Maddy (10/5): Convenient for a short stopover - Location was convenient and easy to access from the highway. The room was also clean. The kitchen facilities were helpful. I did not cook, but the other amenities were helpful. AC was very appreciated. The staff were all lovely and friendly as well, managing an influx in people checking in with efficiency and good attitudes. The AC unit is extremely loud and woke me up several times throughout the night. It also turns itself on frequently. Eventually, I had to put in earplugs to get any sleep. Additionally, the hotel was out of cooking amenities like saucepans. The room has no kitchen supplies. It would be helpful to have even a bit of cutlery in the room.

Had very early wake up by extremely loud dumpster service outside our window. Don’t think that is something the hotel can control though… maybe don’t book the rooms right above the dumpsters on the nights before service? If avoidable?

Jocelyn (3/5): Our experience was very disappointing. - i booked the stay about two weeks early and asked for a playpen to be put in the room with us. when arrived, the front desk man said they gave it away to someone else already. After asking why they would do that, the man said they only had one, he wasn’t even there earlier and hung up as i was talking. the carpet was dirty, it made my sons feet black and the bottom of our crocs black as well. the microwave in our room 404 did not function either. would not recommend staying here with kids.

John (1/5): Staff should exercise due diligence with proper ID validation upon check in. - My prepaid handicap room was given to someone else who arrived before I did. Staff did not properly check valid ID against reservation & CC address. Somehow individual was informed room was already paid and they claimed to be me. I arrived later that evening and was informed I did not have a reservation and upon showing details or paid invoice/confirmation was told by that someone with my name had already checked in and I would need to fully pay again if I wished to stay but room was not a handicap version. Was assured manager on day staff would resolve issue. Manager did acknowledge someone stole my paid reservation and stated I was going to be refunded on both my charges. Nothing has been resolved nearly 2 weeks later and I have attempted to have staff provide an update. This was a case of both identity + credit fraud for me and theft of services for the hotel.

Wendy (1/5): Never never will I stay at one of your properties again! - The lady who checked me in was nice and that’s the only thing nice I can say about the property Way overpriced for what I got…you can hear thru the walls and can hear the people above you. You can smell everyone’s cooking and it comes in your room. Not that clean and I felt dirty just being in the room. No free breakfast offered and was told if I was hungry that I could buy an overpriced products in the lobby. When I checked out in the morning the guy at the front desk was rude and obviously hated his job! Also I did not see on the website nor informed about the non refundable pet fee of $40….this room was $171 and was disgusting and I did not get any sleep because of noise.

I just found out they are dog friendly, so the next time we head west, Nilla, my golden retriever, is coming too. This hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are nice and the kitchenette is a nice touch. We stay going west and heading home, so we will return in a few days. I highly recommend this location.

She's friendly and attentive, personable, even remembering us by name. This last stay, I had an issue with the TV and within a minute of calling the desk, she was at the door to fix it. Super impressive

JESSICA (7/5): Convinient stay when traveling - Staff was friendly and location was perfect. Sheets were scratchy and pillows were too high didn’t use them at all

Karen (10/5): Peaceful, perfect place to rest and unwind after a long day of driving - Everything. The front desk lady was friendly and genuine. Room was quiet, clean and fresh. Free breakfast would be nice but not hugely important since the room has a full size fridge, microwave and cooktop.
