- William (7/5): Value budget accomoodation - Good location. Lovely quirky lobby. Friendly staff. Smell in room, possibly from canal outside window.
Door to bathroom very low.

- Ivana (6/5): - Beds are very comfy and location is perfect to walk everywhere. The room was dark and very small for two people. The toilets could be a little cleaner

- Ramūnas (2/5): BETTER SKIP THIS PLACE - It was Clean and tidy It was construction outside, very noisy from the early morning
- Matthias (9/5): -
- Poizat (8/5): -
- Andrew (7/5): good location - friendly staff. Free waterbottle refills. Short distance from the East gate. it was along the parade line. older building with older facilities. The bathroom was small and the shower drain did not drain very fast.
- Mariana (5/5): Razoável - A simpatia da recepção tornou tudo muito melhor! As toalhas eram velhas e cheiravam a pó.

- Nina (3/5): Clean, but very old. Ok for 1-2 nights - Very clean, quiet when windows to the channel. Interesting vintage building interior, friendly nice lady at reception during the day. I was on the ground floor so didn’t have to drop up the luggage. Ok for 1 night not more. Small room, shabby furniture, the night guy at reception is really tired and not friendly at all. They charge deposit 100 thb for a stupid key. I booked 2 nights, escaped the next afternoon to a better place.
- Niall (6/5): Pleasant -
- Evgenii (8/5): Very good -
- Wayne (8/5): Very good -
- Morgan (10/5): I have stayed here for 2 months - Staff are super kind, place is clean and has great character. The reception area is nice and you can sit down there and chill late at night with friends. You can get your room cleaned regularly and buy snacks and drinks at reception.
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jhony (8/5): A very central place - It is a good place to rest, the room is like in the photos. It is very central, you can walk to many places and many temples, as well as the bus and train station. It is very close to several interesting markets. They were always very kind, they kept our bags after check out. A recommended place. everything was fine
- Jhony (8/5): A very comfortable space. - A very comfortable space. The style of the living room is very interesting because it has antiques. Hot and cold water available. Good value for money, I extended my stay. Perfect place for backpackers ...
- Garth (8/5): Very good - friendly staff / location no problems. everything went well
- Andrew (8/5): Friendly staff and quirky decor - Super friendly staff. I arrived early with the night bus. They let me leave a bag and after a room became available, they let me check in a little early with no extra charge. The decor is almost excessively quirky, but at least it's got personality. My room overlooked the channel, so even with the window open it was failry quiet. A work desk and chair
is included. The room itself is pretty basic, but that's what you're paying for.
- Kimura (8/5): - ロケーションが便利な場所で動きやすく、料金もリーズナブル。
- Treena (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (10/5): The best hospitality you can find!! - The hotel is very easy to find and it is in a great position, very close to one of the night markets and within walking distance from the mai attractions of the city. The room is small but has all the essential, and it’s very clean! The owner is the sweetest. She rented us scooters for 24hours and she was always helpful and available. My boyfriend forgot his hat in the room and she was so kind to ship it to us without having us paying for it. She truly is the best!! 🫶🏻 Everything was great. I totally recommend staying here! I would come back for sure!
- Bettany (7/5): Good - Location. Helpful staff Pui pui Plumbing
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Chanan (4/5): really uncomfortable bed and room, not worth the price. but owner is nice and good location - the owner is very nice and the location is good the bed is really uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a piece of wood. there was barley any hot water and also the air conditioner is in a bad position blowing right on you so either it's too cold or too hot.
- Noel (7/5): Good -
- Patrycja (8/5): Very good - This is nice place to stay in. The rooms are a bit old, but we don’t mind, I think for a budget traveler it’s perfectly fine. We loved the vibe inside tho! You feel like in a vintage museum, I can really see this hotel in some sort of a movie settled in the 60-70s. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
- Rahman (8/5): Very good -
- Forian (10/5): Good place to stay -
- Loonie_tunes (5/5): It's okay for the price but pay a little more and get better - Decent price and big enough room
Clean Place is very antiquated and old
Bed is too hard
Bathroom was clogged
Towels were shedding a lot
- Omar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Syed (5/5): not that bad - small hotel, with minimum facilities, i like the heritage look and antique collections toilet inside the room have no roof !! they can do it easily if they want. rooms need to be renovated ..
- Joe (8/5): Excellent place for solo traveler wanting to see downtown area. Easy to get food, services in English, all around propert - Clean, very friendly and courteous staff and right in both Old Town and Night Bazaar. Hard bed, fan and just in busy area. But served purpose of being right down town, efficient without paying tourists price.
- Elena (9/5): Superb -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (10/5): Not the first time i have stayed here and not the last - Location is perfect just a short walk to old city and night food markets…. Great value for money. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Nice area in reception to sit and eat or have a beer. Nothing.

- Bianca (9/5): Superb - location, staff, free hot and cold water, ... the bathroom is open... so probably poo before you leave 😅 and the bed is really hard like almost everywhere in thailand.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vinu (10/5): economy hotel with basic facilities and good service at prime location - The location is prime. All excursion pickup point is near hotel.Staff is very professional and polite. rate is good. bike rent and laundry facilities are available. wifi is available.they have tie ups with tour guys so overall it's good the hotel is a bit old but they have a clever collection of old stuff and every thing is functional so no problem and the staff is very good and quick with service
- Alex (10/5): I extended my stay. An amazing spot for all the reasons you'd want, plus absolutely charming decor. -
- Johnny (9/5): Good cheap place with aircon in Chiang Mai! - Great place! Get a room with an aircon for extra comfortable to escape the heat!
Location very good and quiet at night. Lady at the desk very friendly too!
I still think of the pizza place across the road.
- Nancy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Harmin (7/5): Good value - The hotel provided a bottle of water for each day.
Cheap and not very far from the ciry center Slight bad smell in the bathroom
- Yuiri (7/5): Great - Water dispenser
Landry machine 30B
Separated toilet and shower room No elevator
- Florijan (10/5): Exceptional - Location is close to centre, manager is very kindly, free bottle of water every dey plus you can alweys get hot water plus discaunt if you reservate directly. Good value for price Nothing to sey
- Vinnie (9/5): Superb - Friendly 24/7 service drinks and snacks a available at reception. Great information and advise given by reception easy to communicate however still shop around for other offers. Cheaper when you pay in house also. Room has all that is required for general needs I had no ac room however the fan helped. Location is brilliant many food places nearby not far from city and night markets are also nearby. Other guests were friendly too. You can rent a motorbike also from them which is great. Definitely would stay again
- Wai (7/5): Good - Great location here, for the price cant complain loved it❤️
- Francoise (10/5): The stay from beginning to end was a delight, the host was helpful and warm, as were the staff. - The property was quaint, very interesting decor.
- Emilie (9/5): Lovely, comfortable, and perfectly located place to rest and explore the surroundings. - Very friendly and helpful staff, the lady owning the place will always greet you with a smile ,and she provided some information about the surroundings from day one. Great location. Central, near the most interesting and lively markets. The room is basic, yet comfortable and cosy. The hotel is a lovely place to stay for a few days or weeks! Decorated with taste and old vintage objects.
- Michael (8/5): - Always nice to be here for its location and helpful staff. You really don't need a motorbike or transport due to it's proximity to both the night bazaree and Tha Pae Gate.China Town just around the corner ...also great for shopping and supplies. Quite the museum for Antique enthusiasts as well.
- Colin (8/5): Very good -
- Azimatisa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lee (1/5): Worst hotel in Chiang Mai - I like the location n the counter staff helpfulness. The room is terrible, flying bugs in the toilet, toilet bowl broken, tap not secure, door rusty, this is the worst room I ever encounter. I book for five nights, I can only survive one night and i check out the next day, balance 4 nights, the staff said they can refund me but I must inform booking.com first..I did, but booking.com yet to reply me... feeling sad 😢
- Timothy (10/5): The room is basic, has everything you need,.and is a great value for the price. -
- Enrico (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (9/5): Friendly and good location - The vibe of this place was lovely. It looks very stylish and everyone was very friendly. The room a a wee bit small but not tiny and the bed was nice and comfy. The location was also good, right next to a street that had of many shops on it with many beautiful things from the hill tribes :) It was booked out the next night so we couldn’t stay longer grrr
- João (7/5): Good hotel - Everything was OK Really noisy, specially on weekends
- Marius (10/5): Exceptional -

- Moritz (8/5): Very good - Service.personnel always available and very kind in every concern. In November,. room with fan was ok. Overall value for money excellent. Many thanks for a very comfortable stay.
- Jonathan (7/5): Not bad at all - Very nice place. I really liked the vintage feel of the decor.
Basic room but good value for money and good location.
Open 24 hours a day. The only negative point, but a very important one...
The beds are ultra hard. Difficult to sleep on, they feel like wood. I even dislocated a nerve in my back.
- Thiago (7/5): Good -
- Thomas (7/5): Good -
- Mazilu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jordan (10/5): The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. AC and everything worked fine. Also, awesome -
- Patrick (7/5): Good - Close to the main square, but very quiet at night. Friendly staff, very cool ornaments all around the shop. Free water refill The mattresses, for the love of god please change the mattresses
- Marie-claude (1/5): Bad - Location was great and staff was friendly The facilities were unsanitary, the room was moldy, the stench was terrible, the bed was barely more than a wooden plank and we ended up leaving before even staying the night and found another accommodation
Not worth saving a few dollars when you can get much better for basically the same price elsewhere
- Alexandra (7/5): well. I say it’s ok - location is ok. style of the hotel itself is nice. it looks old and personally I like it bed is sooo much uncomfy, it’s very hard like I was sleeping on desks
- Ori (8/5): Very good -
- Krzysztof (7/5): Good - Location is great A bit too expensive. .But it is still Ok for one night!
- M***f (8/5): Honest, Reliable Hotel - For the money it was great value. Near restaurants and bars. Decor in communal areas like an antique shop full of interesting items including a grandfather clock. Rooms quite basic, but still have all the essentials.
- Wenjie (8/5): Very good - Great location, quiet area close to the night market. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very basic accommodation that does the job at an very affordable price.
Loved the many antique collections they have on display throughout the hotel. Bed is a little harder than the standard you'll find throughout Thailand but it's not so bad.
- Holly (4/5): Great location, but uncomfortable bed - Great location for the Chiangmai flower festival, interesting decor throughout so it was a cool place to stay The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, so didn’t get a good night sleep
- Bruce (7/5): Good - Good location, not far from the old town. Some very interesting antiques and collectibles. Small rooms, and very uncomfortable beds. In need of refurbishment
- Manon (8/5): Very good - Location near to the night market
The price, really good price for double room with private bathroom Only two sockets far to the bed
Inconfortable mattress, like a lot of place in Thaïlande...
Clean
- David (8/5): Very good - The staff are very helpful, friendly and accomodating. This is a cheap place to stay so don't expect luxury, but it's very good value and really close to the night markets
- Mauro (7/5): Good -
- Mauro (7/5): Good - Nothing fancy, place according to the price you pay. Very quiet area and good location.
- Mace (4/5): Disappointing -
- Michal (8/5): Very good - Nice room with private bathroom. It was quiet. The staff was fun and helpful. You can refill your water and you can even get hot water in the lobby. The settings are interesting to say it least. Beds were hard.
- Diana (5/5): Passable - Spent New Year's Eve there and was quiet. Good location nearby night Baazar. The walls were quite dirty and needing some maintenance. There was a leak in the bathroom, floor was always wet. The bed was really uncomfortable and hard like sleeping on stones
- L (8/5): Good for stop.over travel - Available to check in at 5am after arriving on the train. Very satisfactory stop over for convenience. Nice warm shower. Staff helped arrange tuk tuk to station. Fantastic interesting lobby.
Met all expectations. Recommended for stop over travel or people on small budget. Bed was very hard and bathroom wall does not go to the roof so not much privacy. I would not reccomend for a longer stay if looking for comfort.
- Andrew (5/5): Passable - Cheap, great location and friendly staff. Bed was pretty average by Thai standards. The collection of kitch is either something you like or you don't, but definitely unique. They have a common area where you can eat food from the market, which is a good way to meet other travelors. There was a constant line of ants marching up and down the walls and what looks like mold growing in the bathroom around the sink and on the tiles. If I was staying more than a couple days in Chiang Mai, I would have moved to another hotel.
- Rocketrons (9/5): Great location & friendly/helpful staff - The location is great, just round the corner from the local market, so plenty of places to eat cheaply,
Also its just outside the city, which is also handy,
The common area is great for meeting other people staying in the Inn, they also sell big bottles of Chiang for 60baht, which is cheap, considering the touristy bars charge around 120baht 😳🙈👍
The staff are really helpful & will help in any way they can,
The rooms a simple, but I found mine was great & served its purpose, I don't want or expect 5* service, I just want a nice place to sleep & socialise, and this did the job 😉👍
Its also great seeing all the antique stuff within the Inn, really fascinating 😉👍
Will certainly recommend this place & will also be back for sure when in Chiang Mai 😉👍
- Richard (2/5): - Ants in the bed, ants on the table, ants in the bathroom, ants in the shower…ants everywhere. They got into my backpack and my luggage. This place needs serious pest control. The bathrooms need remodel, there is no dedicated shower area, the water spills everywhere including dry wall, causing mold and decay. The location and staff are quite nice, but the fact that it was so dirty with all the ants ruined it for me.
- Moss (7/5): Good - a nice place full of character No coffee/food. due to miscommunication I though I could stay for a few nights but told after first night my room was booked so had 2 hours to find another place
- Wood (9/5): Superb - It's like a museum, someone has done a lot of collecting over the years. Lovely staff. Good prices for drinks from the fridge. Mattress harder than I'm used to.
