• SAFA (2/5): À ne pas recommander - Le cottage avec sa piscine privée. 1- l’environnement est bruyant d’une façon incroyable: nous avons réservé 2 nuits et on n’a pas pu dormir à cause des pigeons qui roucoulent toute la nuit non-stop (vidéos à l’appui) . Les geckos faisaient également du bruit. Le bruit des scooters ainsi que les travaux dans le restaurant à l’hôtel dès 7h du matin..c’était un cauchemar. 2- petit déjeuner très basique et pas top 3- hôtel un peu éloigné et isolé du centre: si vous n’avez pas de scooters n’y allez pas! Pas adapté à une famille. 4- toilette et salle d’eau en plein air et non couverts ce qui fait que quand il pleut toute la salle d’eau est mouillée! Et avec la présence de toutes sortes d’insectes (milles pattes, escargots, moustiques, frelons, etc)!!

A lot of insects both in the outdoor bathroom and inside the cabin. The beds were hard. There are chickens on the hotel grounds that wake you up very early in the morning.

• zhuo (7/5): 整体感觉还是很棒的 酒店位置里海滩很近 但是因为在山坡上 所以回酒店的路会觉得有些辛苦 而且路况不是很好 天黑以后也没有路灯 如果不是结伴同行会觉得有些害怕 但是员工的服务真的很好 他们非常有礼貌以及分寸感 酒店的公共泳池很多 整体环境还是 - 服务非常好 经理gede真的很热情 也很耐心向我们解答各种问题 主动介绍酒店周边环境 只要有他在 就没有解决不了的问题 不能忽略的问题就是酒店的设施真的有些老旧 遮阳伞掉色 木头老化 房间里有蚂蚁 再有就是酒店周围的餐厅都需要走一段距离 如果酒店能够提供付费晚饭就好了

• Stephen (8/5): Nice and quiet. - It was nice and quiet . Private pool was great for children. No restaurant on site. You were only allowed to drink in your rooms and you would definitely need a motor bike to get around.
• Tanni Samantha (7/5): Good value for money. Nice and simple bungalow with nice pool - The bugalow was quite and had av nice pool. It was only 5-6 min walk to the beach area with the restaurants. It was easy to book boat tickets and transfer to the bungalow through whatsapp. The walk to the beach and restaurants was very steep. We had a 2 year old with us, so we had to carry the pram up and down the stairs. The road down to the beach was not very well lit, so it was a bit dark.

• Casey (6/5): We enjoyed our stay, it was nice and relaxing. - The staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating. They helped collect our bags from our previous villa and organised a taxi collection to deliver us to the ferry terminal. The pool was great and very relaxing. The breakfast was simple and nice. The property location is close the beach if you are an experienced scooter rider and willing to ride down a dodgy unpaved bush track. Otherwise it’s a fair walk. Scooter or taxi is essential to get to main part of town. Unfortunately, every night we had was disturbed till about midnight with loud live music being played at a venue close by. This isn’t the properties fault but worth taking ear plugs. The bungalow walls are not sound proof at all and infact the door had a small gap in them so mosquitoes noise enters the room. Roosters croaked before sunrise and continued throughout the entire day, roaming the property. Again, bring ear plugs. A local construction site behind the property burned rubbish a few times a day. This smell was awful and could be smelt inside the bungalow. Again, this isn’t the fault of the property but worth noting. I beleive this will house a Padel club which will be very accessible for anyone wanting to play.

• William (9/5): Tri Hita Karana in perfect harmony - As soon as we arrived here, we instantly relaxed. This was exactly our sort of place to chill out and to share in the three secrets to happiness in Bali – harmony with the divine, with other people, and with nature. Our traditional dwelling (No 12) was hidden away on its own among the trees and tropical plants complete with its own plunge pool and we loved being there. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. On our first night, there was a huge amount of rain and different types of frogs called all night - was quite something. Breakfast was served in the main garden under a covered terrace of this family run property. All sorts of birds are around, including the happy chickens (which keep bugs down!). We could walk down a somewhat steep and raggedy path to Coconut Beach for a swim and a snorkel. On the Western side is Nils Warung, where we stopped to have a coffee. Looking down into the bay we spotted a turtle frolicking on the surface 100 metres from the beach ! The property is so relaxing and Balinese, that we really didn’t want to leave. The whole family was so welcoming and friendly, and Gede bent over backwards to advise us the best restaurants in the area, often taking us there on his scooter or arranging for them to collect us for dinners. We will stay here again. What a calm, green and lovely place to stay! We were there in low season so the restaurant was closed, so our only options were to walk back down to coconut beach and take the boardwalk north towards the town and numerous Warung and restaurants or to walk in the opposite direction past the paddle ball centre to a fairly sterile shopping mart where we could buy pot noodles and nuts etc. Not a big deal though.

• Oscar (9/5): Perfekt oas i lungt o råde - Atmosfären på hotellet var fantastiskt med två pooler och lite utsikt över havet vid ena poolen. Det var lungt på hotellet men när vi väll träffade personalen så var dom mycket hjälpsamma. Hotellet ligger på en höjd och ja det är uppför och svåra vägar men så är det överallt på ön, kan bli bättre snart tror jag. Det tar ca 5-8 min att gå till närmaste strand och lägg på en minut om du ska uppför tillbaka igen. Vi hade privata stugan med pool helt magiskt att få vara för sig själv. Hyr en moppe så kommer du runt lätt. Vägarna är lite svåra men det går oftast långsamt i trafiken. Frukosten kan höjas en nivå. Men godkänd. Tvätten var dyr. Vi såg kvittot 22k men vi fick betala 140k för ca 4kg. Vi frågade aldrig vad det kostade så kanske mer vårt fel. Lite ljud från renoveringar inget som som störde oss.

• Luisa (10/5): Great management - Love the attention of the managers and how helpful they were. I loved the outside bathroom we had the nicest view of the moon while showering. The bed was so comfortable and they cleaned the room on a regular. Its off the beaten path literally but just get a nice strong scooter and it will be fine. It was a little confusing to get there at first but other than that it was great location close to the main road to go back down the hill and close to restaurants and a pub. Everything was fine

• Anne (7/5): - The gardens are beautiful with heaps of trees around each cottage which made each one very private. There is also a distant view of the ocean. There were several pools dotted between cottages to share, also plenty of shade. Breakfast was nice. There was a plentiful supply of drinkable water. The outside ensuites are very unsafe with tiled steps down to it (rails may help). I slipped from the top step down the 3 steps to the bottom and luckily I only suffered a bruised knee and sore in several other places. The cottages are a bit tired but very clean. It is quite a distance from the beach & shops and very hilly but taxis are cheap.

• Peter (10/5): Our family of 5 loved our stay at Darsan Lembongan. The pool was great, our accomodation was more than adequate for 2 ad - The property was well cared for and clean, staff were fantastic and it was a close walk to the beach.
• Varun (1/5): Worst Accomodation - I had one of the worst experiences at this place. The road leading to the hotel is unbelievably bad — so rough it actually gave me a back injury. It’s genuinely the worst road on the entire island, so if you value your safety and comfort, avoid it. The room itself was full of ants and bugs, and even with a mosquito net, there were still mosquitoes inside the net and all over the room. The kettle had mould inside — completely unhygienic. The host, Gede Darsan, was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for a scooter, and he gave us one with no fuel, telling us to drive 200 meters to buy a bottle of petrol. Conveniently, there was already a bottle waiting — it honestly felt like a planned scam. The bike was in terrible condition, so we returned it right after fueling up. He didn’t care at all or take any responsibility. To make things worse, I couldn’t sleep because of the constant noise — chickens started crowing around 3 a.m. every night. After two days, I was exhausted and anxious from the lack of rest and overall stress. In short: • Terrible access road — dangerous and painful to travel on • Rooms full of insects and mosquitoes • Mouldy kettle, poor cleanliness • Host was rude and dishonest • Extremely noisy environment, impossible to sleep Save yourself the trouble, your back, and your peace of mind — stay somewhere else.

The hotel doesn’t serve lunch or dinner & is about a 10 minute walk to the restaurants. The walk is partially on a rough, steep, narrow road with isn’t great to walk at night.

• Nathalie (9/5): Très bien - Nous avions réservé le logement 2 chambres avec piscine privative. On était un peu isolé des autres chambres, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse sans avoir peur de déranger les voisins. À 5 minutes à pied de coconut Beach. Mais attention, la descente (et donc la remontée) est très raide!!! Gede a toujours été très réactif à nos demandes. Merci pour tout Rien

• Alderson (8/5): Cute and comfortable but too many roosters - Cute bungalows with spacious gardens and two pools. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were great. There are so many roosters around the property so best to bring earplugs. The property is a little drive from the main beach so renting a scooter is advised. A couple taxi's cost us 150k each way.

De eigenaar Gede hielp ons met boeken van de boot en transfers terug en regelde een goed betaalbare fijne scooter voor ons Het enige puntje wat misschien te noemen valt is dat het qua afstand wat verder van de reuring ligt maar aan de andere kant ligt het super centraal van alle bekende plekjes! Soms wat gehorig maar vooral dieren dus dat is juist ook wel weer leuk!!

Zu den nächsten Lokalen musste man mit Rollern oder Taxi. Die Zimmer hätten sauberer sein können.

• Frank (9/5): Superb villas that leave nothing else to desire - Gede is a superb host who will go out of his way to help you in every way possible. Outside of that, the houses are great, swimming pools nice and relaxing, and close to one of the gorgeous beaches. Well recommended!

Sehr nettes Personal, man kann alles problemlos über das Hotel organisieren (Scooter, Schnorcheln, Taxis, Massage) Leider nicht wirklich sauber und schlecht gepflegt, ab 5 krähen überall die Hähne, ich bin mal jeden Morgen aufgewacht. Rund um wird gebaut, war aber kein wirkliches Problem.

La possibilité d'avoir un vrai lit bébé. L'insonorisation des chambres (le coq hurle à tout heure du jour ET de la nuit), les travaux à proximité immédiate qui entrainent coupures d'eau récurrentes et du bruit dans un lieu qu'on espèrerait le calme.

• Johan (3/5): We left after just one night - Close to Coconut Beach. Lush surroundings with a lovely pool area. There are free roaming roosters on this property, meaning one or several roosters (hard to tell how many) will be standing right next to your window, screeching at the top of their lungs, starting at around 4 a.m and continuing throughout the morning. There is a major construction site which was located about 10 metres from our bungalow, so it was very noisy during the day as well, they should really not accept booking while this is going on. The bungalows are run down and many items such as lamps, toilets and doors are in urgent need of repair. We hired a moped and some helmets but the straps on the helmets were rusty and broken so they were not usable. Lots of greenery means lots of mosquitoes.

The second pool was more than adequate for all the guests and the work was never noisy or intrusive but it did mean we couldn't use the swim up bar. 😢

• Ines (10/5): Eine ruhige, gepflegte Oase! - Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Im Vergleich zu den Bildern ist die gesamte Anlage, wie auch die Cottages nochmal viel schöner. Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt, die beiden Pools wunderbar. Die Lage war ebenfalls top und ruhig - mit Roller natürlich besonders gut als Ausgangspunkt geeignet, um die gesamte Insel zu erkunden. Der Manager selbst war rund um die Uhr via WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns mit allen möglichen Anliegen weitergeholfen. Die Ausstattung der Cottages sowie die Einrichtung war ebenfalls wunderbar und ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen! Große Empfehlung!!!! Die krähenden Hähne hatten wir eigentlich in jeder Unterkunft bisher auf und um Bali. Darauf muss man sich halt einstellen oder Ohrstöpsel verwenden. Man gewöhnt sich aber auch dran :)

• humphrey (9/5): Darsan is great place for a relaxing stay! - Our cottage at Darsan was wonderfully charming and comfortable! Very roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The 'outdoor' bathroom/shower was absolutely lovely and functional. We loved the pool and the view was spectacular, as were the grounds. The staff was also extremely helpful. I enjoyed the sounds of the chickens and wildlife at night/early morning, but some may find the noise bothersome. The only drawbacks to the property are the lack of adequate hot water sometimes (not a problem for me but I don't have hair to shampoo) and the need to use a 'taxi' to get to the main area where restaurants and shops are. A beach and several restaurants are a fairly short walk down the hill, but the hill seems much steeper on the walk back up!
