• Old horse (10/5): Perfect location of a historical building. - Just next to the Plaza de Armas. Arched roof with local white stone is a unique feature. Room without a window may need better ventilation.

• Narcisa (2/5): - La ubicación Los domingos no hacen servicio, no tienden cama, no ponen mucho papel higiénico, eramos 2 personas y solo ponían una toalla, no ponían jabón a diario, la manija de la ducha estaba dura no se abria fácilmente... y la puerta del cuarto también tenía ese mismo problema, estaba duro al abrir.

• Cinnamon (9/5): A great place to stay in Arequipa. - The location was amazing - right off the Plaza. Staff members were very kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early, after a long night on the bus, and we were so appreciative. The room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony view over the street for people watching.

Il est excellemment situé en plein dans le centre historique Étant situé en plein centre l'environnement peut être bruyant , nous étions en face de la cuisine d'un restaurant avec de la musique forte tous les jours ce qui n'est pas agréable quand on part tôt pour les excursions

• Hone (7/5): Great location and good room but average facilities. - Excellent location, my room was fine and the bed large and very comfortable, I could hear noise from the street but it wasn't excessive and didn't disturb me, the breakfast was unremarkable and plain but filling enough. There's a nice terrace on the roof which was convenient for smoking. The shower had poor pressure, there was a window in my room but it was boarded up so no view but air could get in.

Dobre śniadanie oraz pomocny personel. Dla podróżujących autem należy szukać miejsca parkingowego przy ulicy oddalonej o kilka minut spacerem od obiektu. Obiekt nie oferuje własnych miejsc parkingowych. Imprezowa okolica warto zaopatrzyć się w stopery do uszu 🤗
• Monicadelle (7/5): Buona qualità-prezzo con posizione e staff super - Ottima posizione in centro, staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche un giorno intero. Pulizia migliorabile, bagno e doccia senza acqua calda. Stanze che danno sulla strada un po' rumorose.
• Marie--Laure (7/5): - Emplacement idéal car à 1min de la plaza de armas. En cas d'excursion (get your guide ou autre), la prise en charge à l'hôtel ne pose pas de problème. Le cadre est très joli, la literie confortable. La baignoire de ma chambre avait un trou, assez peu pratique pour se doucher. Toutes les portes de chambre donnent sur le hall, cela résonne pas mal donc éviter si on a le sommeil léger

• anna (1/5): They cancelled the reservation with very short notice - No idea They confirmed our reservation only to cancel it the night before the actual date. They preferred to give our room to some other guests who decided last minute to stay longer.

• Cecilia (2/5): Ubicación bien pero habitaciones muy frías, con camas muy duras y el servicio no te da muchas facilidades - Nos dijeron que nos cobrarían un incremento por pagar con tarjeta cuando la reserva la habíamos gestionado con booking y eso nunca nos había pasado en anteriores ocasiones. Cuando nos quejamos nos dijeron que ya no hacía falta pagar ese extra. Pero la sorpresa es que, cuando fuimos a pagar nos hicieron el cambio de euros a soles como les pareció a ellas y nos acabaron cobrando hasta un 5% más del precio de reserva, lo que cuadraba con el extra que nos dijeron al principio. Total, que se pensaron que éramos tontos.

• Joshua (8/5): Very good - A really lovely room in a lovely hotel, the prettiest and plushest place I've stayed at throughout my trip. Unfortunately they don't give you a key for the front door, you have to ring a bell. One night someone came back at 2 a.m. and they were ringing the bell and pounding on the door for about 15 minutes before someone let them in. They really ought to have someone always at the front desk if they're not going to give guests entrance keys.
• Yuri (1/5): Never again - No hot water on Sunday morning. Wifi network and password shared were wrong. I wasted an hour trying to connect. Noisy ring bell every time somebody arrives to the hotel. Sunday morning bands playing at the main square very early in the morning.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating when our son wanted to move rooms - thank you TV was on during breakfast - a bit noisy and distracting

• Sonia (6/5): Lovely little hostal but no hot water - The building was beautiful, it was clean and cosy. The room was big, lovely windows, great view overlooking a street. Room was comfortable. Staff were friendly. There was no hot water, we spoke to reception and they said to let the tap run for 5 minutes, we tried that. There was no water at all. The city is very cold, this should be a priority.

When we arrived there were dirty sheets on the bed and no towels... we also discovered that lock in the doors don't work, so they were open all the time. Room was more basic than what we thought when reserved.

• Vered (8/5): Colonial building next to the plaza - Colonial building hostal very close to plaza de armas but quiet enough and comfortable. We have been 4 nights last night we got an upgraded room which was really great. Breakfast was very poor. No choice at all. Not tasty. No fruits. In the first nights (double room) there was not enough light.
