Parking was challenging - several lots were assigned for guests of the hotel with some being a bit of a distance.

- Jill (6/5): Good location just came up short for the price we paid - Location Waited awhile to see a person to check in with Price was extremely high for the furnishings. The new decor did not meet the price we paid felt like a best western or chain hotel.

Didn’t have Breakfast didn’t know it was offer. The check in clerk didn’t tell me about anything about the Hotel or what was offer. Nothing about the check-out time and what was in the room. Also the parking was terrible, I had to park across the street and I need handicap parking. The check in person should be more informed about what the hotel offer. I had drove a long distance and was very tired and didn’t think of asking questions.

- Rich (10/5): A very comfortable and spcious property - Only two block from the Main Street (8th) where all the shops and many restaurants are located. Also sculptures and small parks. The room was comfortable and spacious. the staff is friendly and anxious to assist. A coffee shop on the first floor was a plus. Our coffee maker was broken. We didn’t realize it until 9pm and maintenance was gone for the day. I called while out and reported it again. When returning to the room, we discovered it had no been replace. Another call resolved it. The room does not have a microwave. Also the TV does not allow access to utilize the Roku we brought with. One last item is the parking lot could have been plowed, so the parking spaces would be safe.

- Michelle (10/5): - This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at recently. Worth the price and definitely want to come back especially with a group of people. It was Central to everything going on in the city. So many nooks and crannies to sit and read a book or chat with friends. The heating system in the hotel was the best part which sounds strange but having it overhead instead of on the floor or blowing out on one side of the bed was amazing. It freed up so much space. It was warm and comfortable. Even the lobby areas were inviting and relaxing. My husband would have liked a vending machine, but I loved having Bigby in the main lobby! The outdoor seating was lovely. The rooftop gardens were beautiful.

They were able to fix my error and get me checked in early so I had somewhere to get ready and drop my bags before the wedding. My room was very clean and comfortable. I saw housekeeping multiple times and they were super friendly as well. Thank you so much for your help!

Staff was helpful about info re. Tuliptime. The only negative was that the parking is very small but they provide optional other lots to use.
