Obsługa miła, uprzejma i zawsze pomocna. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się wiele atrakcji dla dzieci – sala gier oraz bawialnia, w której można zostawić dziecko pod opieką animatorów. Wjazd na teren obiektu jest strzeżony przez prywatną ochronę, co zapewnia dodatkowe poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Wyżywienie urozmaicone i smaczne – każdy może najeść się do syta. Dużym atutem jest również bliskość pięknej, szerokiej, piaszczystej plaży oraz szybki dojazd z lotniska w Maladze. Brak zastrzeżeń.

Amit szeretnék külön megköszönni, hogy kértem ha lehetne, korábban foglalhatjuk el a szobánkat, mivel a repülőgépünk reggel érkezett meg, és amikor a szállásra értünk, meglepetésemre már rendben volt a szoba, így fel is mehetünk lepihenni, mert éjjel utaztunk. Ez nagyon jól esett, és hálás vagyok érte. Utólag is Köszönöm szépen. Nem tudok ilyent írni!

Una comoda navetta permette di raggiungere gli atri due hotel ed il parco acquatico . Nel ristorante centrale si mangia molto bene e ogni sera c'e' una serata a tema , il cibo e ricco e vario, ci sono piu' bar e nei pressi delle piscine si puo' usufruire di un servizio fast food se non si vuole pranzare al ristorante. Alla Reception il personale e' gentilissimo, noi ci siamo tovati benissimo con Arianna , professionale e molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richista. Anche Carlos e' stato molto carino e gentile.

• Angel (5/5): Mejorable - La parte exterior era impresionante: cascadas, zona de tortugas, había peces, un puente que atraviesa el lago, vegetación, estaba muy bien decorado de navidad y tiene muchas instalaciones. El baño de la habitación tenía baño y ducha. Había actuaciones todos los días. El buffet es muy completo, y un espectáculo para los ojos. La habitación no estaba limpia, los muebles se veían muy usados y poco higiénicos, la iluminación era muy pobre y había que tener siempre la luz encendida que iluminaba muy poco también, la habitación daba al parking no al mar, los utensilios de cocina no estaban limpios, en el suelo había muchas pelusas y las camas hacían mucho ruido, con un niño de dos años la verdad que esto deja mucho que desear. El ultimo día no nos hicieron la habitación, pese a avisarlo. El spa nos costó una hora 48 euros y nos dijeron que mejor que nuestro hijo no lo usara por si se le irritaba la piel (lo usamos y no le pasó nada), el spa hay que cogerlo con un día de antelación, sino no entras. Había peluquería pero no peluqueros, no proporcionan albornoz para el spa, solo toalla. La zona de juegos para los niños es previo pago de 4-6 € (no recuerdo exactamente)por lo que no la llegamos a usar. El chico de recepción con el que hicimos check-in creo que era nuevo porque no nos llegó a explicar los horarios de restaurante ni de actividades...No nos cobró la estancia al check in y nos dejaron una nota en la habitación.

• E3989QAemmah (4/5): Not open in December - We booked this hotel for Christmas but we thought something was off as it seemed the outside was closed. We booked through a travel agent online. I queried it with them and they just suggested to book another hotel. They never said why but we saw on Facebook a few weeks after that the hotel was closed from 10th December.. Good thing we had instincts but even the travel agent never told us it was closed should not have allowed to have been booked at all. Other people might not be as cautious as we were.

Независимо от погоды или время года, всегда отличный сервис и отдых. Нам достаточно недели, чтобы восстановить свои ресурсы, которых не хватает из за быстрого темпа жизни. Очень дружелюбный персонал поможет решить или организовать ваш отдых. Всегда можно поучаствовать в мероприятиях для отдыхающих. Есть бассейн, сауна и много еще чего для родителей с детьми. Панорамный вид на море и тишина действуют как бальзам для снятия стресса. Конечно рекомендую всем посетить этот комплекс отелей, они каждый раз удивляют нас по новому, но главное мы получаем в полном объеме то, ради чего приезжаем - полноценный отдых! Благодарим весь персонал!!! Питанием остались довольны. Преимущественно ели рыбу и морепродукты, выбор превзошел наши ожидания. Богатый, разнообразный выбор сыров и мясных изделий. Изобилие фрукт и овощей. Очень понравилось мясное блюдо, которое просто таяло во рту. Отдых быстро закончился!!!

The property is absolutely massive, the food was great, and the location worked perfectly — close to Malaga city centre, the beach, and even a casino next door. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. That said, there were a few surprises, mainly around resort facilities being closed for winter and some limitations with the gym and spa. Still, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return. ⸻ 👍 Pros • Great overall experience — fantastic for a relaxed holiday or special occasion. • Convenient location — not too far from Malaga city centre. • Beach very close by — easy access. • Casino next door — nice bonus for entertainment. • Huge property — lots of space, feels like a proper resort. • Food was very good — plenty of options and good quality. • Friendly and helpful staff — good service throughout. • Rooms were decent — comfortable and clean enough for a pleasant stay. Resort facilities were closed for winter (from 1st November) • This wasn’t clearly mentioned anywhere during booking. • It’s important for guests to know because many activities are unavailable. • Gym is very basic • Small space with just dumbbells and a few cardio machines. • Don’t expect a full fitness centre. • Spa requires extra payment • €20 per person, and they make you buy a compulsory swimming cap. I was given a cheap wine which we didn’t open - but appreciate the gesture. Would have been better to receive a complimentary spa entry instead. • Parking is huge but almost always full • Despite a large parking lot, spaces were hard to find. • Some corner areas were available, but it gets crowded.
