- Uyên (7/5): Chỗ ở tạm ổn. - Vị trí trung tâm, có chỗ đậu ô tô, nhân viên nhiệt tình, nâng hạng phòng miễn phí. Là căn hộ nhưng khu bếp không có dụng cụ ăn uống gì như tô, chén, ly, đũa, muỗng. Tivi lỗi thời, rèm rất bụi.

- Mark (7/5): Out dated pictures - The room was clean, comfortable , spacious, and quiet The facilities were not as described.the pictures are so misleading, they must be at least 10 yrs old, no pool bar or brollies around the pool area . The pool area was in a poor state of repair. The breakfast room was not very clean, the toaster had frazzled chips in the base for the whole 9 days we were there. We saw maximum of 6 people at breakfast so there really was no excuse not to clean! The buffet selection was poor & cold. Ambient temp shower ,no hot water

Ценные вещи в основном носили с собой. Но в последний день паспорта и часть денег решил оставить в сейфе. Перед уходом пересчитал было 6,5 млн. Когда вернулся стало 5,5, млн. может я себе надумал и обсчитался, но пишу как есть. В целом отель норм, если не хранить наличку и ценные вещи в номере. Ноут оставлял в чемодане, и сейфе - не украли. Завтраки обычные, персонал приветливый.

- Phuc (8/5): It was not bad - Good location, clean rooms The hotel located in a very small alley. The parking space was very limited and we had to parked on the outside street for one night.

- Dolman (8/5): WE only go to Nha Trang for the Beach & VINPEARL ISLAND - Set up a ally with very poor pathing , almost impossible for a taxi to drop off or pick up ONCE THEY FOUND THE HOTEL Lots steps up to hotel a rough ally so not easy waking shower not good as it wet the entire bathroom including toilet
- Dolman (8/5): all in all we enjoyed our stay AS WE LOVE HO ANH and visited there more than 10 times - Good breakfast , Only issue was the Hotel was in a lane way that was down a very rough section to walk with suit cases Position even the taxi Driver from airport had trouble finding the Hotel , then too narrow to drive down
- Bloom (10/5): Maple leaf - The location was awesome as it was more in the side streets which allowed exploring the local part of Nha Trang easily on foot, and close enough to hop on your scooter to the beach
- Gerben (10/5): Exceptional - Location, room, hotel: it was all great! The breakfast is great if you like to eat Vietnamese food. It's ok/slightly bad if you only like western food. The swimming pool was a bit dangerous with the iron that's broken and the bar is closed there. Other than that it's a great hotel, especially for the price I paid it can't be any better than this!

- Nguyet (5/5): Quiet but smells - Quiet and staff helpful. Also away from much of the bustle. Short walk to the beach Location was hard to find for taxis. The drains smelled bad everyday even after informing staff to investigate and rectify the issue. Also got bitten loads by mosquitos so had the bedding changed.
- Selin (7/5): decent - room was nice and clean there was a bit of noise from other people during the night. the location is a bit strange, i personally prefer the other side of nha trang. also we went to the pool and then when we came out there was a strange blue stain on our feet.
- Vig (9/5): Good stay close to beach - The room is big and very clean. You can lock the door which felt safer. The shower was also great, both the water pressure and the heating. After reading some comments I was considering canceling the stay but it was lovely. Really enjoyed the room. I saw that their normal rate is 600K per night which I don’t think I’d book, but if you get a good deal this is a great hotel! The staff was okey. Not rude or lazy like other people have commented but compared to other places I’ve stayed in Vietnam it was okey. The pool is really small with only two sunbeds.

- Elena (7/5): Nice and quiet place for decent money - The hotel is located on the 3rd line from the sea, just 5 minutes walk, quiet area. Everything is very close: cafés, spa salons, groceries and souvenirs shops and other stuff. There is also swimming pool and gym. However, I never used it, don’t know how they look like. The stuff at the reception desk is friendly and helpful, works 24/7. Housekeeping knocked at the door despite the button with the red light saying do not disturb. After complaining to the reception desk, the issue was sorted out. The quality of cleaning not perfect but still good in comparison with the same level of the hotels.

- Roisin (9/5): 4 night stay - Spacious room like in the photographs, clean, refrigerator in the room and kettle, decent size bathroom and very nice very hot shower. Good location. We put the do not disturb on the door every morning and we still were woke with banging on the door until we come and answered to say we do not want the room cleaning. Not sure why there is option for do not disturb when it is not followed.

- Juliane (6/5): Pleasant - After a very difficult start with a male receptionist, working the night shift, we had a good stay after all, mostly because of the friendly female receptionists, who were working daytime and evening and were helping us a lot. The rooms was clean and calm and the bathroom was good as well. We got mixed up with the breakfast time and missed it, but the receptionist managed to bring us our breakfast to our rooms tho. Thank you for that! It was very delicious. The receptionist who was working the night shift. We asked for an early check-in in advance and came to the hotel early in the morning after a long bus ride with not much sleep. The receptionist wouldn't want us to check-in unless we paid more for the early check in. He let us wait for an hour, sleeping and watching videos on his phone, until his workmate came for the next shift. She would let us into our room instantly and really saved our day.

- Jacobson (8/5): Highly recommend - Very good location. We walked everywhere and alot to see and alot of eateries around. Louisane Brewery just a short walk away. Hot water and cold air con. Value for money can't complain. Would recommend for sure. Elevator was working and good. The pool was in maintenance and that wasn't stated on the booking .com. I believe the room photos should be updated more regular but still not complaining about our stay.
