• Stephen (10/5): Great little hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai - It was one of the best places I've stayed at in Chiang Mai. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to city. Ideal location. Room was clean and comfortable and very little outside noise considering the central location. Will definitely book again I really think it would help to have coffee in the rooms for those who like a coffee in the morning before having a shower. Helps get the day off to a good start. Apart from that everything else was great

• Dairys Jazmín (8/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación era perfecta en todos los sentidos: para nuestros tours, ya que los puntos de encuentro se encontraban a menos de 8 minutos caminando, así que fue un ahorro en taxis y más tiempo para dormir… también es ideal para ir a los mercados. El hotel se encuentra arriba de un restaurante / bar. La calle está llena de opciones para comer. La habitación cuenta con neverita y secador de pelo. El personal es sumamente amable. La cama y la almohada eran un poco incómodas. El aire acondicionado o la nevera emitía ruidos extraños que me despertaba por las noches. Estuvimos hospedados 3 noches ahí y nunca nos cambiaron las toallas. Hay que hacer un depósito de 500 baths cuando haces el check in. Se escucha mucho lo que hablan en los pasillos y en las habitaciones de los lados.

В целом, все хорошо В комнате выносили мусор каждый день, но когда выносили один раз , мусор рядом с корзиной мусорной не убрали. Полотенца ни разу не меняли. Шумновато , окна на центральную дорогу. Неудобно заселяться, если приезжаете рано утром, ждете до 10 , чтобы оставить вещи, хорошо, рядом билеты продают на бокс и мы попросили у них оставить вещи. Маленькое окошко , во второй комнате нет окон

• Marta (10/5): Posizione eccellente e camera comoda! - Posizione perfetta sia per la gita che abbiamo fatto sia per visitare la città. La camera era pulita e accogliente. Possibilità di cenare al locale sotto, davvero buono. Personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo avuto un po’ di difficoltà a capire quale fosse l’entrata e la reception. La camera è perfetta ma poco insonorizzata, si sentono le voci di quelli accanto anche se parlano normalmente

Chambre spacieuse La chambre principale donne sur une rue très bruyante, le matelas on sens les ressorts. La climatisation est très bruyante. Mais la 2 eme chambre avec lit superposé était parfaitement au calme par rapport au bruit de la route, le matelas était plus confortable. L’air conditionné était aussi bruyant.

• Gail Michelle (7/5): Good location but I would stay basic accommodation with very helpful and smiley staff. - Didn’t have breakfast, no tea/coffee making facilities, no tv. Location and staff were great The stairs and getting in and out of the propert out of hours. Staircase could be dangerous. Through the day you had to go through the restaurant .

La chambre était grande et nous avons été upgrade à mon arrivée c’était parfait Le seul petit hic était les draps qui boulochaient et ainsi n’étaient pas hyper agréables ! Il faut également noter la proximité du stade de boxe mais nous n’avons pas été embêtés car le son s’arrête autour de 23h.

Didn’t hear a thing Fri night and Sat night we just closed the bathroom door and had great sleeps both nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!

Llegamos antes del check in y mi pareja se encontraba enferma. El propietario nos dijo que en vez de dejar las mochilas que nos daba ya la habitación para que ella se acostase.

• Darshan (10/5): Comfortable stay at Central Guest House, Chiang Mai - The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chiang Mai and close to everything. The in-house restaurant is very convenient and serves delicious food. Great price—excellent value for money. The manager, Anton, is a great and helpful guy who made my stay much easier. The staff at the restaurant were always friendly, smiling, and greeted me every time they saw me. Nothing to add.

Plenty of room. My son said the upper bunk was too hot since the AC doesn’t reach there. The sink outside the bathroom didn’t work (I had forgotten to mention it).

• Charles (10/5): Exceptional - Good spot, centrally located in the Chiang Mai Old Town. We only stayed for one night but could have stayed longer. Room was quite spacious for a guesthouse. Good night’s sleep - quiet despite being next to the muay thai stadium and above a busy restaurant. Restaurant was also convenient for tired travelers. They accommodated us checking out early in the morning despite not being up yet themselves. It was a bit hard to find - make sure you go through the restaurant.
• Cheryl (10/5): Exceptional - The staff and owner are very personal, available and helpful. The restaurant has fantastic food, the tour company will pick up at the hotel, the Sunday street market is just steps away along with other restaurants, markets, street food, shops and the area is generally walkable. It's right near laundry services (we loved the self service laundry by the gas station), 7-11 stores, ATM machines and there are several malls within a short distance easily accessible via grab. Really it's a great place. It's probably good just to know that due to the Wonderful location and activities nearby, there is some noise. It's nothing that the owner can change, but Thae Pae Gate area often has activities along with the nightly boxing. However, during our 35 nights here, the noise almost always stopped around 2300, and there aren't any boxing matches on Sunday night. So it wasn't really an issue for us.

• Jason (8/5): - This guesthouse is right next to Tha Pae Gate, a very busy and fun area of the old city. There are lots of great food and entertainment nearby. The guesthouse is not fancy, but the rooms are fairly large and have all the simple amenities we needed. The only complaint is the hot water heater for the shower is very inconsistent, so it can get really hot or cold. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our flight out of Chiang Mai was late in the day and they were willing to let us check out later.
