Janna (10/5): We will be back! - The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. Our room was perfect and very comfortable. We had an amazing view overlooking the pool and landscape. We really enjoyed the concert venue, as well. The non-smoking section was a nice surprise! We ate dinner at Gilley's before the concert. While our food was okay, it was very slow. We waited over an hour and we only had baked potatoes. Seems like it should not have taken that long for just baked potatoes!

I thought Ibooked my stay at Choctaw GRANT to watch my friends the Marshall Tucker Band and when I was checking in that's when I found out I had no reservation there and they were completely full. My reservation was for Choctaw DURANT which was 85 miles away. Thank you Bookins. I'm out $309.00. Plus another $103.00 to get a room at another hotel in Grant, Oklahoma. If you check my reservation, I never showed up.

I didn’t like how there is absolutely no microwave in the rooms nor in the facility except for one that you can’t use. For the price of the rooms you should at least be able to warm up your food items.

Daniel (9/5): Wife and I had a great time! - Its a large casino. A lot of non smoking areas. It had a pleasant smell. Lots of food options. Big gaming area for kids. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower. Casino area was a little dark for my taste, a little brighter would be nice. Room was small but nice. Restaurants are a bit pricey. Lots of renovation going on the spa side, but its necessary for improvements.

sharonbJ2332MA (6/5): March 12th 2026 - Shortly after getting to our room the hot water faucet handle broke in room 3208, we called for service when the girl arrives she promptly took a tool out of her tool belt and wiped it on our hand towel. After deciding that she didn't know how to fix it, she called in another person. When the second person arrived he determined the faucet handle was indeed broken and he would need to locate a replacement part. We opted out because we did not want anyone in our room while we were out and we did not want to wait. Buffet was terrible (Yesterdays leftovers) Dried out and cold and few selections. I enjoyed some Prime Rib and a few potatoes, wasn't worth the price at all.

My room was easy access to the elevator and pool but we did not swim. stanmU7591VZ (2/5): Room Bait and Switch - Horrible Beds - I never received a confirmation email after booking my Sky Tower room. After calling the reservation number they were able to confirm my reservation in the Sky Tower and assured me they would resend me a new confirmation email. I verified my email address with them again. Still no email arrived. When we checked in they had moved my reservation the the Grand Tower. When I told them my reservation was for the Sky Tower, they asked to see my email confirmation - which I'm sure they knew I didn't have. So we sadly had to stay in the Grand Tower. The beds in the Grand Tower are AWFUL! I am still having back pain after sleeping in the bed in the room. They are also renovating parts of the Casino near the Grand Tower, so It's very inconvient and quiet a mess. My husband and I will not be returning to Choctaw. Something seems very sketchy with the room reservation system. We have had a good time there in the past, but no more.

Rosemary (10/5): Great casino weekend and so convenient to able to go upstairs when ready to call it a night. - Absolutely awesome for our birthday weekend celebration. Just pricey for the convenience of staying on property. Wish they had a jacuzzi or pool open to enjoy the resort property more.

Lindsay (5/5): very underwhelming and disappointed. - The no smoking area. There were some 15 dollar black jack. Everything was very expensive but was not special. We decided to go to this casino instead of Winstar and was hoping for more perks. There was not. Nothing in the room made it special. The coffee maker for example, shampoo, smells, the Starbucks was very dirty and slow. The beverages were out of carbonation in the sodas machine and was told to someone, wasn't even fixed the next morning. We spent almost 1000 on two rooms in the new tower and I was very disappointed. A family member stayed in the spa tower and the rooms were almost identical. There may have been a little more room, but nothing special from one to the other even though it was MUCH more expensive. Getting to the Sky tower was VERY HARD and confusing. The valet staff was disrespectful and bluntly rude. my husband and I both looked at each other and was like, are you serious. Also, I drink High noon, I was told there were two flavors peach and pineapple. I asked for pineapple and was brought beach, when i asked for the other I was told no. that drink was NINE dollars and couldnt even get the one I liked.

Erick (9/5): Short and sweet stay, but we're enjoyed it. My kids liked the arcade and loved being on the 18th f - The only negative was the rude person at the front desk when we first arrived.
Michael (6/5): - We brought our grandchildren to stay. They enjoyed the arcade very much. The room with two queen beds was extremely small. The beds were hard. No grab bars in the shower.

David (8/5): Weekend getaway with Granddaughter was a hit ! - Sky Tower was decent - definately need more hooks or places in the room where a family can hang up wet clothing - one hook in the bathroom won't do! Pools were great ! Trains coming by all night long ! Food has gotten so expensive !

Kristen (9/5): Overall a great experience for going to a concert at the theater and being in my room about five minutes after, but the - Staff were friendly, room was nice and clean and spacious, and the ease of getting to the theater was awesome. Smell of cigarettes everywhere I went except for my room and the theater.

GARY (9/5): Everything was fine, no problems, nothing exceptional. - Clean well kept room, location was okay, very quiet. Bell Boy Tyre (sp) was very pleasant and helpful. Pillows too thick for me but wife likes them just fine. No promotion so room a little overpriced. Need more breakfast choices like a Dennys or Ihop.
Linda (4/5): Keith Urban = AWESOME! Choctaw hotel = MEH. - Bed good. Pillows good. Keith Urban AWESOME! All the employees we met were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was nothing special. Could have been a Hampton Inn. No microwave. Only one hook in bathroom. Where were two people supposed to hang wet swimsuits and towels? Sliding glass door to balcony was difficult to open/close and did not close completely or lock. Housekeeping never came. We had to hunt them down and ask for fresh towels since our wet ones were in a pile on the floor due to no hooks or towel racks. Never made our bed or emptied our trash. Nothing to hold onto in shower; floor got slippery with soap. TV offerings were the worst and the menu didn't match what was actually on! And a decent movie cost $30!!! Ridiculous! The floor length mirror was placed where a person on the bed could see a person in the bathroom peeing. Unless they wanted to slide the cumbersome barn door. The same little cotton ball on the hallway floor was there all day, even though there were housekeeping carts all around it. The in-room hotel info on the tv said Butterfields had crab and prime rib available after 4pm. So we waited until 4pm to eat dinner, only to find they no longer offered crab on Thursdays. $40 each for beef tips and mashed potatoes kinda pissed me off. Manager ultimately did comp us two meals for the next night, so that was good. If we ever go back to see another concert, we will probably stay somewhere else since this was waaaaay overpriced for what you got.
