Catherine (9/5): - Très belle chambre. Tout est propre. L'hôtel est en plein centre-ville. L'emplacement est idéal. Le personnel est courtois. Pas de stationnement à l'hôtel, mais on peut facilement se stationner dans les rues avoisinantes.

Chantal, l'agente à la réception, est d'un professionnalisme et d'une gentillesse hors pair, répondant à tous nos besoins et demandes. Nous n'avons pas regretté de prendre notre déjeuner au Bistro, sous la recommandation de Chantal, il était délicieux. Très bon service de la part du serveur. Je recommande cet hôtel sans contredit. Aucun point négatif.

Petite chambre et les portes des chambres sont tellement proche que quand le voisin ouvre sa porte, on a impression que quelqu'un essaie d'entrer dans notre chambre... Les lumières blanches dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre sont désagréables. Ce n'est pas un bureau, je me demande pourquoi utiliser ce type d'ampoules...

Environnement trop bruyant. Les voitures roulent trop vite près de l'hôtel. Nous avons dû mettre des bouchons dans nos oreilles. Nous aurions préféré que ce soit plus paisible. Pas assez de lait pour nos cafés.

Renaud (1/5): Si vous voulez dormir, allez ailleurs. - Le matelas était confortable - Notre chambre donnait sur la rue principale, juste en face d’une boîte de nuit. Résultat: impossible de dormir avant 3h30 du matin à cause de la musique et des cris dans les rues (malgré bouchons et oreillers collés sur les oreilles). Un hôtel noté quatre étoiles devrait être insonorisé ou ne pas louer une chambre les soirs où il est impossible d’y dormir. - Beaucoup de moisissure dans la douche et des joins de céramique manquants. - Une pression insuffisante dans la douche. - Une partie du personnel peu sympathique. Désagréable d’avoir l’impression de déranger quand on arrive.

De plus, nous avons eu plusieurs réactions allergiques, probablement dues à la présence d’acariens. Le rapport qualité-prix est décevant : le tarif est beaucoup trop élevé pour ce qui est offert.

Egalement je lui fait part que le petit frigo fait un bruit insupportable et ce durant pratiquement toute la nuit. Je me rends compte ensuite que sur mon 200$ de dépôt de sécurité vous avez garder 13$ pour probablement le café et le thé consommé a la chambre....franchement je m'attendais a mieux de votre part.

Maxime (10/5): Un petit paradis! - Les gens sont souriants. Très sécuritaire! (La gardienne de nuit est merveilleuse) Ma chambre était très lumineuse et confortable. Il y a un frigidaire et même des ustensiles et des assiettes. ❤️ Il manquait juste un valet pour la voiture.

Sylvie (10/5): J'ai adoré mon séjour, la chambre confortable et parfaite pour moi. - L' emplacement était parfait, près du vieux port, des restos et boutiques, du beau partout où je marchais dans les rues et musées tout près, vue imprenable sur le fleuve, détente totale! Déçue que certains endroits en constructions, comme la salle J.A THOMPSON que je voulais revoir et visiter, sinon comme toutes les vieilles villes les cônes oranges et édifices en rénovations sont présentes ici et là mais cela est normal et n'a rien enlevé à mon plaisir de découvrir les lieux pittoresques de cette merveilleuse ville
Serge (8/5): Confortable - Chambre petite mais confortable et ne manquait de rien. Personnel accueillant L’hôtel ne dispose pas de gym ou piscine et le restaurant n’est pas ouvert les lundis et mardis. Le stationnement est loin de l’hôtel
