Please note that the accommodations has no reception. In order to check in, guests need to bring the access codes they will receive by e-mail from the accommodations. Please note that payments are not possible on-site and have to be completed in advance via Bank Transfer, PayPal or Credit Card. Please note that towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for €10.00 per person or bring their own. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed, please note that an extra charge of €17 per pet, per night applies. A baby package (bed and chair) is available at an extra charge of €15. Guests are kindly reminded to fill in the correct number of guests upon booking in order for the city taxes to be calculated correctly. Please note that the triple bunk beds in the apartments are compact. Adults can sleep in these, but we advise only children use the bunk beds.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Bart (10/5): Ideaal voor enkele dagen als je in de buurt wat wilt gaan doen of op doorreis bent. - De toegang. Een dag van tevoren werd ik vriendelijk gebeld en geïnstrueerd hoe in te checken. Dat verliep heel soepel. Ik kreeg wel heel veel Booking.com meldingen over ongeveer hetzelfde. Uiteindelijk was niet geheel duidelijk wat de toegangscode was voor de parking.

Cherry (10/5): A stay with a young child and senior. - Kidfriendly apartment. It's clean. Helpcenter is really helpful. There are no staff present so there was one time there is dirty hallway(vomit). We keep on seeing it while passing. It smells too. -Bed is double bed( Would love a larger bed).

Slieker (8/5): - Het was schoon en goed georganiseerd met zelf inchecken! Appartement was ook goed en voorzien van alles. De locatie was net minder aan het strand gelegen dan gehoopt. Ook weinig strand tentjes in de buurt, maar wel op klein stukje rijden.
Thierry (3/5): Low cost très cher pour les faibles prestations - Low cost très cher pour la prestation, lits non fait, télé cassée qui s’allume toute seule en pleine nuit, on entend tout des voisins, très bruyant en général notamment dans les couloirs, draps déchirés, inondation dans toute la salle de bain quand on prend une douche, sols sales, tout sauf une bouteille d’eau dans les distributeurs. Un hôtel qui ne vaut pas plus de 70 eur

En kortbij waren enkele horeca zaken die zeer goed waren:) Heel klein…kamer voor 5 personen, we waren maar met 4 maar omdat de slaapbank moest gezet worden zaten we in een kleine ruimte. Onze douche sloot niet goed af dus het badkamertje stond snel onder water. Geen probleem en ik heb dit opgekuist maar misschien voor volgende bezoekers niet erg aangenaam.

Betty (5/5): Niet erg goed - De locatie Appartement was heel klein en vreemd ingedeeld. De slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed zat naast de voordeur (dus naast de gang) en badkamer was ook heel klein. Heel anders dan ik gewend was in Holiday Suites Westende. Meerdere malen geweest maar nog nooit zo’n klein app gehad . Deze was 29m2. En de tv had heen zenders maar er kwam direct de avondconcierge maar hij kon niks oplossen. De volgende ochtend kwam er een technische man die de kanalen ging instellen. Ik moest een half uur wachten tijdens een autom reset en na een paar handelingen, kreef ik weer kanalen. Dus niet echt ideaal verblijf.

Je trouve egalement dommage qu'il n'y avait pas une armoire pour mettre le balance et l'aspirateur. On devait pendre nos manteaux avec l'aspirateur! Et aussi la vaisselle se trouvait dans les armoire en hauteur, il fallait monter sur une chaise pour y acceder donc ce serait bien de mettre un escabeau. Mis a part cela tout ok

Stephanie (7/5): Ik zou zeker terug gaan, enkel breng ik dan wel een sfeerlichtje mee. En een keukenhanddoek! ^_^ - Handig dat je de code mee krijgt en zelf kan inchecken op eigen tempo. Redelijk ruim ingericht. Op zich een mooie ruimte voor een kort verblijf aan zee. Goede take away in de buurt! Er was geen sfeerverlichting voor 's avonds als de kids slapen. De verlichting van de stapelbedden werkte niet, maar ook te fel licht, die kleine lampjes (zelfde bij het grote bed, daar hangen de gewone lichtjes eveneens te hoog qua lichtsterkte). Kind slaapt helaas niet graag in het donker... Deur van de stapelbedden kon niet op slot langs buiten (bed was helaas niet veilig genoeg voor onze kleine waaghalzen, die we constant van de steile trap moesten halen). Begrijp wel dat dit iets is wat misschien moeilijk ligt, maar wel handig om te weten bij jonge waaghalzen.. :-D Het zelf wegdoen van vuil begrijp ik wel, maar niet praktisch met 2 kleine kinderen en veel bagage. Alsook wordt er gevraagd om te sorteren, maar staat er een grote vuilbak i.p.v. bijvoorbeeld meerdere kleine of duidelijker aangegeven dan enkel in de folder. Het staat aangegeven, maar uit eigen ervaring vond ik het minder praktisch, als je 's avonds aankomt door file bijvoorbeeld en je nog bedden moet maken. Het zou misschien wel iets vlotter gaan als het onderlaken met rek is.. :-P

Marcel (7/5): Heerlijk geslapen en was mooi weer dus leuk wandeken - De accommodatie is goed gelegen en ruim genoeg en alles zat erin. Goede tv, keuken goed uitgerust. En was netjes ook de wc en douche (was goed douche. En we hadden een kamer met een ruim balkon/terras met schuifdeur en was overdekt. Dichtbij strand op loopafstand Buiten niet goed verlicht. In de avond branden de buitenlampen niet, is moeilijk parkeren zo en naar gebouw lopen. Moet zaklamp aan doen om code in te tikken bij slagboom.
