- Verified traveler (10/5): - Simply stunning experience. Beautiful, spacious apartment, wonderful helpful people, comfy bed. Easy walk to anything we wanted to visit. If you had mobility issues there would be problems - we were on the third floor and we used the stairs. I don't think there was a lift. But it suited us just fine. If I could give this property more than 5 stars in every aspect I would.
- Roger (10/5): A Slip mat away from perfection - A slip mat in the shower would make the place perfect. The apartment was stylish, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The owner was welcoming and exceptionally helpful.

Après avoir passé 2 nuits excellentes dans le plus petit appartement du lot qui est déjà une grande chambre, je ose imaginer le bonheur d’être dans les plus grands. Agencement moderne, très grande propreté, calme. J’y reviendrai !

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely property - manager very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Only downside was not being able to check in until 5pm, however did take our bags for us as we arrived in the morning and kept them for us when we departed.

Although there aren't the amenities of a 4.5-5 star hotel as you might be used to (pool, spa, etc), the friendliness and effort of the staff made it a 5 star kind of star. From checking in early (and checking out late), to paying for my parking every 2 hours via their parking app, they were so accommodating, which took a lot of stress out of a business type of stay. Not to mention, the room was lovely! 10/10 would book here again.

A very friendly but non -English speaking lady met us on arrival. A very handy sandwich shop adjacent to the appartment. Our apartment was 3 stories up with no elevator.

Dit weekend is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. We hebben hier gewoon niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijt dat elke ochtend voorzien werd is ook zeker een aanrader!

- Arcadie (8/5): Wonderful Boutique Apartment Hotel - Owner was ready to receive us when we arrived. He was extremely gracious and friendly. We needed some customization of the set up of beds which was no problem. The hotel was under renovations during our stay but work was only done during the day and there was no interuption or disturbance. Various suites are available some with Kitchenettes. A smaller hotel with about 6 suites there is no elevator so anyone with health issues would need to book a suite on a lower floor.

- timothée (10/5): très bon spot - Appart-Hotel très joli, le gérant est très sympa et chaleureux ! Les chambres sont spacieuse et décorées avec goût (pas vieillot) ! La literie est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner copieux servit en chambre. Nous avons eu droit a une chambre avec sauna, ce qui change et est vraiment très agréable. Si je dois re-séjourner à Lille je retournerai au 30 sans hésiter. Son prix est très attractif et il n'est qu'a 10min à pied du centre du vieux lille. Je le recommande vivement.
- Ama (10/5): Apartment-hotel with love! - The apartment-hotel was such an experience. From arriving earlier than our check-in time to leaving; the experience was just amazing! The owners made us feel immediately welcome and even showed us around the other apartment so we could see what else they had to offer (which is a lot!!). Our room was very clean and well-finished. All the thought that went into this family business can really be appreciated. The sauna in the room was the icing on the cake! We enjoyed our sauna sessions at any hour unlike hotels where they have opening hours. We also ate at their cafe for breakfast and again, very friendly staff and good food. Thank you Franck and Betty for providing such a relaxing experience and I wish you all the best in your next ventures. I will definitely be coming back with friends/ family so they too can have a taste of the experience you are offering. May God continue to bless your family!
- Guillaume (8/5): Bel emplacement et suite très confortable. - Très bon séjour. Il s'agit plus d'un appartement (sans kitchenette) avec salon, chambre et salle de bains. Une vraie grande douche pour tous les gabarits. Ça fait plaisir. Un sauna privatif juste installé mais pas encore en fonctionnement. Dommage... on y retournera pour le faire chauffer! Le seul bémol mais l'hôtelier n'y est pour rien, les voisins du bas avec le jacuzzi ont fait la fête très tard et n'ont pas respecté les règles de courtoisies d'un Hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and accommodating apartment/hotel - Great little find! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Right across from the Zenith amphitheater and the grand palais. It's basically an apartment / condo (it's not actually a hotel) but I would argue it's even better. There's a restaurant and bar downstairs, and it's a 15 minute walk from downtown. The landlord is super accommodating and the room is as clean and nice as they come. Be warned it is an older building (definitely remodeled) so there is no elevator. Would not recommend for persons with disabilities, but the building is only 3 floors so the climb isn't bad at all.

Hôtel situé à 10-15 min à pied de la gare SNCF Lille Flandres, sinon station de métro à proximité. Immeuble refait entièrement en appart'hôtel, avec quelques suites. Très belles superficies pour la 301 et pour la 302. Décoration soignée et de goût (style "nordic cocoon", si ça existe). Les photos que vous voyez reflètent exactement ce que vous réservez. Très bien insonorisé. Literie exceptionnelle. Belles salle de bains, avec des cosmétiques de qualité. Pdj servi en chambre, copieux et varié. Machine à expresso (gratuite), wifi (gratuit), FreeTV (gratuit) & mini-bar (payant). Troquet au bas de l'immeuble, pour dîner et faire des rencontres sympas. Je crois bien que je me suis trouvé mon pied à terre idéal que je viens sur Lille !
- Justine (10/5): Perfect - This is an absolutely stunning place to stay, within a 10 minute walk from Lille International station. We stayed in apartment 2 which has it's own outside terrace, sauna and double Jacuzzi bath which was great after a day out sightseeing in Lille. Perfectly appointed and a super nights sleep. The only slight downside is that it has a late check in time of 5pm so we could have done with another night! Apart from that, I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
