- Chryssie (2/5): - I would not stay here again. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work well. No TV remote. A huge dead Cockroach was on the floor of our room when we first got to room. Safe didn’t work. The cleaning lady would turn the Air Conditioning when we would leave the room. So it would be hot when got to the room. My husband fell in the parking garage because the ground was greasy everywhere. Don’t stay here.

No tiene iluminacion la sala ni el escritorio 3. El sillon esta quemado y roto 4. Las televisiones son menores de 32 pulgadas que parecen hasta de adorno 5. La palanca de la regadera estaba rota. 6. Le tienes que dejar bajada la palaca durante 15 segundos para que baje 7. El internet tiene mucha intermitencia Los beneficios VIP de expedia tienes tu que solicitarlos, ellos no te dicen nada. Tiene un punto a favor: el desayuno esta buenisimo. La comida del restaurante mucho que mejorar. La atencion del personal buenisimo. Muy amables todos

Overall I am relieved we only stayed one night. Back when the hotel was new I’m sure it was beautiful, but it hasn’t been updated in years. I would not book again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - It´s difficult to feel welcome at a hotel when you can´t find the entrance. Arriving by car, I spotted the Wyndham easily, but saw no easily identifiable parking. No ¨entrada,¨ no ¨estacionamiento.¨ After a process of elimination, I drove downward on a dark ramp, and an idling attendant confirmed that this was indeed the hotel parking. I might have expected help with my luggage, but instead he insisted on keeping me waiting while he sprayed my suitcase with disinfectant, after which I trudged up a flight of stairs on my own. Check-in consisted of long periods watching the receptionist stare into the computer, presumably locating my reservation. The room was fine, but was stripped bare of ordinary amenities like drinking cups, much less a coffee set-up. I was the only guest present for the decent breakfast, but the room was abuzz with four staff members energetically spraying and wiping the empty tables around me, which by that point looked less like virus control and more like pandemic theater. I won´t return to the Wyndham.

- 976dericks (2/5): Worst Customer Service - Im sorry for been only able to speak english. How ever the room service menus are only in Mexican so after 30 mins on the phone trying to order food forom 10-15pm to 10-45pm I went down to the reception desk and asked and pointed to the item on the menu. To be laught at and told no its finnished when it clearly says room service till 11pm. I stayed in a room where the TV only is in Mexican and the Music from the BAR was unreal. VERY VERY LOAD. I then asked if I could exchange dollars to peso to allow me to go to a near by shop. To where they basically spoke to each other behind they hand and was told no sorry. Never had customer service like that. It is now 11:48 and the music is still playing very very loud.

We arrived with a broken car window from a different hotel the night before and the security at this hotel were amazing. They parked out car in the hotel garage right in front of the security guard who kept an eye on it for 4 nights while we were there. Excellent Service from everyone!!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you hotel staff!! You were great!

First time was due to the water coming in through the window which resulted in a big puddle. They moved us down a couple doors to a room that has not been cleaned. (Approx time for all of this was 2-3am.) The next room they put us in had a AC unit leak. How I found out was me almost slipping due to the water on the floor. (Early morning restroom run. The room was dark) Last but not least, after minimal rest, they moved us to a room a couple doors down. I let the hotel workers know that this was a big inconvenience and I had minimal rest due to being moved around. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. And to top it off, the manager was not onsite on a Saturday.

But the only redeeming quality which I believe its the reason it maintains a high rating overall is the staff. From desk at arrival makes you feel welcome. Quickly took our bags from our vehicle. And their staff parked the vehicle on their free and inclusive parking garage. Late check was avaible without any issues.

- desmanda (6/5): Disappointing stay, not a 4 star hotel - Had high expectations for this stay, but was sadly disappointed. First the good stuff...nice central location, safe and secure underground parking and beautiful lobby. Downhill from there. The room was average, very dated and well worn. The bed was not comfortable. Decided to eat in the hotel restaurant as it has been a long day on the road. Trying to get seated was a chore for the greeter, even though there was no one else to assist and the restaurant had maybe 4 tables occupied. Once seated, trying to get someone to take our order was again a chore for the unbusy staff. After a 10 minute wait a waiter showed up, took our order and that's the last we saw of him for 35 minutes until our food FINALLY arrived. A drink waiter from the bar provided us our drinks in a timely and pleasant fashion. The food was mediocre. Next...trying to get the la cuenta seemed like we were asking for something they'd never heard of before...20 minutes to pay and the only reason it was that "quick" is was because we gave up on the waiter and went to the greeter/cashier who true to form ignored us. Had to get an employee who was on "break" to come up to the cashier stand to take our money. Anyway, don't waste your money here, they clearly don't want your business
- Michael (8/5): Bad food weird bar (in a good way) - Staff wasn’t super friendly, and the restaurant wasn’t the best, but they do have a weird bar that made me think of Twin Peaks. Good location.
- Jorge (10/5): Pleasant Stay - Our stay here was great and service was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant area conveniently located at a walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is ok.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - 1. The morning after our arrival, I was woken up by loud construction noises happening right outside of our room. 2. Also, there was a dead cockroach in the shower.
- saveursmx (2/5): “Exclusivo” not so much. — rude. - Exclusiiiiivo... you can say that one fast.. In Spanish.. means like.. everything but exclusive. it’s one of those places where the rather unpleasant receptionist makes it clear she is going to give you the worst room she can just as a punishment for booking online through an app... she actually said it. Something along the lines of.. there are much better rooms but as you booked though this app, you get .. meh. So there you go and end up, by the elevators, loud and echoey, ultra loud AC reminds me of a 777 engine on startup, very basic.. definitely not “exclusivo” at all. There are better more charming options down the street for same prices. Lesson learned. Bye bye “exclusivo”, I shall not return and your crap attitude serves you a poor rating... aaaand then there are the hair, not mine, in the bathroom... — I hope Wyndham corporate reads these — why do hotels penalize the end user for booking via the very practical apps... stop doing this!!!!

- Orlando (8/5): - This hotel is always a great choice if you’re looking for an average priced hotel. For the price it’s better than most other cheap hotels in Culiacán. The staff is always great here and very accommodating. The rooms are always clean and have plenty of room. I’ve had issues with WiFi connectivity in the past but I addressed my concern during check-in and must have been placed in a room with no problem. My only issue with this hotel is the the A/C is not the greatest. I’ve stayed here multiple times and the A/C just does not get cold.

- mtrias (8/5): Clean and good rooms - I arrive to this hotel because have one day visit to a show in Culiacan , the city was full and they call me to see if my plans still have my reservation, nice detail, my room was clean and nice amenities...little noise, you hear all that happens in the aisle. The size of the room is very good and bed well. This is in downtown close to several restaurants and lots of options

- olga (10/5): Great hotel, walking distance to tourists places. - I love the Wyndham Executivo Culiacán hotel, this hotel has brought my long distance relationship and I a lot closer. This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel and we feel very comfortable. We are planning to see each other again in 4 months and this will be our hotel that we will be staying at.
- meh! (6/5): Meh! - My reservstion was for one king bedroom, which the bellman stated has a jacuzzi in the room. Instead, I was given a room with 2 queen beds. I am traveling by myself on business-so no need for 2 beds. I overlooked the reservation, and wanted to take a shower before bed. There were plenty of towels, but no bathrobe (which is usually included in this hotel). I called the front desk to request a bathrobe, and was told there are no robes available. WOW! In past experiences, hotels usually upgrade your room at no charge if the hotel cannot accommodate your reservation. Not here, just deal with what you get. Sort of feel like they were doing me a favor. Otherwise, not a bad hotel.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Baseball series in Culiacan, Mexico. - My stay in Culiacan, Mexico was great, people are very friendly, eating out was very interesting and not expensive. Can suggest: El Farallon, Cabanna. My only inconvenience with Wyndham Hotel unknown to me, somehow breakfast was not included, paid separate the morning after our arrival. We were given tickets to hand out upon arriving dining area; employees would ask for or look to see the "bracelet" you normally receive when vacationing at resorts.!? Overall good experience.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel access to everything - The staff was very attentive . We got our room clean daily . No loud noises and the hotel is walking distance to many places where you can shop, eat, and or explore. The restaurant inside is amazing along with the bar.
