• Christopher (10/5): A lovely house with a wonderful view. Andreas took good care of us. - It was a wonderful place to relax and watch over the city. Sunsets were magnificent and we enjoyed chatting as the lights came up across the city. The pool was just the right size to do laps and float around watching clouds.Thanks to Andreas for being on hand and helping us out. Had to be conscious of the many levels of the floors. Just a step up or down and not a problem if you notice them.
• Reinis (8/5): Overall, it was a fantastic stay - The house is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and perfect for a family with three children. There was more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and cutlery, and the large refrigerator with an ice maker was a real luxury — especially appreciated on hot summer days! From the house, the view of Athens was simply stunning. The swimming pool was fantastic — deep, crystal clear, and with almost no chlorine smell. Pool towels were soft and comfortable, and the bed linen in all the rooms was perfectly clean. The only improvement I would suggest is replacing some of the towels, as a few had yellow stains (most likely from sunscreen), which are impossible to wash out. host was incredibly welcoming. He greeted us personally, gave us a tour of the house, and explained how everything worked. He had prepared six bottles of drinking water for us, kindly allowed us to choose a bottle of wine from the wine cabinet, and even surprised the children with a fresh watermelon. There was also a first aid kit placed in an accessible spot, along with very detailed information about nearby attractions, restaurants, and other useful recommendations. We also loved that the house was thoughtfully prepared for children, with table football and other fun games available. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we are very grateful for the wonderful 9 days we spent here. Highly recommended! There were no dishwasher capsules, and the kitchen lacked basic items such as salt, sugar, pepper, and oil. The extractor hood was very dirty (it seems it has never been cleaned), the toilet on the second floor had not been cleaned, and there was a lot of hair and clipped nails on the floor. We did not use this room.

• Ionut (10/5): The stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Andreas is a fantastic host. - Peaceful location with an amazing view of the city and spectacular sunsets. I would definitely recommend the property if you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful location right outside Athens. Kids loved the pool! Andreas was very responsive and assisted with many questions and needs. Restaurants and stores weren't very close, not within walking distance in the summer heat. However that is a worthy trade for peace and quiet.

• Jakobien (9/5): Super villa, super host, a recommendation! - We loved the spacious villa, with a nice refreshing pool overlooking Athens. Since it is in the mountains, it's a little cooler than the city which was great. We stayed with 7 guests, but there is room for many more! Good restaurants within 10-15 mins drive and you're at the beach in 30 mins. A great place to stay if you are looking for some R&R with family and friends!

• David (9/5): Amazing place to stay, very special! - The view, the pool and the space were all awesome The only downside was a lack of walkable restaurants and shops, mostly due to the steep walk back… but the steep walk gives the views so not a complaint really.
• Kathryn (8/5): Overall the perfect vacation; kids were happy to swim all day, but we still could enjoy Athens too. - My kids love the pool! And we loved having so much space! The view was unbelievable as well! Also loved that it had a washer and dishwasher that both worked and had no issues! Just a few minor things that were more annoying than anything else; the wall connection for the showerhead in the main bathroom was loose so we didn't use it, just baths or handheld the showerhead. It was a little annoying that the cleaning lady came soon after we got there but then never came again. It would have been nicer to have her come in the middle of our stay instead of at the beginning. And a light and a few tiles were loose in the pool, but not a big deal.
• Rachel (8/5): Very good - Amazing views, lovely pool and really comfortable villa. Andreas, the host was very helpful. Quiet location perfect for a relaxing break. To get the amazing views you have a steep hill climb to get back to the villa if you want to walk to local shops. Best to go early or late in the day in summer! Not local to attractions so you need to be prepared to book cabs to get around.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Stunning views with amazing pool - We stayed for 1 week at the Villa for a family trip. Having lots of space made this very comfortable for us all. The views are fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen for making your own food if you want... but we mainly used the coffee machine and bar. Andreas the manager is always on hand and very helpful, takes you to the supermarket to get your food/milk etc.. when you arrive and settles you in at the property. The food recommendations in the book in the Villa we tried 4 of them... especially best freinds taverna and Barbounaki fish restaurant. Perfect stay (only a short metro ride into the centre of athens) and taxis will collect you from outside the Villa otherwise for very cheap to take you into the close by villages/towns. • Caroline (10/5): Large, luxurious villa met our every wish! - My family and I have travelled to a combined 40 countries, so we’ve had a lot of hotel and rental experiences. This villa is large, perfectly appointed, spotless, comfortable, modern and exceeded our every expectation. The large private pool, endless views, multiple balconies, new furniture, comfortable and large beds - not to mention the huge master ensuite bath! - has us already discussing our return date with the owner. The owner is the icing on the cake, too. He greeted us with flowers for myself, treats for our 3 kids and a prepaid local cell phone for my husband “Just in case!” He wanted us to always be able to reach out, should we need anything, whether it was negotiating the price of a fish in a market, or just a recommendation for a restaurant. EXCEPTIONAL service, attention to every detail, its gracious host, coupled with the boundless amenities of Villa Politia makes it an incomparable value. Check other sites, my review is hardly the only glowing one. Book with this property, it will make your trip one to truly remember!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing Accomodation Close to Central Athens - This three story villa is a beautiful introduction to any vacation in Greece. Andy provides a welcoming environment and thinks of ways to make your trip extra special according to your interests and budget. Private pool is great, bedrooms are comfortable and common areas of the house encourage family time in spacious furnishings. House offers up to date details and Andy goes out of his way to make sure you have the extras that make a vacation great. Several people commented on this rich area while we were staying in Greece, no one believed we could stay at VIP for such a great price! Will be returning with my family.
• Sue (10/5): Faboulus luxury Villa - Unique luxirious Faboulus place, amazing view all over Athenes, easy access to the bus station and very near to Kefissia where there are a lot of restuarents and shops. We stayed for 4 nights, everything was clean and comfortable, the villa includes an elevator, private parking, wifi access, TV screens, a bar and sun beds to relax by the pool. A taxi can be organized on request from thw villa telephone, transfer from the airport was free of charge! The Owner hospitality was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, he was glad to show us many places and recommended many nice places to visit in Athenes. I would definately go there again if I will have the chance to visit Athenes again..
