• Leonid (2/5): Horrible service! Rude owner - Horrible service!!! Stay away. Hotel cancelled our reservation without even letting us know. The hotel owner is very rude and did not even allow us to stay for a few minutes at the property to reserve another hotel (with a little kid) asking us to leave. Save yourself a hassle and reserve a big chain hotel rather than this shady bed and breakfast. After all we were forced to leave and drive thru the mountains to get to another place.

Après quelques difficultés pour trouver l'hôtel, nous sommes arrivés dans une jolie résidence. Accueil chaleureux, chambres cosies,petit-déjeuners plus que copieux avec des bons produits à déguster en terrasse en toute tranquillité. Pas de restauration sur place mais à 5 minutes un très bon restaurant abordable. Point de départ pour la visite des lacs.

• Harjot (8/5): Unexpected luxury, high up in the mountains. - The room was super clean and modern (looked like new), the breakfast was excellent, the lady that attended us was extremely nice! Unfortunately we did not get to sleep the night in the room. We were driving from Zurich, took us longer than expected. We tried to make calls to the hotel around 9:45PM, there was no answer and the answering machine was only in Italian. Upon arrival we could not locate anyone, and did not want to disturb any guests, so we slept in the car in their parking lot. At 6am we called the hotel number again and the lady on the phone spoke only Italian. She came up to the hotel from down the street then, and we told her about what happened. We told her it is alright, and we will just use the showers and leave (as per our plans), we had to use the google translate to communicate. Before leaving she offered breakfast. And then we asked what the total amount for the night was, and she said she will not take any money! We insisted a few times and told her its not her fault, but she would not accept the cash! She felt really bad we had to sleep in the car and gave us a good hug! We were amazed by her generosity and kindness! What a lovely lady! Next few days we regretted not arriving earlier and enjoying the lovely room and the mountain views. :(
• Marita (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel - Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und in ruhiger Lahe. Ideal für eine Motorradtour oder Autoreise.
• Michael (10/5): Great hotel wit freindly staff. - The hotel was really nice and the staff were really helpful and accommodating. They don't directly speak English at the hotel but the son does and he was happy to help where needed. The map on the hotels.com booking doesn't link directly to the location. Make sure you get the details directly from the hotel before hand. They were helpful in directing us to the hotel even late in the evening on the first day. Also, there is lots of great cycling in the area but the hotel does not have a secure place to store bikes and bikes are not allowed in the room. Either bring a lock you are comfortable leaving your bike outside with or put back on/in your car at night. They hotel also provided us with a cot for our infant which was great.
• Mike and Sarah (10/5): Best hotel in the area. - We had a very pleasing stay at le or tensile . The staff were very attentive and helpful . The breakfasts were plentiful and very tasty . The views from the hotel were lovely and the facilities were excellent .

• Claire (10/5): Cozy comfort in beautiful area - B&B as home base for 8 days. Easy access to the mountains, and lakes. Breakfast is fantastic, accommodations very clean. Ivanna and family are very gracious, but if her son's weren't there, no one spoke English. We were out all of the day, and spa is not available in pm, showerhead is great, as were the views, and the hospitality. Ride thru small towns was awesome. Would love to come back and highly recommend.

• Verified traveler (10/5): extravagantes Hotel, überaus freundliche Gastgeber - Das Hotel liegt ruhig in bergiger Umgebung. Man kann von hier aus wunderbar Wanderungen machen und hat es mit dem Auto auch nicht weit zu den beiden Seen (Luganer und Comer See). Die Gastgeber sind extrem entgegenkommend. Als wir die Adresse nicht finden konnten, kam uns die Gastgeberin im nächsten Ort abholen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Der Wellness-Bereich hat alles was man braucht.
