The pool was supposed to be heated but it was pretty cool. Still a great pool and the pool worker was excellent. I still would have like to swim.

I am originally from Philadelphia and I am going to continue to use Fairfield as my hotel to visit family in the Philly area. Everything went well this stay even though I was there for funeral services. I will be back next week with my grandson for a stay from the 23rd to 29th for family enjoyment. N/A

- Rebeca (7/5): Its was exactly what I needed for this short stay. - I was very pleased with the location and the property itself. Room was very good, spacious and comfortable. I would recommend adding lighting to the room in the area where the full size mirror is and also change the bathroom shower curtain to a few inches longer so it can cover more and protect the floor from getting wet.

- Faith (9/5): I’m glad I reserved this hotel will use it again when I’m in the area - Good location it’s near stores, restaurants, and Turnpike so it makes it convenient for you The vet the breakfast was good, but the food wasn’t as hot. I know I came down a little late, so maybe you could suggest they put a microwave nearby in the food area so when people are late, they can warm their food up.

I have stay in other Marriot hotels in others states but in hotel is special and will repeat the stay on another occasion. The parking was fabulous and different entrees was great. What's good and great done need to add anything. The staff was kind and Jeffrey did magic do get us in the room 131 when the card readers wasn't working. Thanks Jeff.

But property is run down - It was close to where we were visiting It said there was an open pool and we had our 11 ur old son with us and he was looking forward to swimming. Pool was not working. If I had known I would’ve rented elsewhere .electric problem in our room while there.

- Ashley (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The size of the room and bathroom were good. The breakfast each morning was lovely. The staff here could work on their customer service a little. Of all the staff we came across on our whole trip, this hotel had the least friendly staff. Philadelphia as a whole had questionable customer service. Whilst our room was spacious it felt like it needed a good clean, especially the shower which was quite dirty! Then fridge wasn’t able to be used as it just froze everything, and there was constant noise and a strong stench from renovations, which is fine I understand it needs to happen, it notifying the guests before hand would have been good. The pool also wasn’t able to be used.

Loved the location and Mikala was very helpful when we checked in on Jan 18th . If needed again we will stay again. When checking out on the 19th the front desk helpful giving me number to see how I can sign up for rewards since he was unable to pull up our information.

The hostess was extremely rude as she is every time I visit with her, also dismissive about my complaint regarding the fourth floor, which I was initially placed on as I explained to her how bad the floor smell her statement was that she is not housekeeping, and I had to ask her several times to move me to another floor.
