- Sharon (9/5): Out of the 3 motels we stayed at, the Hampton Inn was the best. - The location was good and the breakfast was very good. The motel room was spacious and nice, and the staff was very nice. No complaints. Suggesting that small refrigerator was bigger to store snakes and drinks.

- Towanda (8/5): - Everything was lovely. The breakfast was great. Some of the staff wasn't pleasant when asked about bringing out more food, but it was ok. They accommodated me before breakfast was over A little more patient during the morning rush hour for breakfast.
- Felica (7/5): Very nice hotel - Beautiful hotel. Very clean and nice staff The shower water pressure was low, the beds were hard and the blankets were very thin. The air conditioning was very cold and it would be either hot or very cold no in between. I did have to wake up earlier than I wanted to due to construction on my floor but the receptionist gave me a credit for my troubles. Very pleased with that

The unit that television stands on was broken, the door in front of the fridge was hanging at an angle so would not close or stay open. The unit should have been repaired. The water pressure was low (our room was on the 4th (top) floor. To turn on or off the light switches for the bedside lights requires getting out of bed - dumb.

- Wendy (5/5): This would be a place I would not stay at again - It is close to the highway for easy on/off access for travelers. The smell as you walk in was very stale and smelt like dirty mopping water. Everything was very outdated and the room and the halls are obviously in need of modernizing, painting, and updating. The room itself was very cold, had a weird smell to it and overall uncomfortable. Did not care for a $75 pet fee that was not communicated prior to booking. The lady at the front desk was helpful.

- MichelleG5317 (10/5): Great stay! - We didn't use the shower because we arrived at one in the morning and left at 8am so I can't comment on water pressure for shower, but the bathroom had plenty of towels and shampoo, body wash lotion etc.. The room is large and the bed was very comfortable. They had plenty of pillows on the beds and an extra blanket in the closet. Ac worked great. Don't skip the breakfast! It's awesome! They had so many options and everything was so good. The sausage was smoked sausage like we eat in Louisiana! The lady at the front desk told me their kitchen manager actually goes herself to Sam's to buy it for the hotel. They had the good sausage gravy, big biscuits and chicken fried steak and make your own waffles even with chocolate chips and whip cream if you want it and a lot more! The whole hotel smelled good and was decked out for Halloween. It was so cute! Everyone was so nice and the downstairs bathrooms were super clean and stocked for females. The only thing I could complain about would be that I arrived too late for cookies 😆

- jbwhitehouse (4/5): What were they thinking? - This Hilton is a combo—part Hampton Inn and part Home2 Suites. What’s the difference? The Home2 Suites cater to longer stay guests with a room configuration that includes a kitchen and sitting area. The Hampton Inn is well…Hampton. A hotel room of bed and bathroom. Except for the rooms, the facilities —exercise room, pool, breakfast areas—are all shared. One result to the uninitiated is an unclear, confusing direction of where rooms are. The hotel is bright and airy, but that is where the positive ends. Some problems we experienced: We only saw 1 luggage cart the entire time we were there. The staff know this is inadequate. Of three treadmills only one works and with a 4-story hotel that is inadequate. No matter how competent, staff with long hair working in the kitchen-breakfast area must be against health regulations. In our bathroom, the water trickled out of the shower and the toilet roll holder was no longer attached properly causing the toilet roll to slip off. Upon check-in we were informed that the televisions were not working. Throughout the night there was an annoying knocking - dripping sound around our room; we never determined its cause. The light switch by the bed light was about 5’ from the floor, so one has to get out of bed to turn off the light. Poor design. The newest Hilton angle is a card on the night stand with a QR code for payment to “show our gratitude” to staff! Outrageous. I pay my bill. You pay your staff. This is not a well-done tip, but rather another grab for money.

- Breck (2/5): - When we checked in the employee behind the counter said- the TV is not working in the room, is that ok? When I told her no, she offered a 15% discount. She asked another employee to put in the discount. She said she was unable to do that. I asked if there was another room, she said no. She said I could call another hotel and stay there. It was 9:30 at night when we checked in and I was not going to call for another hotel. In the elevator, another guest explained that the hotel had been hit by lightning and all Wi-fi was out on floors 1 through 3. But somehow the Wi-fi was working in the lobby. When we got to the room, It was very damp and cold. We though the carpet was wet- but it was damp from bad condensation in the room. The man mopping the lobby area looked intoxicated. The only high point of the stay was the breakfast was good. We checked in at 9:30 on a Friday and checked out at 6:00 am on Sunday. And didn't have Wi-fi or TV the entire time.
- Judy (4/5): - Female at check in was negative. On the afternoon of the 2nd day I requested that the room be cleaned. She was very short stating housekeeping had already left & said there was a note on the bathroom mirror stating they only clean every 3rd day. I looked on the mirror & there was no such note. We were in a handicapped unit. The facilities were nice, but the seat in the shower was loose from the wall & missing some rubber feet on the legs that touch the tub. The coffee maker did not work, but maintenance did bring a new Keurig & made sure it worked. He was very helpful and pleasant. The TV did not work the whole time we were there -3 days. We were told lightning had struck the box - but I feel like there was more to it. It doesn’t take 3 days to get repairs done. Some of the rooms did have service. Breakfast was very good.
- Nancy (2/5): Extremely disappointed - The bed was co.fortable There were no luggage carts... no internet... no TV service, except in the lobby for staff to watch ... hole in floor in front of commode with broken tiles laid across it... 1 of 2 computers in business area turned on for use except no internet for the one to be of any use. Needed to print business doc and couldn't because of this and printer doesn't work any way... told by staff to use my own phone service for internet... they did offer to let me send them an email for them to print, except the doc I needed contained sensitive information so I couldn't do this... very disappointed in a Hilton property being this poorly run... I paid double the price of surrounding properties because I thought it would be worth it... I now have stupid written across my forehead

One of my party has asthma and 2 are sensitive to scents. It was immediately noticeable when we came in. If there are no smoking rooms there should be scent free rooms as well. We unplugged the one we could.

They said all rooms were impacted so they couldn’t move us. Front desk guy was not helpful or informative. We still had to pay full price for the room. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We had called down on our room phone to ask a question and we could hear him but our phone was not working in the room. We attempted this twice. 2 min later he was at our door wanting to know if everything was ok. I was shocked that someone would take the time to do this. He is wonderful. The breakfast was good.
