Matelas fini ,
Hôtel besoin de rénovations dans les chambres
- Annie (4/5): - Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Grand frigo!
Clé magnétique non fonctionnelle. Aucune chaise sur le patio. Moustiquaires brisés. Peu de vaisselle et de chaudrons.
Annonce indiquait grand lit. C'étaient des lits doubles.
- François (6/5): - The picture are not what is on the site. It's a bedroom with no service and in the midle of the city. There no wiew possible to St-Laurence river. The room was clean and quet.
- Jacques (6/5): - It was ok for the occasion.
- Danielle (10/5): - Propriétaire très sympathique, endroit calme
- rinda (10/5): - Magnifique complexe.
- Ewa (10/5): - very nice place to stay in the north of Canada
- Louis (2/5): - Look elsewhere . Un professional staff. Would rather have slept in my car. Not the room we paid for 😡
- Louis (2/5): - Not the room we paid for. Outdated place, carpets in hallways disgusting, drainage problems, no wonder they leave plungers in the hallways.also Expedia was saying that they were fully booked which was phony. For 100 rooms there were only about 20 rooms rented. They’re not even in the local tourism pamphlet. Never again,, ripped off
- Christian (8/5): - A quand même bien
- janine (6/5): - ----
- David (2/5): - Booked and prepaid for a room with 2 double beds. Desk clerk said only a room with a king bed was available. The bed was actually a large double. Not large enough for the 2 of us. I slept on the sofa. Very disappointed.
Partying in the parking lot until 3 AM.
Smoke detector hanging by a wire from the room's ceiling.
- Mandebis (8/5): - Good
- Mitra (8/5): - This was a dormitory style building. The room was plain but clean. We had a balcony overlooking the parking lot. We were provided full toiletries and had a fridge and microwave.
- Richard (10/5): - Clean, practical, convenient.
- James (8/5): - It is OK
- Lynn (2/5): - Very rough condition throughout. Our wives would never have tolerated this stop had they been with us.
- Guylene (2/5): - We arrived, looked at the room and we went back to the front desk and canceled they did not argue with us the place was awful dirty torn bed spread windows broken curtains not closing and hanging by a thread etc…
- Maryse (8/5): - Very rudiment. No A/C.
Only window is a screen less patio door unsafe to keep open at night.
- Renato (6/5): - I was there for 2 nights the Matress it very soft you can feel the spring in your back very uncomfortable to sleep.
- Glen (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful stay at a very affordable price !!
- manuela (10/5): - Lovely reception staff, large room, large bathroom and incredible toiletries( ex. Mouth wash).
Very close to Tim Hortons, Provigo, SAQ.
- Marcia (4/5): - The beds were comfortable and clean; however, the room was hot and the bed frames stuck out so much that it was easy to injure your legs as you walked by. Very basic hotel room.
- hai ying (8/5): - Good.
- Ricardo (10/5): - A little expensive for what it was, but other than that clean and big room.
- Diane (6/5): - No air conditioning it was hot
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This property should not be rented as a hotel, it is more of a lodging for workers. I had expected it to be simple as it was a 2 star hotel but I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. The hotel was filthy, nothing had been cleaned in ages. The carpets were stained and torn, there was even garbage on the floors. There was a gross smell everywhere that they were trying to mask with room sorry. There was a kitchen type of area that seemed to be for the lodgers and it was filthy too. Our room had clean sheets on the bed and clean towels but everything else was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves and could not walk on the floor without shoes
- Yinxia (6/5): No toilet service at evening - The toilet was blocked when we checked and had diner back. Called service, the man protested not to understand English and did not come for service. We had to left a note for toilet service. Luckily, it was fixed second day.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very well located.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Très ordinaire, genre d'habitation pour travailleurs
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was a good size and in a good condition.
The wi-fi was not working. The toilet was leaking. The reception area and the common spaces were in poor condition. The room was not cleaned for 2 days on 3. The hotel was understaff, so many customers didn't have their room ready when they checked in at 6 pm. The laundromat service had no change for the machines, but the owner came to fix the situation.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Good location. Would have preferred a first floor room for direct access. No fridge in the room. Ok overall.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Our stay was booked for 3 nights. On the internet, it says there is FREE-WIFI. When we checked in, the receptionist said WIFI is down, awaiting for a technician to fix it. The next day, we went to ask, another receptionist said actually the hotel NEVER got an internet for clients. On the website, it says the hotel will accommode a microwave, we asked for one & got NONE.
The young receptionist is unfriendly, unprofessional . She was answering our question. Then picked another call for almost 10min, then replied to her personal text before serving the client at the counter.
The hotel is dirty, the carpet in our room is stink. The sofa is really old & dirty.
We are really disappointed for the price we have to pay 150.00$ Per night. Finally we had to cancel our 3rd night with this hotel to go & stay somewhere else.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We did not have any wifi. And they advertised a restaurant which was not open. The carpet in the room was very old and stained. It was very hot in the room with no air circulation. A fan would have helped. The chain on the toilet broke, but we managed to fix it with a paper clip.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very old bed linen and carpet, motel without WiFi internet access
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The rooms definitely need refreshing. The carpets throughout the building are gross - need to be changed. The carpet deodorizer stinks. Patio door screens missing or broken. The internet did not work. Cigarette butts and beer cans outside close to patio. There even was an empty beer can left on the wall lamp. We were really disappointed. It did not match the hospitality of Havre St Pierre. In fact, the place is an embarrassment to the “Cayens”
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Ok for the area
- Rafael (10/5): - Clean and comfy beds, close to a Tim Hortons and a local grocery shop! Walking distance to a children's park and the waterfront/beach walk. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Havre St Pierre
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very clean and friendly however a little old (we had to literally fight with the patio door to lock it). Another little downside, the staff does not respect the covid19 rule of mandatory masks while indoors in the corridor. One lady knocked on my door with no mask on.
- mario (4/5): - Pas aucun service
- Audrey (4/5): - It was unique in that it was a "trailer" type hotel, but it was unappealingly laid out.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room serves its purpose.
The toilet leaked.
The building looked like retrofitted into a motel
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Easy check in, very close to grocery store and pharmacy.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I showed up to get my room and couldn’t get into the building nor have a place to stay after getting an email saying it was confirmed that i had a room !! Not happy
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice quiet place. Restaurants nearby. Nice places to view the St. Lawrence.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff was very nice. Room and breakfast were nice also. We would go back with pleasure.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - No air conditional...very hot in rooms , The hotel need some works...very clean
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Could walk around town from the hotel room. Some restaurants close enough to walk to.
- JEAN-PIERRE (8/5): Simple, clean and well located. - Definitely bullt for workers, but very confortable. Incredible 2 queen size beds in our room. Looks old and more like an apartment complex, does not have AC, but always very clean with very friendly people at the reception. Very good place to be able to visit the area where the number of hotels is quite limited. Breakfast included with good choices. Reliable Wifi with an acceptable speed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Best hotel in Havre-St-Pierre, the rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast is included in the price.
- Geert (8/5): GooD average place to stay - Good place to stay. With a lot off space. Handy breakfast. SelfService
- Verified traveler (8/5): Close to beach - The rooms are spacious and the location is good, especially for walking to the beach
- Said (10/5): - Wonderful but internet has to be improved because poor connection
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Friendly stuffs, quite, breakfast included, near the harbor
- Jinru (6/5): A basic OK place - It's a no frill stay, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable.
1. Roadside sign is not obvious. It could take some effort to find because Google and Apple maps don't work well there. I asked the BoniSoir owner for direction and a nice customer just lead me to the hotel.
2. The hotel has good continental breakfast from 4:30-12:00 noon. Very convenient.
3. It seems only one device can connect to the wifi. Not convenient.
4. The hotel is very simple but clean and comfortable.
5. The hard corners of beds could be safety hazards to small children.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good, clean standard service - Overall, a good experience. It was clean, the staff was helpful, etc. I would have preferred if housekeeping had not replaced my towels daily (I hung them up to indicate that I did not want them changed, but they were changed anyway). And my ground floor room had no view (it backed onto a gravel lot). Also, I had difficulty getting onto wifi (specifically using my phone). I would have prefered "normal" filter coffee - not K cups.
- Christian (8/5): Good price good service - Good service and the room are clean .great location near everything
