• Terri (7/5): Very outdated! Unlisted fees when you have to do some on the work before leaving lol - Beach access!!! That’s it that’s all!! This is not a resort as stated!!!! Very outdated and they have roaches! Also, the male staff on duty when I checked in was very rude. There was a $150 incidental fee that was not listed in any of the booking info. There was an ice bucket in the until however, they charge $10 for ice. You have to strip the beds and take out your own trash upon leaving!!! I’ve visited PCB multiple times and this was by far my least favorite visit!

• Tushanda (10/5): It was a great Spring Break for my family. - The guy that was at the desk for check in was awesome!! I wish I remembered his name. The end of our stay was the beginning of the Air Show and we had front row seats right on the balcony. Only one elevator was operating.

• Amit (7/5): Beach Front resort but need some improvement in facilities. - No breakfast available but the location was good. Its beach front hotel. Free parking available across the street. Hot-tub and Indoor swimming pool available. The room was beach front. There was no Wi-Fi available in the room. I contacted the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, which made it inconvenient during my stay. The kitchen was not clean upon arrival, and there was beach sand present in multiple rooms, indicating that housekeeping standards need improvement. One of the elevators was not working, which caused long wait times. At one point, we had to wait approximately 25–30 minutes just to go downstairs. I checked out about 15–20 minutes late and had already informed the front desk in advance. Despite this, I was still charged a $50 late checkout fee, which I found unreasonable given the short delay.

• Ashleigh (5/5): Good amount of space but room needs some updates and attention. - The room had a good bit of space. Easy beach access. The master bathroom seemed to have been recently updated. One of the elevators was broken. The hot tub was broken. The sauna was broken. The furniture in the living room area had a must smell to it. The ceiling could use some attention. The door in the master bedroom had been cut and there was a hole where the knob should be so it didn’t lock and didn’t offer much privacy. I got a note on my car because I backed into a parking space and they said that was the “wrong way”. They have stray cats on the property and they fight through the night and make a lot of noises fighting. There is no outdoor pool. The floors were very dirty and turned our feet black.

• Manfred (10/5): Perfect beach getaway for long or short stay. - Right by the beach and great balcony to watch and listen to the waves. It had everything we needed for our stay. Also a convenient location for the grocery store and several restaurants. Parking was limited next to the hotel but they had a lot right across the street just in case. Also the beach is public and we misunderstood that it was a different vendor providing beach chairs and umbrellas directly between the hotel and beach. The vendor had no signs which made the confusion their responsibility not the hotel.

Maybe a 5-10 minutes drive. I didnt like that only one elevator was working but they were under construction so I get it but it was annoying waiting so long on the elevator.

• Cynthia (8/5): We did have a great stay & would love to return sometime! - The walk out right onto the beach was so convenient & easy, & the view was just absolutely gorgeous! The large windows in the bedroom & on the large sliding doors from the living room were wonderful to see out to the beach from inside. And the observation deck was great! The tight,twisted,circular stairs between the levels inside, were a bit difficult. There was not enough parking available in the lot directly next to the building, on a regular basis.

• Ernest (9/5): - I love the rooms we stayed in. Very spacious but cozy at the same time. The location was perfect being right on the beach. We had trouble with the TV’s. We went to the front desk and they said they would send someone to get them working. No one ever showed up. Very disappointing. The TV in the master bedroom never even turned on.

• Mayoury (8/5): - The resort sits in front of the ocean. We had ocean view to watch the dolphin swimming and the hear the ocean wave. The resort itself is being worked on. It needs an upgrades. It's old but 90% worked. We we come back for the view.

It took 3 days to get a tub stopper for the bathtub with us constantly asking to get one. My autistic grandson is 2 and is scared of the shower. We needed the tub stopper. The hot tub wasn’t working, the tiki hut wasn’t opened at all. Kept trying to get in touch with the GM about an issue before check in and he never responded.

The only complaint I had was the parking. I feel even without the construction there was not enough parking. You had to park across the street and if the lot was full you parked in a neighboring condo behind there parking garage.

There were roaches outside and one inside of the facility. I was afraid of one going home with me in my luggage. One or two plug-ins were not working in the bedroom.

Both elevators quit working multiple times, once both were down at the same time. Dishwasher had standing water. Bathroom smelled of sewage. Tub didn’t work. Dryer smelled like it was burning. Railing to stairs not connected to the wall. Ants inside our groceries. Cockroach in the floor on morning 3. We decided to check out immediately as we have 2 small children and it no longer felt safe or healthy to stay.

• Stancil (7/5): The beach is always great - There was no breakfast. The location was great and Charles cofield was helpful and very friendly. The fact that we was only allowed one parking pass. We were not informed of this until we arrived.
• Igor (8/5): You get what you pay for. It was affordable, but very basic and old. - The location on the beach is perfect. Two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom - that's convenient for friends/couples to share or for a family with kids. We liked the spacious balcony, the full kitchen, large dining table. The furniture looked old, the bathrooms REALLY need an update. The indoor pool looked dirty. The whole indoor pool/hot tub area wasn't inviting at all. The instructions for guests said we had to take out the garbage, load the dishwasher, and strip the linens off the beds. They have a very strict check-out time, and they charge $25 for each 15 minutes after that.
