- John Michael (10/5): - One of the few "villa" options on the island of Okinawa. High standards of service even by Japanese standards---with an attentive and quick butler service. Delicious food and villa is great for a quiet vacation.
- KEISUKE (10/5): - ホテルはプール付きヴィラで1歳の子供を連れての初めての沖縄旅行はこのホテルで間違いありませんでした。子供の年齢を考慮するとプライベートが確保され、必要な時に必要なサービスが受ける点が良かった。子供が小さいのでホテルのレストランは利用せずにインルームダイニングまたは外食を選択しましたがメニューは多くないです。ラウンジはいつでも利用可能で、午後にお茶など楽しめました。一般的な口コミに子連れおすすめのホテルとして紹介されていますが、間違いはありません。また利用したいです。

- Ian (2/5): - Overall we were disappointed in our stay at the hotel. We booked their airport pickup services. There website shows and talks about a luxury car, but we were picked up in an old white Toyota mini-van. From the start this was a disappointment. At check in we were told because we have tattoos we can’t be seen in any public areas. Dining room, breakfast, pool. We booked their premium 2 bedroom villa room and they placed us at the back of the hotel and our room was next to a public road. Picture paying for a premium room, relaxing by our private pool because we can’t use the public pool, and hearing constant road noise. In the evening we tried their fine dining menu. We weren’t impressed by the food and seemed basic. The staff were very excited to tell us about their wagyu beef, but was chewy and had little favor. For breakfast the next day my wife wore the in-room PJs to cover up her tattoos. We entered for breakfast and ordered. But when she left to visit the toilet she wasn’t allowed to reenter and we weren’t allowed to bring out her breakfast to an allowed public space. I complained to the manager but the staff speak very little English. They did apologize but offered nothing in return for not being made to feel welcomed or for the hotel not providing cover up items for her to wear for breakfast. The following day we booked their private boat tour. The day was great snorkeling and we enjoyed the day. But the boat was old and worn with no where to lounge comfortably for

All of the staff were very friendly and went beyond what we expected, such as providing towels and water whenever we went out. They remembered our preferences such as what drinks we liked during breakfast and were always helpful throughout our stay. The villa was spacious and well kept with a good sized private pool.

- ILONA (10/5): - 客室からの眺望が良いわけではない、というより何も見えないというのは、欲望をゼロにすることができる非常に良い環境。どこかに出かけたいとか、何を見たいとか考えなくてすむ。観光旅行での利用であれば、眺望が良くて、大浴場があって、朝食バイキングがあってというのが当たり前だと思うが、非日常を求めるには、このような施設は必須だと思う。どこにも出かけずに、遅い時間に起きて朝食を部屋で食べて、ちょっと散歩したり、エステやジムに行ったりして、気がつけば日が暮れるというのは、自宅ではできないし、ほかのリゾートホテルでもできない。 絶対にまた利用したいと思う、はじめてのホテルだったと思います。

It’s a bit of a drive to get to the touristy spots, but in return we got seclusion, privacy, a beach to ourselves, …and amazing butler service. Very modern decor. There’s an incredible Okinawan restaurant just a two minute walk away. LOVED IT!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - プール付きのヴィラは予想以上に快適でした。海外で過ごす事が多いですが、このホテルなら日本も良いなと思えます。 スタッフも親切でとても良い雰囲気を保っています。これから期待するのは、食事面の改善です。ルレ・シャトーに縛られているのか、中途半端なメニューが多く素直に美味しいと思えるメニューが少ないです。 これは他の方のコメントにも多く書かれていますので、是非きちんと改善に取り組んでほしいです。 味の感じ方は人により様々ですが、美味しいか、は割と皆共通に認識しあえるものなので、気のせいではないはずです。
- Verified traveler (10/5): 贅沢な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。 - スタッフの方の爽やかな笑顔と丁寧な接客に、コロナ対策を考えた室内清掃など、非常に快適に過ごせました。 夏場はゴルフウエアが汗で濡れるので室内の洗濯機は非常に便利で助かりました。 お食事もとても美味しくていつもより食べ過ぎてしまいました(o^^o)
- Verified traveler (10/5): 素敵なヴィラとプール - 一度は宿泊したいホテルでした。まだ部屋付きのプールには、入るのは少し寒いかなぁと思っていましたが、温水プールは楽しめました。 入っている時は、良いのですが、やはり上がると寒いです。 プールを満喫するには、もう少し気温が上がってからの方が良いかと。 レストランはドレスコードが厳しく、男性は襟付きのシャツ、ジャケットが必須。 主人は用意が無かった為、お部屋に用意してもらい食べました。結果せっかくのヴィラゆっくり出来て良かったです。 とは言え次回はきちんと用意をしてレストランでと思ってます。 スタッフの方とも色々なお話が出来て楽しかったです。 次回はもう少し暖かくなったら是非行きたいです。
- Verified traveler (10/5): - ホスピタリティに感動しました！赤ちゃん連れだったので、ベビーベッド、オムツ捨て、除菌器、調乳器、デカフェのセット、赤ちゃんを起こさないようにチャイムを鳴らすかどうかの確認まで、きめ細かくケアしてくださいました。キッチンも付いていて部屋食もできるので小さい子供連れには最適です♪

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 何から何までおもてなしが最高でした！とても、プライベート空間を大事にできて、心置きなく、宿泊を楽しめました！全てのスタッフの方が親切で、配慮してくださり、ありがたかったです。虫は仕方ないのかもしれませんが、セミがすごく、大変でした。あと、部屋の清掃は完璧ですが、宿泊している間、部屋の入り口やプールサイドも落ち葉等の清掃まであるとありがたかったなぁーと思います。 けど、文句のつけようがない程、最高でした！ 一生の思い出になる新婚旅行に、なりました！
- mekit (10/5): - 1ベッドルームに2泊しました。 冷蔵庫内のドリンクやお酒、据置のお菓子などフリーで種類豊富でした。 プールの塩素の匂いも気にならなかった。 シャワーの勢いもバッチリ。 朝食を部屋でいただけるのも良かった。 しいて挙げるとするならば、リビングルームのソファがもう少し座り心地のいい方がリラックスできると思う。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 一歳半の子供との滞在 - 一歳半の子供を連れての宿泊で何かと心配でしたが、スタッフの方は皆さん子供にとてもフレンドリーで息子もご機嫌の滞在になりました。 滞在中、何度も声をかけていただき息子と何度も遊んでくださったお兄さん、本当にありがとうございました。感謝しております。 4月の滞在でしたが、プールは温水のお部屋が空いておらず、日によってはとても冷たかった、、せっかくなので思い切って入りましたが、この時期の宿泊なら温水プールのお部屋がおすすめです。 食事は主にルームサービスでいただけたのは子連れ旅にはとてもありがたかったのですが、ほとんどのお料理が冷めていました。子供用にポテトを頼みましたが、既に冷めて硬くなっていて残念でした。お味は全体的に悪くはなかったのですが、美味しい！と感動するものはありませんでした。 それでも、素敵なお部屋で朝昼晩と全てルームサービスでお食事をいただけるのは小さな子供のいる旅ではとても貴重でしたし、キッチンもついているので子供用に簡単な食事を作るときなどとても便利でした。 次は真夏か、秋頃に温水プール付きのお部屋で滞在してみたいです。 あと、どなたかも書かれていて気をつけていたのですが、プール横のタイル？の通路が濡れるとかなり滑ります。雨の日で通路全体が濡れていたため、息子はスライディング状態で滑り転げておりました。幸いリュックを背負わせていたので怪我はありませんでしたが、後頭部を打っていたらとひやっとしました。

- hideto (10/5): 素晴らしかった - 子供2人と私と3人で宿泊しました。寝室とリビングが別棟なので、子供が寝た後もゆっくりできました。またピアスの片方を部屋で着替えている時に落としてしまい、排水口やタオルなど一通り探しなかった為諦めていたところ、次の日お部屋の掃除で見つけてくれたようで、くしやヘアゴムを置いたところに、置いてありました。朝食会場では、子供達にナプキンを使い、バラに変えるまでをパフォーマンスして下さったり、接客の距離の取り方が、親近感と敬意があり、また一工夫ありと素晴らしい所です。

- Su- (10/5): - スタッフがお見事、本来なら敷居の高いホテルですが、馴染みの小料理屋へでもいった感じの、暖かみが有り、笑顔が本物。 プール付きや贅沢な間取りなどは、他でも有るとは思いますが、プライベートプール温水付きは最高です。 私のなかでは寒い時期に沖縄1番欲しかった設備です ただ見てるだけでは、インスタの役にしかたちませんからね。

- Chia Hui (10/5): 很棒的villa房 - 房間內有「溫水游泳池」、即使是冬天來也可以放心給小朋友下水游泳，有廚房（但沒有附廚具、可以租借）、有洗衣精洗衣粉，還有免費的mini bar (有酒、飲料、餅乾），房間乾淨、早餐美味（也可以送來房間內），感覺只有住二個晚上實在不過癮。很棒的villa別墅，安靜，舒適。

Fine Dining(2층)에서의 석식은 노을을 보면서 식사를 하니 힐링은 되지만 음식맛은 가격대비 별로임(드레스코드있음: 긴바지 준비할것) 1층에서 BBQ도 선택할 수 있는데...문제는 가격이 어른1명당 8000엔정도 한다는거임 근처 잔파해변도 있으니 산책이나 사진찍기에도 좋음 결론: 휴양을 하기에는 풀빌라여서 가격이 다소 비싸나 그만큼의 시설과 서비스를 받음, 조용히 휴식을 취하기엔 좋음 여행일정에 관광이 많으면 호텔을 추천 객실안 서비스 먹거리: 페리에,과일주스,콜라, 기린이치방 맥주,오리온맥주, 초코릿,하리보젤리, 그린/불랙올리브,땅콩, 미니어처 보드카,칵테일등 의외로 많음 단점은 풀장의 물이 다소 미지근함, 빌라안에 편의점 없음, 모기가 있으니 모기약 준비할 것

- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful villa with fantastic privacy - Very private with exceptional service and a great location. Furniture is Japanese and the bed hard but that can be overlooked. Absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. A must for couples. Leave the kids home.
