• William (10/5): 3 Days in Manila - Me & my wife loved the hotel.It was better than we expected.All the staff were pleasant & helpful.We did have a couple of small problems. We informed the front desk & maintenance was at our room within 10 minutes.Our hotel room was clean & tidy.Not once did I see a Cockroach in the hotel. The only disappointment with the room. It had a hob that we couldn't use. No utensils to cook with. We had to eat out or bring food back to our room. Would we stay at this hotel again. Definitely yes. It's 1 of the best hotel's I've stayed in. The mall of Asia is only about a 20 minute walk. When you are in the philippines you have to go to Jollibee's & Boss Coffee at least one just for the experience. This is my experience at the hotel. Even though we couldn't cook in our room I still give the hotel a 10/10

• Jose Jr. (6/5): - The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is very convenient–close to the airport and large shopping malls. The Executive Room was spacious, and I appreciated having a water heater in the shower. However, there were a few issues during my stay. One of the balcony doors couldn’t be fully closed, which was a concern. The building has a slightly dated smell, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak inside the rooms and bathrooms. Water pressure in the shower was also very low, and the showerhead was positioned unusually low for a Junior Executive room. Overall, the stay was decent, but a few improvements, especially in room maintenance and amenities, would make a big difference.

The internet wifi was a bit slow and the tv was not working. No power to the tv, relocated the power plug a few times and still did not work. One of the showers water heater was inconsistent with its temperature. Had trouble finding our parking spot due to some faded parking slot numbers on the ground.

Balcony view was very nice 👍🏾 The shower head was a bit too low for me and water escaping from the bath tub to the floor caused the floor to be wet and slippery.

• stephen (8/5): - Staff were brilliant, the front desk allowed us to leave our cases for a week, while we went to Borneo. The cleaning staff deserve a big thanks as well, they never get much praise, but did an excellent job. After staying twice it's obvious some rooms are better than others. 1717 was really nice, 1720 needs some upgrades, a shower curtain and the missing end of the sink tap replacing would be good. Overall a good stay for a stopover or if you like shopping or the casino, all are near by.

• Sergei (6/5): Better to look for another place to stay. - Our room was big one with two 1.5 beds (even though we ordered a double bed room), breakfast is good too, you can choose what to have for it. For the early check-out they can order for you from the nearest restaurants/McDonalds within a budget of 250 pesos, staff is nice. There is a nice free of charge swimming pool on the 3rd floor. 7/11 and other grocery shops in the vicinity. Views are nice especially if your room is on 16+ floor. Cockroaches! WiFi is very bad except for the lobby area.

• Shiela (7/5): You need to hire better cafeteria staff - I like the front desk staff and the room attendant, her name is Mary Ann. These ladies are engaged, pleasant and helpful. The staff in the cafeteria were not good - I didn't realize the breakfast was not a buffet. I preceded to take my own portions and after filling my plate, the woman checking the names of guests on a clip board informed me that the food was portioned off. I said sorry I didn't know but I didn't return anything on my plate since they were already soggy from the veggies I took. I don't think they will serve that, will they? There's a guy there, he is short and dark skinned, balding I think and HE WAS REALLY RUDE. He glared at me the entire time even when I was already sitting down. He was preparing fried eggs on the spot for the guests, my friend ordered fried eggs for the two of us. Once the egg was ready, he served one to my friend and walked away without giving me any, I had to call him and ask him to serve. When he did, he gave me a look. Like he is annoyed or something. I can tell you that I have been staying at hotels for years and years because of my work and never have I been treated like this. It felt like he was angry at me for taking more than a piece of that stupid potato thing, I think that was a hash brown. Is that how he should react and how he should treat a guest? I took an extra piece of food, his face and the way he glared at me felt like he saw me stealing his inheritance or something. What they should do is inform the guest that they are serving food per plate before the guests take part not after we've filled up. It's such a petty thing but you are in the service industry, your business will go belly up if you keep people that are obviously not trained to face clients. By the way, the food was not great, I enjoyed the meals from Tapa King (when the cafeteria was closed, the front desk had us order through Tapa King), it's better than the bland, cold, underwhelming food served at the Cafeteria. You can do better than that.

We enjoyed the view of the lovely pool area from the balcony of our double room. Overall the facility was clean and quiet. The room seemed sparse and not very welcoming. Needs attention to detail.

• Stephanie (2/5): JR Suite room was terrible!!!! - The grounds and pool are nice and the front desk check in staff were very accommodating - but the room we stayed in was disgusting. It was so dirty, and gross we didn't even want to take showers little own use anything in the kitchen. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a top hotel.
• Bader (4/5): Bad experience - Our stay was really bad! We have waited for almost one hour for check-in, as they were out of Executive Suites (which was our booking). And after waiting for a long time, they took us to a room which was located in another tower nearby, and it was filthy! We went back to the reception and complained n then we got another room, which was much better but still dirty and the wifi didnt work at first until the technician came and fixed it. The location also could have been better as nothing was in the nearby area.

• Joel (6/5): Nice hotel, well kept - I booked a airport shuttle, and was picked up on time, although he service is a bit expensive, was taken directly to my motel. Check in was efficient and fast. Housekeeping staff are courteous and friendly, making my stay more enjoyable.Upon leaving the motel each morning as greeted with a smile, and a "Good morning sir" from the staff of the lobby. The recreational facilities are also well kept also
• Helena (2/5): Riktigt dåligt! Bo inte här! - Lägenheten stank av mögeldoft och otäck doft från avloppet. Fuktskador i tak i badrummet. Allmänt smutsigt och slitet. Badrummet var mycket dåligt städat bland annat riktigt smutsigt i duschen. Mycket som var trasigt i lägenheten till exempel så hade gardiner lossnat och dörrhandtag saknades till balkong. Tomma kala väggar och ingen form av dekoration någonstans i lägenheten. Frukosten var tyvärr inte heller bra då det fanns för få valalternativ. Det som serverades var inte gott. Jag har rest mycket och jag har acceptans för lägre kvalité på boende om det är det som jag har betalat för. Här betalade jag så pass mycket att inga av de fel som fanns borde ha funnits. För den kostnaden kan man förvänta sig en god kvalité.

• Allan (6/5): Close to Mall of Asia - Our visit wasn't without issues, the first room we stayed in the air conditioning wasn't working, staff were quick to send up a technician to look at the problem but after two days we were given a new room however it was a smoking room which was unpleasant. The pool area is great for families. It should be noted that the two suites we stayed in had kitchens but no appliances or plates and cutlery is provided.

• Tone Lurås (2/5): - Hotellet lå i en bakgate og hørte til et leilighetskompleks. Ikke kjent for taxi. Vi kom det var mørkt og det var derfor ikke lett å orientere seg. Ingen info på rommet heller. Vi ønsket flyplasstransport som hotellet oppga at det var mulighet for, men vi skulle avgårde 06:30 neste dag så da hadde de ikke det, men kunne ordne det likevel. Ville ikke overnattet her en annen gang til tross for at vi denne gang hadde behov for en overnatting før videre flyvning.
• Egil Andre (6/5): Rooms smell like tobacco - They reuse their smoking room for undmoking room, so most of their rooms have a clear distinct tobacco smell. This smell will pass after the air condition has been on for a couple if hours. The toilet clogged, but they fixed it in 5 minutes, and we had one cochroach visitor in the shower. The room was very clean, but the tobacco smell ruined it all.

Nighttime swim with pool being heated a surprise. Thanks for having a microwave. Decent gym. 1 k from Mall of Asia/Area/mini-amusement park. • C. Richard (8/5): Came for the suite; coming back for the sandwiches - Decent little condo, which rents some rooms as hotels. Check in was smooth. Two full bathrooms was a pleasant surprise, as well as their small pizza and sandwich menu. One mini pizza, then B.L.T. sandwich, plus best breakfast sandwich in PI- and I knew I'll be back for Chef Patrick's cooking. But hey lets fix the WiFi; and install safes in the rooms. Thanks bellhop Kevin, for always being there for me.
