• Louisa (10/5): Friendly - The hotel was perfect it was a last minute booking as I got too tired travelling back to Basel after every match. All the staff were friendly and there was everything I needed. Breakfast was great and the there was a bus stop right outside the hotel which made getting straight back from the match so easy. Had a great night's sleep it was very quiet and would come back again
• Francisco (2/5): Horrible Hotel - The hotel is clean, but the room I was given faces directly onto the street. It was very hot and had no air conditioning—not even a fan. Since there's no reception, you don't get any help at all. I had to sleep with a wet towel, which I dampened every half hour. The price given to me by Hotels.com was SFr. 128.20, but when I checked out, they charged me SFr. 210.21. I didn't understand why there was such a price difference. Honestly, I won’t return to that hotel, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

• Anja (8/5): Ruhiges Hotel etwas außerhalb gelegen - Das Hotel liegt etwa 2 km von der Olma-Messe entfernt und noch etwas weiter von der Altstadt weg. Da es aber eine inkludierte Busfahrkarte vom Hotel gibt und sich direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle befindet, ist alles einfach erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier auf jeden Fall.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Geschäftsreise 3 Nächte unter der Woche - Sehr gutes 3 Sterne Hotel, Frühstück und Service sind gut, Zimmer war modern und barrierefrei. Nachteilig das Zimmer war sehr warm und zur Hauptstrasse raus und dadurch relativ laut bei offenen Fenstern. Mich persönlich stört das aber nur wenig. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen und es auch empfehlen.

Dinner in the restaurant was great - they now have a very tasty Indian menu as well as Swiss/European dishes. Free underground parking was convenient once you know how to get into it (stop in the small parking area and ask at reception). Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Restaurant curries superb, base yourself here for visiting all the local areas. - Super clean comfortable hotel with underground parking, restaurant for evening meal excellent curries freshly cooked, staff so friendly and accommodating. Even if you do not stay in this hotel don’t miss the restaurant. I am giving this accommodation and restaurant 5 stars having travelled in Europe for nearly 4 weeks.

• Andreas (6/5): Bei geöffnetem Fenster viel zu laut, sonst ok - Das Hotel ist relativ neu, gepflegt und sauber. Unser Zimmer hatte etwas Aussicht auf den Bodensee. Das hört sich toll an, der Nachteil ist, dass man das Fenster damit auch direkt an der stark, auch von Posern und sonstigen Rennfahrer, befahrenen Straße hat. Wahrscheinlich kein Problem, wir schlafen aber bei geöffnetem Fenster, daher unerträglich laut. Für mich persönlich waren die Betten schrecklich, viel zu hart und total unbequem. Für meine Frau war es hingegen ok. Das Frühstück war etwas sparsam aber gerade noch ok.

Good breakfast The lobby is a bit small and does not have much space. All in all we arrived in the evening and left in the morning so we did not check what other facilities there are in the hotel

Gratis ÖV Ticket, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe und super Verbindungen ins Stadtzentrum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten!

• Stephan (8/5): Super Aufenthalt - So ziemlich alles top, halt ein wenig ausserhalb Sankt Gallens aber mit dem gratis Mobility Abo kommt man innert Minuten ins Zentrum. Hotel hat ein nettes nepalesisches Restaurant und eine kleine Fitnessecke, die aber super für ein wenig Bewegung ist.

• Tor Egil (6/5): Expresshotel with parking - Staff was friendly and glsdly heloed out with insider info on where to go trail running, Where to go swimming etc. The hotel is quite new, and my room was clean and fresh. There is a Big parking garage that you gain access to with hotel card, perfect. The hotel is place a bit outside the City, maybe 20min walking, but with the room you also get a free buss pass. The fitness room is very insufficient, and also is the restaurant. Food is good, but service is terribly slow. I was the only customer, still waited 45min for summerrolls.. But taste was good!

• Schreinerei Frank (8/5): Empfehlenswert - war soweit alles bestens, einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für das nicht Austauschen der Handtücher. Wenn ein Handtuch auf dem Boden und eines mit Flecken im Waschbecken gehört es ausgetauscht und nicht wieder zum Gebrauch aufgehängt. Zum Glück war im Schrankt beim Doppelzimmer ein Weiteres vorhanden. Ich erwähnte es beim Auschecken.

• MollyRT (10/5): Great hotel - I stayed for 5 days in August. It's a lovely hotel and the staff are really friendly! It's located close to the town centre (5 minutes by bus) and the rooms are nice and spacious. I would definitely stay again!

The outdoor seating area is very comfortable and looks good. The WiFi in the room and the hotel was very fast, even with a good number of people connected to it. And the staff was extremely helpful and were friendly throughout my time staying there. Overall, really nice place to stay!

Breakfast was ok but the restaurant (used on one evening) is utilitarian and has absolutely no atmosphere. Food was quite good and reasonably priced. Good free underground parking.

• daddyworldwide (8/5): So spacious for Europe - I’ve stayed here several times and never disappointed. My purpose for the travel is business in Bernhardzell. So, the Location is great. Parking is underground with a few spots above ground. There is a bus stop less than ½ block away to take to the Zentrum (downtown area) and right across the street if you need to go the other way. Or you can drive – if you don’t waste your time trying to find parking above ground just park at one of the underground parking lots. Note the parking spots are tight. The walk they say is approximate 30 minutes or more. In the Zentrum you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants and some of the site seeing. Hotel Staff is very friendly, accommodating, and they speak English. There is a Vietnamese restaurant attached to the premises. Breakfast is typical European Buffet Style (sandwich meats, cheese, fruit cereal, yogurts, coffee and tea, etc…) The rooms are spacious for Europe (of course my number one reason to stay there). Note, not all rooms have air conditioning (typical in Switzerland). And if the hotel is not modern you probably won’t have any rooms with air conditioning. Amenities – mini bar you must pay to use. Believe it or not, I like that they have wash cloths as some hotels do not have wash cloths just hand towels and body towels (again this is typical). Just recently in France I stayed at a place that only had body towels, HUH? The laundry service is very reasonable and the clothes come back as if I washed them at home, nice. The hotel is relatively new I think 2012 – and is always clean. The Lobby is not staffed 24hours. So, if you plan to check in late you must notify them. I’m not sure what that cutoff time is and I’m not sure if you can contact someone if you do arrive after that cutoff time. I highly recommend and would stay again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Wunderbar ruhiges und komfortables Hotel - sehr schönes ruhiges perfektes Zimmer, alles sehr modern und dennoch gemütlich. Sehr guter Cappucino zum Frühstück! Da ich leider erst kurz nach 10 Uhr zum Frühstück kam, was leider zu spät war - ich hatte mich mit der Zeit vertan - , bekam ich dennoch einen leckeren Teller mit Croissant, Brötchen, Apfel und Banane. Danke dafür. Das Abendessen habe ich im asiatischen Restaurant eingenommen. Das Essen war hervorragend.
• EBH666 (8/5): Not far from the Olma premises - Easy access with good breakfast. 5 minutes from the Olma site by bus. Not central as one might think, the bus will drop you at the station every 10 minutes. Nice rooms, good parking lot, excellent for business.

The hotel offers free parking and if you care for a drink in the city, the bus takes you literally to the front door within a few minute from central station.
• 1962-Claude (8/5): Good - Good and would be perfect if the rooms would be air-conditioned. After a period of warm weather, the temperature of my room was too high and, as the hotel is situated on a main road, the solution to open the windows was quite noisy.

Each and every member of the staff were supportive and a great help in every way. The Hotel is clean, modern with all facilities and situated in great eastern part of the Switzerland to explore. Lake of Constance, you can view from the Hotel. We traveled to exciting places all guided by the great staff, who were ready to help. Hotel is situated close to city and very easy public transports. I had memorable summer holiday and I can't wait to book again at the Hotel for the family summer vacations again.

Friendly reception staff. Breakfast room is somehow clinical however, quality is excellent. Good value for money!
• Nuno_Pinto1303 (8/5): Very good Hotel - If you are looking for a hotel to stay business of vacations, the location is a little bit fat from the center but with the bus every 14min, in 7min you are in the center. The rooms are big and comfortable, the bet is very good. The breakfast has everything you need to eat, small but with good quality. Price is not cheap but the Switzerland is ok.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, the rooms are large and very comfortable. Arguably my best sleep in Switzerland over an entire week. My colleagues and I were able to acquire a room at very late notice for an impromptu business meeting with no stress or hassle.
• Richard_ClaireK (10/5): Perfect Business Style Hotel with Friendly Staff - I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel is very well presented with everywhere looking pristine! The room was a very good size with everything you need. Free wireless network, air conditioning, automatic blinds which give a full black out if it was light! The staff on the desk were just so welcoming and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If you forget something they will try to provide for you! The breakfast selection was very good and they provide great coffee or a selection of teas. In the evening the bar and restaurant is run independently so you cant put things on your room. Not a problem, just need a credit card or cash! The hotel is further away from the centre, would be possible to walk but the bus stop is just outside and in 5 minutes your in the centre. I would not hesitate to request to stay here again and would really recommend it.
