalisonc (4/5): DISHONEST HOTELIER, ADDED EXTRAS ONTO OUR BILL WITHOUT TELLING US. FOOD IS TERRIBLE. AVOID - Paid half board. You had to pay extra for English breakfast. They were no cereal options it was just Turkish breakfast that was it. Evening meal was poor, there were no dessert options and no potato or vegetables came with your main meal. We ordered salmon one evening , that's all that came and it was full of bones. We sent it back and went to the restaurant across the road. We ordered pizza one night and asked for chips and they said no, that's two meals! At evening meal my wife had a soft drink while I had a beer. We were not told drinks weren't included, until checkout when they produced an extra bill for drinks and toast we'd had during breakfast & evening meal. Terrible service!

• MD Rashed (6/5): - It is a good budget hotel. Central location and facility is clean. The part that i did jot like is if cant use AC or Heat without paying extra 17 euro. How can you rent a room and not have to use ac/heat! It is part of basic amenities. Same with in room safe. You have to pay to use it. They had a page full of list of things that you have to pay to use. Not used to that kind of experience from hotels in North America or western europe. Not sure if it is common practice in turkey!! Also, there is not hotel parking unlike stated in expedia. It is street parking. !!

• Serkan (10/5): My home apart Alanya - Otel konum itibariyle çok iyi sahile çok yakın fakat çalışanların iletisimi sıfır, sizi sadece para olarak görüyor ve birdaha gelir gelmez umrunda değil, bardak kırılmıştı odada faraş istemiştim bardak kırıldı diye not almışlar çıkışta 100 TL para aldılar bardağa.
• Gaaba (8/5): Valuta for pengene! - Vi var på hotellet i 4 dage på 4 personer (2 teenagere). Indtjekningen var nemt, og lidt gebyr for AC. Vi var på øverste etage, og en motor kører på midt om dagen på toppen af bygningen som larmer ret meget, det tænkte jeg at, det kunne være irreterende for nogle mennesker men ikke for os. Familieværelserne er rummelige og det var komfortable. Værelserne er ikke lydisolerede men der er næsten altid stille på hotellet. Det er tæt på alt i bymidten og tæt på stranden. Alle medarbejdere er venlige og hjælpsomme. En mellemstor svimmingpool og en restaurant var gode.

• torillv811 (2/5): Avoid! - -I was moved 4 times during my stay. -The hotel did not inform me, who actually had booked the apartment, when changes occurred. -Olga, the hotel manager, was trying to blame guests/other business partners for misunderstandings, and also trying to avoid talking to us. - Was moved to the Comfort Suite where everything was fine. Was offered continus stay there at 8pm on October 23, but as my friend already was on her flight and had booked transport to MHA this was not an option, and I have packed up all my food and luggage for the 3rd time. Aditionally, we had an offer to sleep in a double bed in a double room - not an apartment, which had been booked and confirmed by Olga in April 2019. -We were moved to neighbor hotel (Le Moral) for 5 nights. Rude staff. Inadequate cleaning. Bad mattresses. Ants in the kitchen (yes, we had all the food in the fridge and washed dished after all meals). They did not emty the trash there. -Moved to My Home Apart on Monday 28th, which was ok, but the beds were horrible like concrete. We left 2 weeks earlier than booked, had to pay full price for this horrible experience. -Cashier demanded cash settlement on check-out, despite the fact that MHA accepts Visa and Mastercard. Really, who runs around with big amounts of EUR i cash? The cashier insisted on taking us to closest ATM to withdraw cash. We still insisted on paying with card. We certainly do not encourage tax evasion. Avoid this place!

Yataklar ve odalarin durumu iyi, koltuklar ise oturdugunuzda sallaniyor ve devrilme tehlikesi geçiriyorsunuz... Temizlikten sonra odada 4 kisi olmamiza ragmen 2 havlu birakilmisti ve bulasiklar yikanmamisti, benzer yerlerde kaldigimizda hic boyle bir durum yasamamistik.Bazi personeller guleryuzlu ama bazilarinin tutumlarini begenmedik. Oncesinde bilgi verilmemisine ragmen check out sirasinda kumandayi asagiya indirmemis olmamiz gerektigini soylediler, sonrasinda da gidip kendilerinin alacaklarini soylediler, anlam veremedik... Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğiz.

We didn't have high expectations, But what a great surprise hotel was. Hotel management and staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They realy like you feel that you are home.... The atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxed and friendly. Hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Pool area small but cozy. The restaurant was the biggest surprise. The food was very good and inexpensive. Every penny worth. I whole heartedly recommend the hotel and its restaurant to everyone. Many thanks to all the staff and the manager.

Only drawback is slow internet but it works.cleaning ecery day, nice little shop, discount for Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach.

• edinu10 (8/5): BUDGET HOLIDAYS - The best performance for what you get - price paid ratio in Alanya. For 2 persons without air conditioned and box safe, with fully equipped kitchen and a high pressure shower, this hotel centrally located was the most suitable choice. The only negative was the noise from karaoke restaurants nearby, but is not hotel's fault.
• WilliamT494 (10/5): Gets better each time - We're just back from another lovely holiday in Alanya, Turkey. This was our third visit to My Home in the last two years. Recommended to us by a friend, it offers a comfortable and well furnished apartment where holidaymakers can use the self-catering facilities if they so wish, or simply use it as a base from which to see just what Alanya has to offer. Situated in the centre of town, it is within easy reach of the beautiful Cleopatra beach and Aqua Park as well as to a good selection of the town's most delicious restaurants and to the many shops the town has to offer. The hotel itself has a lovely restaurant with a wide-ranging menu, as well as many other facilities usually associated with larger hotels, but first prize must go to Olga and her staff for making every customer feel special. A true "treasure" of a place which we relish visiting and we confess that we have already booked again for our May 2018 holiday. W. P. & M. Turnbull.
• 144jannim (8/5): Best hotel where I have stayed in Alanya - I have been in this hotel two times in 2015, in July with family and in winter time (November-December) alone. Both times I was happy that I chose this hotel. Staff was friendly and I got help always when needed. Sometimes they did even extra without asking just to make customer happy. For example in July I was little bit sick and I took a cushion because I needed to get my head more up and one pillow wasn't enough and the next day cleaning lady brought me an extra pillow without asking. Rooms were also nice looking and clean so I felt comfortable while staying in this hotel. If something negative kitchen equipment weren't best possible but good enough to use. And sometimes there was problems with the internet connection and TV, but I didn't need to pay anything to use the internet so it wasn't so big problem as it would have been if paying extra. Sometimes I felt bad because the TV didn't work but I also understand that Turkey isn't same as Scandinavia.

• Kulthum (8/5): Nice hotel close to the beach and shops. - Had a lovely time at this hotel staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, air con was kinda expensive 6 euro a day. The restrurant had good food would definitely recommend.
• SigridL897 (8/5): Big appartement, nice hotel, not too expensive - This is a hotel situated near by the Cleopatra Beach, a short walk to the center of Alanyas night life and shopping area. The appartement we had was big, with a nice balcony and very clean. The staff was always polite and friendly. The hotel has a small pool and it' possible to buy bread, water ++ at the front desk. There are several supermarkeds close to the hotell. Due to heavy trafic it was noisy, but that's life when you stay in a city. I slept ok anyway. I liked it there and may very well return.
• aliho (4/5): Not coming back! - I didn't find the hotel very friendly, not so clean and the food was poorly made. The staff seemed unhappy. They didn't pay attention to their guests waiting at the front desk and was also acting unprofessional comparing to other hotels I have visited elsewhere. They charge you for everything + extra for air condition and then you have to ask them to turn it on. I slept on a couch in my parents appartement and they over-charged me for the stay, 25% over my parents rate. I had to pay it on arrival. I never received a proper receipt for my stay or for any money spent at the hotel (restaurant/bar/kiosk) Wonder why? They have a mosqito problem due to a field at the back side of the hotel so try to avoid a room on the 1th or 2nd floor facing to the back. There are some stray cats littering in the flower pots beside the pool.

• Eero (10/5): Eero - I did not stay in this hotel but I visited it almost every evening and had mostly my dinners there. The hotel has a nice small restaurant, excellent staff and a wonderful atmosphere. When I'm going back to Alanya I will try to book a room in this very hotel. Until we see again...
• 283camille_ (8/5): Going back this year for the fourth time - This is a small hotel with great apartments. This is my fourth year at this hotel. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and you can always ask them for help with anything. They speak very good english, some german and dutch and the food is good. Try the "Alanya special" it is the best at the menu. Housekeeping comes every day after you have left the appartment. I always leave a little bit of money for them and sometimes they do my dishes for me. Reception is open 24 hours a day and it is possible to buy bread, water and soft drinks. Once a week there is Turkish night with a big buffet and bellydancers. The pool is clean and you can order food or drinks at the pool without leaving your seat. Between 4 and 5 in the afternoon they have happy hour and the concept is 2 for 1. In September and October there are mostly families at the hotel. My sister and I (age 23 and 25) still had fun with the staff and if you keep buying drinks they do not close until the last person has left the bar.
