Guest Reviews
- Derek (10/5): - Great hosts, beautiful surroundings, glorious room. 1 complaint? Shower
- stephen (10/5): - Everything very good
- Verified traveler (6/5): B&b without the b - The room itself was pleasant and clean - lovely view over a paddock (no horses!) and garden in a quiet, village location. When I book a stay at a bed and breakfast establishment I was expecting breakfast so was a bit of a shock to find it wasn't included. The room was a bit cold and I couldn't get the towel rail or the main radiator to come on although a small electric radiator provided some heat. We only needed an overnight stop for an early appointment in the nearby town so it was perfect for that; didn't get chance to explore the locale (although a nice curry in nearby Weedon)
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room and buildings felt like home. They were very welcoming. The garden was stunning and the proprietor was wonderful - she went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and tailored to suit our dietary needs.
- Robert (10/5): Reviews in this case do not lie - Excellent price for this lovely family home B and B in a beautifully quiet rural setting. I was made welcome from the start, very impressed with my room and an iron and ironing board was supplied immediately upon request. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I must say the biscuits with the tea and coffee were absolutely delicious. Very up market accommodation and service for what I consider a budget price. Deffinitely recommended and if in the area I would not hesitate to return.
- Ian (10/5): A real little gem in a peaceful village. - Stayed here for one night in January 2019. A real little gem, the communication from the host was superb, and warm welcome on arrival. Excellent value for money, a lovely cooked breakfast the following morning. Would definitely return
