Ed Caman (8/5): Bien - La ubicación y que tengan espacio para estacionarse La cotización la colocan en dólares y eso afecta mucho a uno como visitante mexicano ya que en la plataforma me aparecía $1700 por noche y dos habitaciones , llegando pague $2300 aproximadamente pero en plataforma me indica que termine pagando $2100 aprox. Eso no conviene más si solo pasa una noche

La dificultad para abrir las puertas y mal estado, la temperatura del agua de la regadera (cambios bruscos y ruidosos), muebles en mal estado, una lámpara no funcionaba. El servicio en recepción es respetuoso, pero puede ser más cálido.

René (8/5): Podría mejorar - La ubicación, buen trato del personal, educado y eficiente y la limpieza. la limpieza en general, el mantenimiento, luce deteriorado, el elevador no funcionaba, había obstaculización el algunos pasillos por trabajos, el drenaje de agua de la regadera era insuficiente, había humedad, el hotel es bonito pero le hace falta mantenimiento y actualizar sus muebles y salas de estar. Las habitaciones que ocupamos estaban en la parte de atrás y se escuchaba mucho ruido debido a los ventiladores de cocina, lo que no permite descansar.

Sánchez González (7/5): Cumple con lo basico. - Tiene una buena ubicación, hay restaurantes sercanos, esta justo en el centro de fresnillo, encuentras amenidades y tiendas de todo tipo. Tiene restaurante. Los pasillos sucios esta en remodelación, algo de ruido por las noche, es dificil encontrar estacionamiento a tu llegada, El hotel tiene uno pero esta auna cuadra y tienen que ir a abrirte.

Ubicación del hotel muy seguro, céntrica, cerca de áreas comerciales y culturales La estancia fue muy agradable y cómoda, el personal del hotel muy atento, habitación amplia, limpia, definitivamente serán mi opción en futuras visitas a la ciudad.
Mark (8/5): Comfortable hotel in busy downtown. Junior Suite does NOT have a living room as listing says - Elevator made getting belongings to second floor easy. Good bed, clean room. I liked that the price for a pet was clearly stated in the Booking room choices -- too many hotels say Pet-Friendly and then you find it's 500 or 1,000 pesos extra when you arrive. Staff was friendly. Locked secure parking one block away required staff to accompany me to park and retrieve car, which was fine. Average Mexican breakfast -- choice of huevos al gusto or chiaiqulles, juice and coffee/tea. There is no street parking by the hotel when we arrived. Parked two blocks away, walked back to be told we could park in the taxi stand across the street to unload, which we did, crossing a busy street with Friday night traffic. Manageable, but it would have saved 20 minutes if the confirmation email said it was OK to park temporarily in the taxi stand. Also, the Booking listing says their Junior Suite has living room, separate bedroom, and bath. Room 211 was a Junior Suite according to the front desk, but there is no living room. So the room was misrepresented in the listing. Didn't matter for one night. And the price when we arrived was 80 pesos higher than the Booking listed price (before taxes). It would be nice if they agreed, and I wish I had made a screenshot of the booking to see what the staff would have done.

Miguel (5/5): - El 24 de agosto del 2025 el chico de recepción no me quiso dar mis boletos de desayuno que x que me había retrasado 5 minutos aparte el bañó despedía mal olor de la habitación 201 para que le den mantenimiento de lo demás todo bien aparte si te dan la reservación para 4 personas que te den las 4 tallas las pides y no te las dan , también les notificas que sequen el baño y te dicen que van a mandar a secar pero no lo hacen y con la actitud del chico lo piensas para venir a éste hotel a hospedarte gracias x leer mi comentario
