- Stacy (1/5): Very disappointing! - The woman at the desk barely spoke English. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The walls were nasty. We stayed less than an hour. Checked out and went to another hotel. Will Never stay at this hotel.

- Jennifer (7/5): Coud use updates but comfy bedding - Bed was fairly comfortable despite bedding looking older. Was in a convenient location right off the highway. Pet friendly was helpful. Was incorrectly put in a smoking room, had to ask for non (staff did make change). Room was older and somewhat run down. Hole behind bathroom door knob. Shower faucet leaked badly, limiting water pressure. Shower curtain was fully molded across the bottom and REALLY needs to be replaced!

- Stewart (8/5): - Right off the interstate, this place may not impress you from the outside, but the interior more than makes up for it. The rooms are spacious and come with great amenities like an in-room microwave, mini fridge, cold AC, strong water pressure for hot showers, high-speed internet, and a TV with a full channel lineup including movies and HD channels. Check-in was easy, with a friendly and welcoming young gentleman at the front desk. Casey’s is just across the street, a Love’s gas station is a few blocks away, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. My only concerns were the loose dogs wandering around, which can be unpredictable, and the towels, shower curtain, and comforter, all of which really need replacing. The parking lot is rough but manageable. Overall, my stay was comfortable, the traffic noise wasn’t too bad, and if I’m in town again, I’d probably choose this location again.

Fickling (9/5): The Price for a family was affordable - The room was comfortable and clean everything worked in the room no problems or issues Parking was in front of the door, just highway noise made it a challenge to sleep The city needs to post warning signs about Trucks using the "Jake Break" along the streets with Hotels or Motels before the intersection or traffic lights!

- Susan (5/5): Passable - The room itself was ok but the hotel is rundown. It's pretty rundown, the parking lot has huge pot holes that would tear up a lower riding car. We have a SUV and had to be careful while driving to our room. The grass is overgrown and there's some kind of leak making it almost swamp like. Poor place needs someone who cares to take over. There's also an expensive Pet Fee per Pet per night, which I can't see a pet adding any more damage than the place all ready has.

- Joy (4/5): My night at American Inn and Suites - Well, sheets were stained, no toilet paper holder for the toilet paper, one bed had a huge hole/dip in the mattress, smoke alarm was not present, and no hangers to hang clothes. Atleast the desk clerk was friendly, the heater worked and the shower had decent pressure.

We asked for a refund and were told to contact booking.com who then informed us that we needed to contact the motel. It was DISGUSTING. Cockroaches out on top of the dresser IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY!!! Room reeked of cigarettes. We left within 5 minutes of checking in. Worst room we've ever tried to stay in.

I will look for other accommodations in the future. - We could get the accommodations needed for six people and 3 rooms Noisy, NO SMOKE DETECTORS OR FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM. beds are hard and too high for petite sized people. They did offer free black coffee but nothing else. Microwave and fridge in the room. WiFi was excellent. The place could use some tlc.

- Jason (6/5): - There was nothing in particular I liked. The place was overpriced, had no coffee and only one towel. I paid cash plus a $50 cash deposite which I forgot about until it was too late to go back but that’s my fault. If the hotel sends me the $50 back I would have something nice to say about it but that’s not likely.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Convenient but dated. - OLD. Motel style with parking in front of room. We needed two beds, a toilet, and a shower for a one-night stay. It met our needs. Smoke detector was off the wall and on the dresser. Furniture was well used. Lock on door worked but LED lights on lock did not. Bedding and towels mediocre at best. Towels not fully stocked at check in. Okay water pressure. Microwave was small. No coffee maker. Did not use microwave or standard mini fridge. A/C was noisy but cooled adequately. Room was clean and had newer LVT flooring but definitely showed its age. Bathroom and shower clean with recent decor and fixture update. Booked on short notice for eclipse viewing in nearby Hugo, Oklahoma. Price was extreme for value received. But this motel was the best still available port in the storm of overpriced accommodations in the path of the eclipse. Would not stay there again.

Have room booked, had to be in a Smoking Room because a nonsmoking room would be 25 more dollars. Only one pillow in the room on King sized bed. Desk said sorry. Only one hand towel, one washcloth and one bath towel in room. Desk said l was mistaken.

- LARRY (2/5): If smart choose a different hotel in the area - I have been to alot of hotels in the last two years and this is the worst one ever, the room looked like a drug deal went bad, holes in the wall, bathroom door was not able to be locked due to it was busted into from the outside of the bathroom, seen many signs of bedbugs the next morning and I have the pics to prove everything I have stated

I was traveling by bicycle so that helped a lot. It was listed as a non smoking room but smelled like a huge dirty ashtray. The shower drain was very slow so I was standing in dirty water during my shower.

The evening staff person was excellent, the difficult to understand morning lady response to our Expedia advertised breakfast note only by saying "Coffee only".
