- Christine (10/5): Wir wären gerne länger länger geblieben! - Wir hatten das Deluxe Appartement Richtung Strasse/Meer und das war genial! Grosse Räume, zwei Balkone mit Liege und Tisch/Stühlen, Küche gut ausgestattet (kein Backrohr aber Mikrowellenherd), sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption, der hauseigene Gratisparkplatz ist schräg gegenüber, wir hatten vor dem 1.5. noch gratis in der blauen Zone vor der Tür geparkt. Viele Lokale vorne am Strand und ein Café für Frühstück 100m entfernt an der Strasse, 10% Gutscheine für einige Lokale vom Hotel, Lift vorhanden, in der Nacht trotz Strasse sehr ruhig

- Marco Florian (7/5): Schönes Apartment Hotel in guter relativ ruhiger Lage. - Alles war soweit ok. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Unser Doppelbett war so hart wie wir es nocht erlebt haben. Die Matratzen wurden gewechselt was leider nicht viel gebracht hat. Es war als würde die Matratze am Boden liegen. Es gibt schöne Plätze und Ecken aber eben auch viel kaputte oder runtergekommene Häuser. Irgendwie hat man das Gefühl das die goldene Zeit dieser Region schon ein paar Jahrzehnte zurückliegt. Wir sind Italienfans. Leider bekommt man in anderen Ländern oder Regionen mehr fürs Geld.

- Elena Nicola (10/5): - Locatia a fost superba, personalul este foarte amabil si pozitiv, apartamentul este complet utilat, m-as muta acolo daca as putea. Faptul ca nu am avut vedere la mare desi in toate pozele apartamentele aveau vedere la mare(printre blocuri ce-i drept, dar aveau). Inteleg ca pe diferite etaje se va vedea diferit si nu pot fi toate camerele cu aceeasi priveliste, insa este necesar sa includa poze din TOATE apartamentele, pentru ca motivul principal pentru care am ales locatia asta a fost privelistea, tocmai de care nu am avut parte. Balconul nostru era spre un perete de gard viu, nu se vede nimic de nicaieri.

- Julie (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, wir kommen wieder - Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer herausragenden Lage in Strandnähe mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Sie ist groß, sehr gepflegt und auf 2 Etagen verteilt. Es sind mehrere Balkone verfügbar, welche wir gerne zum Sonnen und Essen genutzt haben. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend für eine Selbstverpflegung. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In naher Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars etc.). Auch die Kommunikation mit Residence Sunrise war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir haben dort mit unserer Familie 10 Tage verbracht und werden definitiv wieder kommen. An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Alles war perfekt.

Perfetto e a poca distanza dalla spiaggia. bagno e cucina molto puliti. Parcheggio esterno alla struttura, Nello spiazzo di fronte poco distante dall’ingresso del residence.

Pillows were to hard for my taste but the bed was comfortable. This place offers a lot of space for Ironman equipmemt and is close enough to Cervia.

Kitchen was equipped very well, having the dishwasher was so helpful. Near the beach, walking distance from city center and Darsena The appartment was also warm as we went here on December cold season 👍 In room 102, the bathroom key should be fixed.

Really enjoyed staying here. Staff is very friendly as well Only manual coffee machine inside - would have been great to have some nespresso capsule machine instead.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Schöne Herbstferien - Wir haben für die Herbstferien das Penthouse-Appartement mit Meerblick gebucht. Leider wurden durch einen Fehler beim Check-In Appartements vertauscht, sodass wir erst nach zwei Tagen das richtige Appartement beziehen konnten. Das Problem wurde höflich erklärt und letztendlich ausgeräumt. Die Rate für das nahezu gleichwertige Appartement wurde entsprechend nach unten korrigiert. Zusätzlich erhielten wir einen Gutschein für ein Restaurant, den wir gerne nutzten. 😀 Generell ist zu sagen, daß die Kommunikation direkt und reibungslos funktionierte. Die Dame der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Appartements waren beide sehr sauber gereinigt. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Die Geräte in der Küche sind auf neuem Stand. Es war eine sehrschöne Woche!

- Monica (8/5): Bel residence!!! - Abbiamo soggiornato al Sunrise in quanto nostra figlia partecipava ad un torneo presso l'Eurocamp che dista 800 mt dal residence, durante il weekend di Pasqua. La posizione del residence è ottima sia rispetto all'Eurocamp, ma sopratutto vicinissimo al mare. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, il personale davvero cordiale e sorridente (il che non guasta mai). Il bilocale pulito, ben arredato e confortevole, non mancava nulla, completo di due terrazzini. Da prendere in considerazione anche per una vacanza al mare d'estate. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

- Nicasio (10/5): - Siamo stati benissimo l'anno scorso ed abbiamo ripetuto l'esperienZa anche quest'anno. Ottima struttura ed in una bellissima posizione. A due passi dal mare e dal centro storico, lontano dal traffico, vicinissimo al mare. Molto utili le convenzioni con sconto con strutture limitrofe. Da ripetere!
