- Martin (10/5): - very nice!
- Vicki (8/5): - We did a last minute stay here. Room is basic but clean. Restaurant on property is average . We had fun in the Casino. The check in staff were awesome. Would for sure stay here again!
- JENNIFER (8/5): Smoky - The hotel is decently run but everything smells like cigarette smoke from the casino.
- James (10/5): - Breakfast was on the house so I enjoyed that, but our shower was cold both days, other than that highly recommend the stay!
- Paula (8/5): - It is obvious the hotel was recently updated. Unfortunately our first room didn’t have the water hooked up to the toilet. Took a long time to find staff to get a different. It was a very quiet area. Nice to have the casino right on site.
- Gayle (8/5): - Everything was done in a professional manner
- Angela (8/5): - Clean and the buffet was excellent.
- Gerald (10/5): - Had a great stay here. Slot machines wasn’t very friendly but that’s life lol. Food was great! Room was as well.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I was supposed to have 2 queens beds and they were twin or full size beds! Was trash laying around from the people before. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way and the water wouldn’t get hot!
- Mark (10/5): Great Stay - Very clean and updated room.
- kathy (8/5): - its was ok
- gregg (6/5): - The staff at the casino member service counter was friendly, but at late night check-in at hotel was not. Did not seem very welcoming or helpful when asked questions.
- James (10/5): - Super nice and clean
- Amanda (10/5): - Great place to stay thatnis very affordable! Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and they clean regularly. Pool os nice and great hot tub. Towels are stocked. Live kusic, fun casino and cheap drinks. All around good hotel/casino!
- Daryl (10/5): - This was a very nice hotel/casino.
- Karry (10/5): - Very nice would like to stay agin
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was fantastic except for the water to take a shower/ bath doesn't heat up for like 40 minutes!!! If you're on the 1st floor which I was. You literally have to let it run for that long to let the water to heat up. 😒 but staff were all Great!
- Mary (10/5): - When I arrived the employee asked me to wait while they went to use the restroom
- ABEL (10/5): - Casinos are always nice
- Barbara (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay.
- Monica (10/5): - Very clean motel, love the pillows, slept like a baby there. I CAN NOT SAY NOTHING BAD ABOUT THE MOTEL. Just a suggestion should have like muffins an toast in an area just for the motel. Instead of saying our Casino serves breakfast. Some elderly dont want to walk any farther then they have too. Plus just grab a toast and out to the car they go on there way.
- Leonard (10/5): - Had a great time gambling and the food was awesome
- Joey (6/5): - It was ok
- James (8/5): - Everything was nice except the toilet was backed up in the morning
- Randall (4/5): - Couldn't get the door open to our room no hot water very disappointed
- Kathy (10/5): - I like how the room was nice and big and spacious. Very pleasant stay.
- Diana (8/5): - Toilet ran all night, no one came and cleaned or brought clean towels but other than that it was good
- Mitchell (6/5): - No cell service and WIFI STRENGTH was weak!
- Gwen (8/5): Okay - Just question if the beds were queen or full, seemed extremely small. Also, had 3 towels in a room that can accommodate 4 people. This has been two times of staying there.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Average place to stay. - Front desk staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and the beds were fairly comfortable.
- Bolor-Erdene (6/5): - The hotel room had some kind of tiny bugs and a spider in the bathroom, A/C was super loud, otherwise it was a clean room. Mostly a slot casino, dont have baccarat or roulette tables which most people play. No breakfast, WIFI was down.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The staff were very friendly to work with, and the room was clean. The only thing I see that needs improvement is the hot water heater needs to be beefed up, and the shower head should be replaced. Luke warm shower at best, and the shower head had no sprinkle power.
- Karen (10/5): - Very quiet and comfortable.
- Chris (10/5): - Easy access to casino area. Room was a nice size, comfortable bed.
- Dale (8/5): - Had a great stay
- Patrick (2/5): - Very limited dining. Cafe on the property that serves food is disgusting. Hotel pool was closed. Hotel water is so hard it would barely remove soap. This is a Casino trap. Also, the guest wifi barely works. Stay away from this place.
- Christina (10/5): - It was peaceful
- Marylou (8/5): - Food around there is scarce. They did have a small breakfast after you got a card.
- William (6/5): - The price was a bit high. When we checked availability they showed only three rooms available. This morning I counted only 16 car's in the parking lot. I know they have way more rooms than that. If the price was more reasonable then they probably would have had more guests.
- Jeanne (10/5): - We were at WinnaVegas for the Thunder from Down Under Show. The hotel is connected to the casino. They have a small cafe' that we ate supper and then breakfast. Both meals were good. The breakfast was a great bargain and lots of food. The hotel rooms are non-smoking but the smoke from the casino kind of emanates to the hotel side. The rooms are nice size and very clean. They have a mini-fridge and microwave. I liked the layout as the bathroom was behind a wall from the beds so if you turned the light on in the bathroom, it did not shine into the sleeping area. The staff at the hotel and casino are friendly. The drinks are reasonable. WinnaVegas has been a favorite casino of mine for over 30 years! I would stay again. Also, if you need to fuel up your car, there is a gas station next door to the casino and the price is a little cheaper.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very disappointed and will not stay there again. - It was a nice room but in the morning I woke up with 3 bites on my body. One on my right side of my face and two different ones on my right lower and upper arm. They were either from a spider or bed bugs. I pulled the covers back after taking a shower but didn’t find anything. The chair that was in the room was moved so I could plug in a nightlight and there was an empty roll or doughnut container that was there before we checked in and was missed the cleaning before. I do have pictures of my bites. No breakfast or anything complementary with this room. Very disappointed!!
- David (4/5): My one visit - The hotel room was less than impressive. The bed is worn and needs to be replaced, the linens are the same. Don’t stay there if you plan to shower, that was the worst shower I ever experienced. There was no water pressure, the sprayer was corroded, and when you shower it sounds like you are in a submarine. Even the mini fridge was terrible and made loud noises all night long. The ice machine didn’t work either. The casino was nice, but the service at the cafe was terrible. There were 6 people working and no one actually caring enough to help anyone. The bathroom and layout of the room was cute.
- Mary Jo (10/5): We’ll be back! - The rooms were bigger than what you’d expect. Spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We were very please.
- Amy (4/5): - We check in on Friday evening, and was put in room 304. Everything was great, until we wanted to Shower. The shower is not working so we called the front desk and had to use my phone as the phone in the room did not work either. Eventually they finally sent up Maintenance after 3 request. The kid was very polite and did what he could and said that he would be back in the morning with a new shower head. My husband and I left very early morning Sat and we didn’t return till very late. We wanted to shower when we got back as we always shower when our day is done, but the shower still hadn’t been fix and in fact there was no water pressure now so talking a tub bath was out of the question. So I call front desk again and a gentleman answered. I explained to him what was going on and he responded by telling us there was a note dated Fri that the shower was not working and the room was unavailable. He offered us to switch room but at this point what was the point as we check out in the morning. Now I am not sure if the communication is not very good or something, but we spend $$ on a room that had NO shower, the phone did not work, and the internet was Very Very slow. The hot tub was great!
- April (4/5): - Smoking indoors makes the entire place smell awful. The “restaurant” was a small cafe with very simple food, my lettuce was wilted and gross. The pool area was old, water was freezing and the hot tub was not hot. The shower wasn’t hot either. The only friendly person we spoke with was the kid who checked us in who needed a new jacket.
- Gail His (10/5): - Great
- Billie (4/5): - Just not a great stay.
- Theresa (10/5): - Outside not clean lots of mud
- Megan (8/5): - Amazing food. Very comfortable beds. Will go back again
- Amanda (10/5): - Spacious, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. There is only one restaurant that is open daily. The food is really good but it's only sandwiches and burgers with french fries. If you're looking for a nice steak dinner you won't find it here. They do have a buffet on Thursday nights only.
One bartender was nice but very inexperienced and didn't even know how to make a Bloody Mary. The other bartender was very rude. I'm not a gambler, we just needed a nice place to stay for the weekend so I can't comment on the casino. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.
- scott (6/5): - The internet was extremely slow, therefore it was nearly impossible to stream anything on tv. Kids were running around the hotel being very noisy until nearly 2am. The hotel lobby had a heavy smoke smell. The room was clean and our room did not smell like smoke.
- Lawanda (6/5): - Needs cosmetic repairs . Food options suck
- stephen (10/5): Gamble - Had a great time.
- Chris (6/5): Good - Had a good time. Room is nice, plenty of space.
- Janet (2/5): - It took over an hour just to check in. With it being a casino you would think there would be comps. There were but you had to buy them. Never again will I stay here.
- Ellen (6/5): - Loved being connected to the casino.
The hotel was pretty bland, amenities not working, no decor, smoky smell.
- Teresia (4/5): - Blood stains in the bed , dirty coffee maker, dirty mirrors, dirty carpet , no restaurant open for sit down breakfast or diner just an order counter with no seating available. Out in the middle of nowhere. Had to drive 20 miles to have breakfast and coffee in the morning .
- Reggie (10/5): - Professional and helpful.
- Jeri (10/5): - Very nice place to stay. The cafe had amazing tasting food for a low price.
- Matt (10/5): - Great atmosphere
- Sherrie (8/5): - There was barely any water in our sink.
- Gretchen (8/5): - Overall, comfortable, clean, and pleasant at a great price. There’s been a problem with the well pump so tap water wasn’t drinkable at that time but we were informed in advance and staff support was excellent, providing unlimited bottled water. Shower and bed were great.
- Danny (8/5): - Had a boil advisory in place due to a pump issue. Overall, I would rate it an 3.5/5.0 or an 8/10. Beds were very comfortable and got a great night sleep. Linens were clean, room was clean and pleasant, but halls smelled a little smoky, but that is a casino area for you. Kind of shocked it was out in the middle of the Missouri River flood plain, but easy to get to. Casino was all, but empty due to water issue, I am sure of. I would stay there again, if needed. Paid $107 on a Tuesday night.
- Raleigh (4/5): Boil warning - They had a boil water order going on so no brushing teeth, coffee, soft drinks, ect. The toilet ran the whole night. The bathroom door wouldn't close, The shower would not stay on. If there had been a note about the water on the website, I would have found another place to stay.
- Renee (4/5): - No ice available due unuseable water & halve day shut off!
- Harold (8/5): - Nice rooms friendly staff
- Tammy (10/5): - Very gd would recommend this casino and resort anytime. Had a blast!
- Jesus (10/5): A bit out there but would stay again - Kind of out in the middle of no where but overall a nice hotel/casino. Rooms were clean and we loved the toiletries provided. Only downside was the halls smelled like smoke likely due to the casino. Rooms though completely smoke free.
- Mark (8/5): - Room was comfortable, few dining options, smoking in casino was bad
- Harold (10/5): - Really enjoyed the stay and the the room!
- Tammy (10/5): - Great Place, Wow! Enjoyed my stay at the Casino and Restort! Keep up the gd work.
