- Verified traveler (6/5): Le sorprese che non piacciono - Sicuramente se avessi avuto un’altra stanza il mio soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto. Mi hanno dato (a mia insaputa) una stanza senza la finestra che comunicava con la cucina dalla quale alle 6,30 partivano tutti i rumori (frullatori, piattino ecc) della colazione. Pulizia ottima. Raccomandato a chi ha il sonno pesante. Posizione perfetta per visitare Napoli

- Jordan (2/5): Absolutely shocking - The fact that I booked the hotel and immediately after confirmation I needed to change my dates I was told there was absolutely nothing I could do. I offered to pay extra to get the dates moved to the following week with plenty of notice but the best response I received was ‘try and sell the tickets to someone else’. A complete joke of a hotel and unprofessional in every aspect.

Le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il personale estremamente cortese, preparato, disponibile durante l’intera permanenza. L’unico consiglio per rendere il soggiorno perfetto? La colazione! Ottimo il servizio in camera ma in una città come Napoli non dovrebbero mancare mai prodotti tipici del territorio. Torneremo certamente

Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning which was nice. Simple European breakfast...cereal, hard toast, pastry, whole fruits.

- Amal Leila (10/5): Great stay - Great location and super friendly staff! Frederica was great at providing information. Everyone we met was super friendly. Only minor issue was the noise from the street but I guess that’s normal if you want to be in such a central location.

- Tamsin (8/5): Lovely apartment, helpful staff but hard to find - It took us a while to find the residence, despite following Google maps, there are no clear signs outside but when we did find the hotel it was lovely. The staff are very helpful, even though they are not always on site, there is an easy way to contact them by phone. The breakfast in the room was a really lovely novelty and the room was well equiped for any cooking you may wish to do. We had an issue with the shower flooding our room, but the receptionist immediately called a plumber and re-roomed us so that we were not affected. The room we were moved to was just as nice but a little worn around the edges. Overall though I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and would definitely come back!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Room right next to noisy kitchen - I booked this hotel for its AWESOME location and price but was slightly worried about the limited check-in hours. Luckily (actually not so good if you need luck to check-in), a staff member stopped by when I was about to WhatsApp help. My single room was huge but so was the furniture so I felt that there wasn't much space to move around. But that's fine. One thing I do have to warn people against is that Room 1 is right next to the kitchen. The staff start preparing breakfast at 7am so you will hear EVERYTHING. If you are a relaxed traveller who prefers to sleep in, this hotel, or Room 1 at least, is not for you.

Staff are exceptional - very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The lady who met us on our first day at the reception desk gave us lots of useful tips on what to see & do, where to eat & how to get around. Great location: walking distance to Via Toledo metro (about 10 minutes & from here it’s 3 stops to Stazione Centrale, where you can catch national trains as well as the local Circumvesuviana train to Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii, Sorrento); about 15-20 minute walk to Molo Beverello port for ferries to Ischia, Capri, etc; 10 minute walk to the harbour area & promenade which is packed with lovely seafront restaurants & about 15 minutes to Funicular di Chiaia (definitely recommend catching this train up to Piazza Vanvitelli in Vomero & visiting Castel Sant’Elmo for stunning 360 views of Naples!). Hotel is clean, quiet & safe; all in all, a great base for us during our stay in Naples and we would highly recommend!
