Halls are very dark and only light up after you walk a bit down the hall. Odd Nintendo game feel. Best priced place.

Complained and was moved to a better room . Concerned that on app when booking, breakfast option offered for additional 20.10 euros however at the hotel you can purchase the same for 15 euros ! There’s no where to sit down in the room except on unstable red cube seats with no back , nowhere quiet to sit in hotel as bar extremely busy and noisy . Breakfast service and dinner service chaotic , but plenty of options nearby with better service and pricing

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Location, Delicious Food and Kids’ Paradise - RockyPop Hotel in Chamonix is a fantastic choice for families. The hotel is spotless, with a friendly atmosphere and an amazing team – always smiling, helpful, and very attentive to food allergies, which made our daughter extremely happy to enjoy the buffet safely. The restaurant serves outstanding meals, with something delicious for everyone. The location is perfect – a bus stop right next to the hotel (10 minutes to Chamonix center) and the Multipass makes all cable cars and trains free and unlimited. There are plenty of attractions – a children’s corner, games, billiards, table football, ping-pong, and a playground with breathtaking mountain views. Comfortable rooms and great facilities make this place perfect for relaxing after exploring the beautiful hiking trails.
- Cal (8/5): - I booked a mezzanine room as this was the cheapest room ($250 1 night), quite expensive and in Les Houches and not bustling Chamonix. The room was exactly as the picture represented but scary in reality. The tread of steps up to the mezzanine bed were very thin. I have tiny feet and had to step sideways. Also 3 steps down to the single bed seemed dangerous. Would not recommend these rooms. The ambience in the common areas at night was amazing, live music, couple of large outdoor areas, open bar and restaurant and comfy sofas to relax. Would highly recommend but avoid mezzanine rooms.

The breakfast is limited and cost 15 E which is too much for the quality of the breakfast. The colors in the room and hallways are black and red - needs updating. The lobby is always busy and noisy. Additionally, the parking lot is small and at times difficult to find a space for your car.

It was odd the for the breakfast buffet, most tables didn’t get cleared of dirty dishes. Buffet starts at 6:30am. I went around 7:30 & all tables had dirty dishes stacked up on them. I sat at a table that had dirty dishes as there no other options. Not a big deal. My stay was great. I would recommend it & would stay again!

An additional mirror other than the bathroom would be handy. Don't stay here if you have mobility issues, there are steps and steep stairs in the rooms. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Evening options weren't as good, as when we stayed we were told the pizza oven wasn't working, yet 5 minutes later pizzas were being brought to other guests.

The room is clean and sizeable for 2 people with full packed bakpacks. It has laundry. And the staff is overall friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be staying again in this place if I get a chance to be back again.

It’s a bit far from Chamonix by bus, but if you get a day pass it’s easy to go back and forth on Chamonix Mobilite. They have a breakfast for 15 euros that is a buffet and delightful with Lots of seating including outside. Great views of the Alps.

- Leng Kuong (10/5): - Our 9y/o said it's the best hotel our our trip. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but free coffee all day. Easy bus ride to Chamonix less than 30min. The view of the Mont Blanc is breathtaking. We could see a lots of hikers and family stayed there

The only one recommendation I would have is for the hotel to waiver on he luggage storage charge. Seems a little unnecessary to charge us 10euros to store our bag for 2 days.

Convenient for skiing in Les Houches, very clean and helpful staff. Beds comfortable and bathrooms spotless. We did think breakfast was a little overpriced and not included in room rate and car park could be busy and hard to find a space at times.

The room layout was a creative balance of accommodating a family of 4 while utilizing the most space. Close to the ski resorts and chamonix. The restaurant and bar had great options. At some point the power went off but it was like 5 mins so no big deal. I really wish I had booked a longer stay!

Parking was secure at the back of the hotel and the rooms were ideal for families with kids having a bed each. Free water and coffee was a nice touch too - beds a bit firm was the only downside if I was being super critical!

New room, with beds in upper and lower deck connecting by a ladder, in fancy star-war decoration, while corridors covered by space-invader carpet. Very spacious car park free of charge. Nice footed and free drinking water available 7x24. A very remarkable hotel for all!

- Vivian (10/5): - This is a very unique hotel, easy access to public transportation.
- Philip (8/5): - Staff friendly and breakfast was amazing. AC is European standard and rooms got stuffy sometimes as the temperature got warmer. Not much circulation, could've used a little fan. The mezzanine steps were a little steep and tricky in the middle of the night. I wouldn't recommend that room for older people but I would highly recommend the Rocky Pop.
- Chris (10/5): - Interesting pop culture, music, retro game themed hotel. Will stay here again the next time I'm in the Chamonix area.
- MARQUITA (8/5): Research the brand before you book. Shame on us. - As Americans we were not familiar with the brand and were surprised when we got there and the common area was filled with kids and smelled strongly of fish. The room was nice and the shower was great.
