• Noel (10/5): High quality location - Amazing apartment with everything you could need right in the heart of the old town…only 200m from the Roman amphitheatre. Even has its own garage which is real bonus. The roof terrace is also incredible. Jose is a brilliant host and super helpful. Highly recommended, Nothing. Wish could give stayed longer!

Echt midden in de stad waardoor alles op loopafstand is. De auto staat in een overdekte garage waar je de mogelijkheid hebt om gratis te laden, helemaal top! Aardige eigenaar die goed te bereiken is.

Muy limpio, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario incluido el desayuno (que no era poco), camas cómodas en los dormitorios, un sofá grande en el salón y otros detalles interesantes. Nos a gustado a todos estar alojados en la Casa Museo. Seguramente repetiremos.

• Sonia (10/5): Wonderful stay in a clean and well outfitted apartment (with parking), close to the Roman theater. - The location is ideal, just a short walk from many of the sights and restaurants. Having a private parking spot was also a bit bonus. Not only was the apartment clean, but it was well stocked with essentials, as well as some food basics. Our apple/Google Maps took us to the wrong location nearby, because it is on a pedestrian street. Our host was very quick to answer and talk us through how to get to the apartment.

We walked all over Merida - to all the sights. it was wonderful to leave the car in a secure garage and not have to worry about it. The apartment exceeded our expectations - very comfortable! Has everything and more. Loved the sunny roof patio - on same level as twin bedroom and laundry room - which was really a great feature. very nice ensuite main bath - spacious. the entire unit is comfortable, friendly and relaxing. Loved going out for the passeo, the roman bridge at sunset, and spreading out the sights over 3 days.

• Pierre (10/5): Super! - L'endroit parfait pour découvrir Merida ! Le logement est très spacieux, aménagé avec goût et très bien équipé, en outre d'une propreté irréprochable. Le garage situé au rez-de-chaussée est très facile d'accès et toutes les zones d'intérêt de la ville sont facilement accessibles à pied, le musée romain et le théâtre antique ne sont qu'à quelques pas. La maison donne sur une rue piétonne très calme et dont l'accès est autorisé aux résidents. Mode d'emploi à l'arrivée : entrer dans la rue piétonne, se garer devant le garage et téléphoner à l'hôte qui débloque la porte à distance. Séjournant en hiver nous n'avons pas profité de la grande terrasse du second étage qui doit être très agréable à la belle saison. La seule chose qui pourrait poser problème : le logement étant réparti sur le premier et deuxième étage il ne faut pas avoir de difficulté à gravir les escaliers. Rien
• José María (10/5): Casa 10!! - La casa está ubicada en un sitio inmejorable, no le falta un detalle. Desayuno mucho mejor que en cualquier bar, limpieza exquisita. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Además decorado con muy buen gusto, luces Led, calefacción, librerías, terraza amueblada, lavavajillas, aceite, sal, azúcar, mantas y cojines, jabón, champú y Suavizante, plancha, secador de pelo, cargador para móvil, paraguas, cargador para coches eléctricos. El garaje está junto a la casa y es bastante amplio, con fácil acceso desde la calle. Sin duda un acierto TOTAL!!!. Volvería a coger la misma casa sin dudarlo.

Todos os equipamentos, móveis e amenidades, tudo da melhor qualidade, bem como o café da manhã incluído na estadia, foram perfeitos. Upper floor terrace exceptional. • Rachel (5/5): - Relatively easy although we were under the impression we were going to be met by someone. Instead we had to wait outside the property, messaged and then the garage doors were opened up remotely. A little bit strange and it would have been better if we had been informed in advance that this would happen. However, the garage was large with sufficient space for our SUV and great not to have to park on the road. The apartment felt like we were staying in someones home rather than a holiday home. There was quite a lot of clutter everywhere and we had to move things off the kitchen surfaces to be able to prepare food. The upper outside terrace plants were dead or dying, and the cushions on the sofas were dirty and torn. Did not live up to the photographs online. We did not like the fact that the ensuite was completely open to the bedroom and the other bathroom only had a sliding door opening onto the kitchen area. Also not a lover of shower curtains as not sure these are changed or laundered between guest stays. The beds were not particularly comfortable and the pillows need to be replaced. It was extremely difficult to find the property due to various roadworks and not made clear you had to drive down as pedestrian street however, the garage was excellent with plenty of room to park and the area was quiet and central.

• CARMEN (9/5): Apartamento amplio, nuevo y bien ubicado - El apartamento está muy bien situado, al lado del teatro romano y muy cerca del centro. Muy amplio, limpio y con todo tipo de detalles. Un plus que tenga parking propio, que es amplio para coche grande. Y que te dejen desayuno. Sería perfecto si tuviera baño en la parte de arriba donde está la lavadora para dar servicio a la habitación que está allí. Hacía tanto calor, que el aire acondicionado del segundo piso no enfriaba lo suficiente. Los de abajo, perfecto.

The apartment is over 2 floors and beautifully designed and fitted out. There is a roof top terrace, comfortable beds and a great kitchen for meal prep. It is perfectly located - steps from most of the historical Roman sites. We cannot rate this apartment stay highly enough! Perfect for families with older children or couples. There are many stairs to get to the apartment from street level. If any guests have mobility issues, there is no elevator.

A bit of a challenge to find as various roads were being dug up and we tried to go down a pedestrian road. Lucky 2. Dry kind people stopped and tried to ex-lain the way round. Google maps helped but even that didn’t know about all the road closures. The master bedroom had a lovely en-suite but there was no door to it. We didn’t have an instructions on what to do with any rubbish, so we bagged it up and left it.

• Nealserik (10/5): There can’t be a better place to stay in Merida. - This is the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The roof deck was a lovely spot for breakfast. The AC and washing machine were much appreciated. We arrived to find milk, orange juice, bread and muffins for us. The location could not have been better. And we were given restaurant recommendations too. We didn’t want to leave. Nothing. This was a perfect stay.

The kitchen is equipped with everything required to cook fairly complex meals. Our host provide coffee, juice, bread, muffins, jam and butter. There was plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was excellent. The deck was huge with a large sun screen. The washer worked great. Our host provided all kinds of information when meeting us on arrival. Absolutely nothing. This was a dream accommodation.

• Sadie (9/5): Stunning apartment and great location (once you found it)!!!! Would recommend. - The apartment was outstanding. It was spacious, clean and in good order. The location was excellent, but a bit difficult to get to when you are unfamiliar with the roads. It is in a quaint pedestrian shopping area and to access the apartment in a car means you have to drive down the pedestrian street. We did arrive in the middle of the 'Roman Festival' which slightly complicated things as roads were closed off. The parking underneath the apartment was a real bonus. We had to wait a while for the owner to arrive with the keys, but I put this down to my lack of Spanish - no fault of his. The weather! It rained - obviously this has nothing to do with the apartment, but you have asked the question!
• Thomas (10/5): Fantastic place in an awesome location!! - The place is amazing! Clean, remarkably well-equipped, with an incredibly generous breakfast supplied for both of our mornings there. It is also perfectly located in the city. Within easy walking distance to the many historic sites in the old city including the Roman theater and amphitheater which are just steps away. We will heartily recommend to anyone we know traveling to Mérida and would definitely stay there again in our travels take us back. Nothing.

• Lucy (10/5): We really enjoyed our 5 night stay in this lovely modern apartment - the location was excellent, although a bit difficult to find due to one way streets, and only approximate sat nav. we parked as near as possible and rang the owner who came to meet us where we had parked and showed us the way to drive in, which actually entailed turning into a pedestrianised street, Jose Ramon Melida He was very polite and helpful. Breakfast food was left in the kitchen area for us, plenty of milk, juice, rolls, butter and spreads. The apartment is right by the main Roman Ruins, and near to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, everywhere in Merida is in easy walking distance. Our apartment had great laundry facilities, excellent bathrooms, a lovely sheltered roof top terrace, and a very comfortable sitting room area with huge sofas and a good TV, also a library of books, mostly in Spanish but some in English. It felt like a lovely home from home. The only improvement needed is probably a new mattress in the main en-suite bedroom, as the existing one is pretty saggy!

• Michael (10/5): Well worth a visit especially due to the central location, and Merida is a beautiful city to spend time in. - Wonderful central location, we arrived on five motorcycles and owner welcomed us , it is somewhat a challenge to get there as it’s in a partial pedestrianised street but it was quiet enough for us to get there without a problem. Three separate bedrooms with one of them en-suite plus a family bathroom, it boasts a kitchen and lounge and even has a balcony, I will definitely return if possible and highly recommend it. Nothing to dislike.
