- シゲミチ (10/5): - 立地が良く 年二回利用させて頂いてますが、 まず駐車場ご充実しています。 二輪用の屋根付きの立派な物もあり、 誘導員の方が常駐していていつもしっかり丁寧に誘導していただきます。 ここはなかなか他のホテルでは見ないサービスなので助かっています。 フロントも挨拶もキチンとしてくれ、手際良くキビキビした対応で笑顔で会話もしてたり 印象が良いです。 無駄な所がなく施設もシンプルで綺麗でとても気持ちの良いホテルです。 繁忙期の空き部屋のアナウンスもメールで届くので参考になります。 これからも利用させて頂きます。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - About 800 yen taxi from Akita station. Hotel staff were helpful. Room was a decent size, but the bed was quite uncomfortable and hard (compared to western style bed). Location seems to be in some sort of entertainment district with many hostess bars in the area.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent, caring staff - I misplaced an item at the hotel, and the staff went out of their way to help me track it down. Very caring, conscientious and wanting to ensure our stay was the best it could be.
- Daniel (10/5): Perfectly Adequate - Hotel was completely adequate. Small and a bit cramped, but that is how Japanese hotels are. It was clean and quiet. There were plenty of great restaraunts within easy walking distance. Desk clerk was amazingly helpful. We will stay again.
- John (6/5): - I chose this hotel because the rate was a bit lower than hotels closer to the station. Its in the middle of a restaurant and bar district, about a fifteen minute straight slog from the station. The room was OK except that it had the most stained and gross carpet of any place I've stayed in Japan, and I have stayed in a lot of places. It may have been clean, but it was bad to look at and hard to ignore. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean and fairly modern and the wi-fi was good.
- mwfwinnie (8/5): Had a pleasant Stay - The room is small but clean. It has slippers, razor, sponge, shampoo, and shower gel provided. It also has fridge, cups, and kettle in the room. Free WIFI, very strong :) The bed is comfy. The hotel lobby is quite spacious. I can't believe that the washroom on the ground floor is large and has all the gels, lotions available for use. The staff is very friendly. One can speak English well. We asked him what the famous food is in Akita and which restaurant we should go for. (We don't want to go to restaurants that are for tourists.) There are two convenient stores near the hotel. The location isn't close to JR station. It takes ~20 mins walk. As we rented a car near JR station, it wasn't a problem for us. I would recommend people to stay there
