• Timea (9/5): Relaxing and top comfort - De rustige locatie was heel fijn voor onze vakantie. Rond de omgeving is het stil, maar je bent 5 minuten verwijderd van een leuk stadje voor ‘meer leven’. Het zwembad was ook heel fijn. Het kluisje is met een sleutel, in plaats van een cijfercode. Het is wat onhandig om nog een paar sleutels mee te nemen.

• Jolanta (9/5): Piękne miejsce, bardzo przyjemny wystrój wnętrz, cisza spokój - było świetnie - Cicha lokalizacja, przyjemny wystrój wnętrz, miła obsługa. Blisko na plażę publiczna, sklep Spar, centrum miasta. Naprawdę super miejsce, polecam serdecznie! Mało przestrzeni na ubrania, to jedyny minus o którym z ogromny bólem pisze, ponieważ naprawdę nie chciałabym nic negatywnego napisać ponieważ obiekt był super. Klimatyzacja w naszym przypadku była tylko w salonie, ale włączając ją na noc docierało chłodne powietrze do sypialni.

• Michael (7/5): Schönes und gemütliches Apartment, nah am Meer. - Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Apartment und der Lage dessen. Der Service und der unkomplizierte Kontakt zu den Hosts hat uns sehr gefallen. Hier geht es um den zweiten Blick. Trotz der wuderbaren minimalistischen Einrichtung würde ich eine simple Garderobe im Eingang für Jacken, Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer empfehlen. Auch bzgl. der Küchenutensilien würde ich mir wünschen, dass auf einer Herdplatte Pfanne und Topf gemeinsam drauf passen und das Wasser im Spülbecken adäquat abläuft.

Die Appartements sind neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Hausherrin ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt einem gute Restaurantempfehlungen! Etwas hellhörig und in den Zimmern fehlen Hänge-/Abstellmöglichkeiten.

• Anna (7/5): - Appartamento abbastanza grande, con terrazzo dotato di tavolo e sedie dove e molto piacevole poter fare colazione o stare alla sera. Piscina molto bella, con ombrelloni e sdraio sempre a disposizione. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i teli messi a disposizione in camera, apposta per la piscina. Zona molto tranquilla e parcheggio sempre disponibile (anche ad Agosto) in strada fuori dalla struttura. Essendo in una strada chiusa anche di notte c'è molto silenzio. Posizione comoda per raggiungere in auto varie spiagge dell'isola. Il giorno della nostra partenza, i proprietari, sono stati molto gentili perché ci hanno permesso di stare in piscina anche dopo il check out e ci hanno fatto depositare i bagagli in un luogo sicuro. Abbiamo trovato molto comoda la modalità di ritiro delle chiavi, ovvero si trovavano dentro ad un lucchetto con combinazione. Purtroppo nel nostro appartamento c'era un cattivo odore, soprattutto nel bagno (sembra odore di fogna), nonostante lasciassimo sempre una finestra aperta e cambiavamo l'aria ogni mattina e sera. Il cambio asciugamani avviene un giorno si e uno no e avremmo gradito che fosse indicato da qualche parte. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti e i cestini non sono mai stati svuotati, né in bagno e né in cucina. Abbiamo trovato i letti scomodi (ma questo è facoltativo)

• Nina (10/5): - Die ruhige Lage des Apartment-Hauses erwies sich als wahre Oase der Erholung. Bereits beim Ankommen vermittelte die entspannte Atmosphäre ein Gefühl von Leichtigkeit und Wohlbefinden, das sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt zog. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die stilvolle, minimalistische Gestaltung des Apartments – ein Ambiente, das sofort ansprach und den aktuellen Mallorca-Stil widerspiegelte. Besonders schön ist die Anlage, die mit ihrer liebevollen Bepflanzung einen ganz eigenen Charme verströmte. Ein echtes Highlight war die Terrasse der Penthouse-Wohnung: großzügig, sonnendurchflutet und einfach perfekt, um morgens in aller Ruhe den ersten Kaffee zu genießen oder abends den Tag bei warmem Licht und einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt – ein Aufenthalt, der uns sicher noch lange in schöner Erinnerung bleiben wird. Und wir kommen in 7 Wochen wieder :-)
• Lara (10/5): Quiet bliss - Really lovely location, very quiet and super comfy bed and pillows. Lovely aircon and a ceiling fan - life changing in the heat! Loved the very close proximity to quieter beaches like Cala Serena and Cala Ferrera. And there’s a Mercado and a highly rated restaurant also within walking distance. A hidden gem, highly recommend. Didn’t bother us too much as we didn’t mind walking but taxi’s are hard to come by in the area, but it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to Cala D’or’s taxi rank.

• Soares (9/5): Recomendo muito. Super acolhedor e ótimo para família. - O alojamento é super giro e acolhedor. Tem espaço com todas as condições necessárias, uma piscina e zona exterior espetacular. A localização é excelente, de carro chega-se em 5 min a todo o lado. Apenas o ar condicionado parecia um pouco antigo e por isso fazia algum barulho.

The location is perfect, very close to a nice small bay/ beach, if you have a car plenty of other amazing beaches closeby. The entire building, garden, pool is just so nice and well maintained! We had a very relaxing stay and the hosts were amazing. They gave us a lot of great recommendations and were always available and very attentive to all details. We would definitely love to come back!

• Colleen (8/5): Peaceful, clean, perfect Cala access ! - Wonderful pool, great size bed for a couple, very spacious area. Tons of free parking on the street and we went during a busy time in July/august. Towels, basic bathroom supplies provided. Kitchen is very small so not ideal for cooking but still manageable with all the tools needed (pans, utensils, etc). Awesome communication with the owners :) It’s quite remote, so if you don’t have a car, restaurants and shops will be about a 30 minute walk.

There is a sports complex next door with padel/tennis courts and football fields. Super recommend if you are looking for something calm but also very close to a busy area in Cala Dor. The studio could have more storage furniture for longer stays

Essendo all’ultimo piano, offriva spazi ampi, un’ottima privacy e un terrazzo davvero piacevole, perfetto per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Nessun via vai di persone, ambiente silenzioso e riservato. Molto bella anche la piscina e l’area relax intorno, curate e mai affollate. La posizione è ideale per chi cerca tranquillità: fuori dal centro ma comunque comoda per spostarsi. Trato, estancia y ubicación excelentes! - Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada pero Antonia nos dejó un cuarto para dejar el equipaje y poder cambiarnos para ir a la playa hasta poder hacer el check in, luego ellos mismos se encargaron de trasladar nuestro equipaje al apartamento. El apartamento estaba perfectamente equipado y limpio, con acceso directo a la piscina y muy bien ubicado, facil acceso y con playas y calas muy cerca donde podíamos ir a pie. En general las instalaciones tanto de apartamento, el recinto y la ubicación eran de 10. Pero sobre todo nos gustó mucho el trato de Antonia, Aina y otro trabajador más que habían, nos ayudaron en todo, quisimos alquilar un barco y nos facilitaron contacto, también nos facilitaron teléfonos de taxis en la zona, y estuvieron pendientes de que no nos faltara de nada durante la estancia. El día de salida del apartamento, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos también nuestras maletas en un cuarto hasta la hora de marcharnos al aeropuerto. En definitiva, MUY RECOMENDALE, si volvemos a Mallorca volveremos a este apartamento.

I had messaged before hand to request some simple birthday decorations as we were visiting Mallorca for the first time, as a surprise birthday getaway for my partner. The decorations we were met with in the apartment succeeded all expectations, including huge balloons, a bottle of sparkling wine and a cheesecake with candles. So lovely! We stayed for 4 nights, and despite the room towels being replaced, we asked for new beach towels but were told the these wouldn’t be replaced and had to use the same for the whole duration.
• Edward (1/5): Awful - Very little We booked this apartment hoping for a relaxing stay but ended up leaving before check-out on the morning after our first night. While the apartment appeared clean, it had an overwhelming chemical smell that made it almost impossible to sleep. We aired the place out for hours the next morning with all the windows open, but that wasn’t an option overnight due to the intense heat. I also experienced a severe allergic reaction, which caused a painful eczema flare-up around my eyes. We messaged the hosts respectfully to explain our concerns and decision to leave, hoping for a partial refund for the unused nights. Instead, they showed up at our door just minutes later, entered the apartment, and immediately dismissed our concerns. They insisted there was no smell (after hours of ventilation) and told us it was “our problem”—not theirs. There was no empathy or accountability; just defensiveness and irritation that we had even brought up the issue. Although they offered to move us, their attitude and complete denial of any issue made us feel deeply uncomfortable. Despite leaving well before check-out on our first morning and using only one night of our stay, they refused to provide any refund whatsoever. Sadly, we cannot recommend this property. There are many better options nearby where guest concerns are taken seriously and handled with professionalism and basic respect

Mention spéciale pour le ventilateur silencieux et efficace dans la chambre. Pour couronner le tout , une hôte d’une extrême gentillesse ! 😍 Rien !

• Leandro (9/5): Volveremos!! - Excelente propiedad. Muy cómoda. El personal muy amable y la piscina increíble, aunque no llegamos a usarla. La ubicación excelente. Seguramente volveremos! No hay microondas, pero esto estaba especificado. Aún así deberían agregar uno. Habían muchas hormigas en la propiedad.
• Chiara (8/5): Very quite, clean and lovely atmosphere with some extra details would have been 10/10 - I liked the overall experience. Cleanliness and the bathroom toiletry sets and beach towels provided. Bedroom with overall good mattress and safe in the wardrobe to lock your valuables. The location is very quite and pool and sunbeds and umbrella were very good quality. Coffee machine with a couple of pods provided. Air con working really well. Kitchen has the essentials for you to cook. Garden and surrounding areas is very well kept with lovely trees and plants. Recycling bins available. Bathroom appliances a bit worn. Maybe needs slight renovation. Mosquitoes everywhere but no anti mosquitoes product supplied. We had to buy our own one (the electric repellent). A bit more decoration and kitchen tools would have looked much nicer. Too minimal. No washing machine available at the facility not even a communal one. Bathroom was leaking probably from the shower or the toilet not sure but not big deal.
• Beatriz (10/5): A place to chill - Everything! The location is perfect, very calm, 5min walking to 2 amazing beaches, there are some restaurants and supermarket near by, the room is very comfortable, clean and the host very attentive. We highly recommend!
• Ritika (8/5): Wir hatten einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. - Sehr schöne Apartments. Man hat Halles was man braucht. 6 Gehminuten von Strand in ruhiger Lage. Leider sehr Hellhörig.

• Axel (3/5): Fint ställe med en del brister - Väldigt trevlig och lugn omgivning. Ligger i utkanten av samhället men det är nära att promenera till stränder, restauranger etc. Väldigt stor pool. Kostnadsfri parkering precis utanför huset. AC:n var placerad i vardagsrummet/köket i vår lägenhet vilket var relativt långt bort från sovrummet. Vi fick en fläkt som delvis hjälpte men hade mycket mer uppskattat att kunna reglera temperaturen när vi sov. Dag två upptäckte vi svarta fläckar mellan plattorna och runt duschlisten i badrummet vilket vi befarade vara svartmögel. När jag påtalade detta till ägarna så erbjöd de sig att komma och titta på vilket en av dem gjorde och frågade om vi ville byta rum eller få det städat. Vi fick ingen riktig ursäkt eller bekräftelse på att detta var extraordinärt, endast en förklaring att det är hög luftfuktighet i Mallorca och att badrummet kanske inte var tillräckligt ventilerat? Fläckarna blev delvis undanstädade men det fanns fortfarande kvar en del vid duschlisten men då ägarna inte självmant följde upp detta så orkade vi inte ta det vidare. Vidare var sängarna ganska obekväma. Allt detta i kombination bidrog till att denna vistelse inte överträffade våra förväntningar.

• Paula (9/5): A quiet respite near beautiful calas - Great apartment near beautiful calas that offers guests a quiet respite. The apartment is modern, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The pool is lovely. Special thanks to Antonia and Aina, who allowed us a slightly earlier check-in and otherwise were responsive and accessible during our stay. Mosquitoes are a part of summer however we had quite a few in the apartment when we arrived.

• Rudolf Leeuw (9/5): Angenehme Auffenthalt in Serena Sol Apt. - Angenehm Grosszügiges Appartement, etwas abseits, daher sehr ruhig. Schöne Poolanlage, mit Liegen. Parken vor der Tür war nie ein Problem. Es war schön zwei Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine vorzufinden, damit man weiß welche nachgekauft werden müssen. Davon gibt´s leider viele verschiedene Sorten. Antonia war immer ansprechbar und die Wäsche wurde regelmäßig gewechselt. Etwas Pfeffer und Salz, als Grundausstattung wäre nett gewesen, haben wir aber jetzt hinterlassen :-)
• Helen (10/5): Serena Sol perfectly lives up to its name, I miss it already! - Serena Sol is wonderfully situated on a no-through road, guaranteeing a peaceful stay. My apartment was spotless and very comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a perfect temperature and very clean, with super comfortable sunbeds with large umbrellas to provide shelter from the sun. Antonia was a very friendly, welcoming and approachable host and I was very grateful for her kindness, especially being a solo female traveller. Absolutely nothing!

• Julia (8/5): Würde die Unterkunft aber dennoch gerne weiterempfehlen! - Die Lage war gut, insbesondere mit dem Auto ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Das Haus war sehr schön, der Pool ebenso! Wir hatten ein nicht renoviertes Apartement, trotzdem ganz schön. Die Ausstattung war eher minimalistisch, es gab das Nötigste. Wenn was fehlte, konnte man die Besitzer aber sofort ansprechen und man bekam Hilfe. Recht hellhörig, die Dusche war recht kalt, beziehungsweise dauerte bis sie warm wurde. Bei warmer Temperatur lief dann nur noch ein sehr leichter Strahl. Außerdem war die Unterkunft recht kühl, im Sommer bestimmt super! Für uns im Mai und nicht so tollem Wetter manchmal frisch…

• Lisa (8/5): Good value for money & quiet - Simple but clean and cosy apartment. It was quiet during the whole stay. Slight smell in the bathroom but I think it is because the flat has been empty for a while (we came in May) Beds are ok and simple. Don't expect something very comfortable.
