• Zhanna (10/5): - The apartment fully matches the description and photos. The location is excellent — right in the center of Zug, close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Everything is carefully thought out: the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, the furniture is comfortable, and the apartment is clean and well-maintained. The hosts take good care of the property and their guests, keeping everything in excellent condition. The stay is comfortable and convenient, ideal for business trips or leisure in Zug.
• Tony (8/5): Zug accommodation is very expensive v's other locations but this was reasonably priced. - Good size room with all facilities needed. Not a complaint for Myself, but for more elderly visitors, bed is very low.....

• Gerald (7/5): Overall a good stay. - Great location in city center, fairly short walk from tarin station, easy check in process, clean room. The only real downsides were the bed was basically on the floor. It was comfortable enough, but as a little bit if an older guy it was a little difficult getting up and down. Also, I felt like a giant in the shower, it was quite small, but sufficient.

• Victor (10/5): Affordable Luxurious Apartments in the Very Heart of Zug! - I was really very lucky with my choice of this studio apartment in the very heart of the old medieval town of Zug with all it's architectural and cultural treasures. The location is great and very safe.Within walking distance from train station ( or you can use local buses, just 2 bus stops). Also if you want to prepare meals yourself the big 'Coop' and 'Migros' shops are within 5-7 mins of walk. Plenty of restaurants around for any most sofisticated taste for fine dining or more affordable Mediterranian or Chineese and take aways just next to the hotel. The lake and promenade just across the road! If you want to feel free from big hotels intrusive staff and noise and want to feel relaxed 'The Bijou' or 'Airhome' offers it all and even more! James the host was so kind and attentive messaging me and asking do I need more coffee supply or any other my request. Staff kept my room clean and towels were changed. The apartment itself is a sort of very spacious studio flat,ideally clean and still quiet despite central location.The host provides you with all cooking facilities you need , also fast wi-fi,socket adaptors,bath nessesities,etc. Best coffee and tea selection and milk are free of charge.All the wines and soft drinks are very sensibly charged. I also liked my king size bed with quality bed linen and spacious bathroom with a proper bath tub! And finally the money which you pay for all the comfort is just very much reasonable! • Michael (4/5): for that money, not again… - thanks to the kind support who was all the time available and which helped out to fix some fixable issues. city center. comfortable bed. well, quite some things… 1) fridge was full of drinks (most alcohol) never had this in an appartment before - fixed via the agent and cleaning staff 2) bathroom door very old and not possible to close - tried to fix it, still door not able to close completely 3) summer time, the AC needed to run (window open for the hood) and SO MUCH NOISE from the main street and the very loud AC… three weeks of noise… 4) a lot of dust (plant bathroom) 5) Thong from woman or man under the bed 6) no key, code system (it changed twice!) without my mobile it would have been quite complicated! 7) for a hot season cleaning personal showed up rarely (2-3 times in 3 weeks)
• Verified traveler (6/5): Too noisy for another stay - It was very noisy in this flat, you can hear the traffic from the road, and the floor in the flat is quirking all the time. Worst thing was the neighbour in the flat above had the same quirky floor, so when he/she woke up at 05.10 in the morning I did not sleep afterwards. Two nights with a bad sleep was not ideal at all. Beyond that, location, cleanliness and easyness in communication was perfect.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Had a great stay at James Airhome. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment got everything you need. I only stayed for one night, but it was very smooth to check in and slept like a baby.
• Besarta (6/5): business trip in warm August - I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights for a business trip. Location is convenient as the apartment is only at 15 minutes walk from the main train station, moreover it’s very near the lake and surrounded by several restaurants. There are plenty of buses connecting the apartment with the city. Communication and check-in were faboulous, James was extremely quick in answering. Cleaningness: was ok on the first day at arrival, but the room was not cleaned after that, which I find a bit odd considering that the price is not so low even for Zug. Conditions of the apartment: plenty amenities are present (hairdryer , fridge , coffee machine with coffee capsules offered for free, dishes and pans, etc) which I found really useful for people willing to cook a meal. What was not comfortable for me was air conditioning: the machine used for air conditioning would work only if you open the window and let the warm air flow outside the room. This means however a lot of noise (the air conditioner + traffic in the street). So, my suggestion would be to invest in a much more performing air conditioning system that does not need to open the window, as there is very annoying and strong noise coming from the street. • Owen (10/5): Greqt location, well stocked studio apartment - This is a great little studio apartment, centre of Zug. It is stocked well, and its very comfortable and quiet for the area.

I was afraid there would be noise since it is on the Zug main road, but it is well sound-proof. I also liked the communication and welcoming process, all done remotely.

The apartment itself is large with a deep and long bath as well as a shower. It is comfortable and well equipped. The WiFi is strong.
