And the dogs upstairs were barking all through out the night. We were below the stairs and people were super loud coming up and down.

Josie (1/5): The room was what we needed but the vibe was dirty - I loved that we had a separate room in our room so we didn’t feel too crowded It wasn’t clean-hair all over the shower and left over food on floor .. We reported noice and the guy working the counter didn’t do anything about it, a kid puked in the pool an they didn’t shut the pool down, and there was SO much chemicals in the hot tub I got a pretty bad chemical burn

lila (7/5): It would have been a perfect say we're not for the lack of TV and the lousy couch - The room was very spacious with separation of bedroom from living room and kitchen. Had a nice balcony good views out the window. The TV did not work. The young man from the front desk came up and work to half an hour and could not get the TV to work. We were not very happy at all about that cuz we had all these evenings with nothing to do. Also it needs a new couch. It is so worn out and thread bear the cushions are dropping down below the frame and you end up sitting on the wood frame. For me the couch was a bit of a embarrassment. We did complain and reported the front desk the day we left. The young man said that we should ask for compensation for the lack of the TV. So I guess I am asking for compensation for those 3 days without TV

Lamps in the living room are broken and we're unable to lock our door when we were gone. Not to mention a couple, taking their baby into the sauna after telling staff no one came to talk to them

Sue (4/5): Low price but disappointed! - Run down! We have stayed there a couple years ago but it needs some serious updated help. Beds are awful. You have to request maid service. We didn’t know that until after the fact. Would have at least liked fresh towels!
Sinagra (4/5): Usually is good, this time my spouses birthday was very dissapointing. - The beach was nice and the kitchen facilities worked well. There was very loud construction in the room next to us, the hammering and noise was above tolerable. A man from the next room came and apologized cause he "saw that we were sleeping" so he looked in the room. The internet kept cutting out and was super slow so no streaming of movies or shows. Even youtube couldnt load most of the time.
Jeni (10/5): Great stay - Our room was huge! We got the two bedroom with a kitchen and living room. Two bathrooms, perfect for 5 people. We used the oven and it was so dirty that it smelled up the place for hours.

The rooms were not very clean. Opened a closet and someone’s jackets was left in there. My Parents room had a lot of stains on the carpet. But they’re room was a lot more nice then my Husband and I’s room.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, but furniture is definitely dated and worn -made me feel they were dirty though they appeared clean on the surface.

Mike (6/5): The property needs to be updated and rooms need to be updated. - Friendly staff and cleanse. Beds were comfortable. Ample space. The place needs updated. Deck felt unsafe. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. Pool was too cold and hot tub had too much chlorine, it burned the eyes and lungs.

keiko (8/5): The unit was mostly clean except for the sofa bed , which we had to ask for new sheets. Found crumbs and the sheets were - The property was very open and clean. The sheets on our sofa bed was dirty. You could tell they were not changed. When I opened up the sofa, the sheets were thrown in there. That bed was not even made. There were crumbs of something visible on the mattress. I took photos. Went to front desk requested clean sheets, which he gave us.

adrienne (5/5): I hadn’t stayed here in 40 years when it was GRAND and at its hayday. I unfortunately wouldn’t return dur to conditions - All the staff were great and very friendly, helpful. Lovely view, great location. Great bed in master bed, very comfortable. Workable basic kitchen. Comfortable livingroom couch pull out bed, although had to call for sheets for bed and make it ourselves. Couch and chairs were comfortable. Fireplace in livingroom that was not gas. Playing in the pool and hot tub was fun for our family, they had multiple water floats. Loved the cute lobby area and gathering room with coffee next to it. Furniture there looked to be newer and charming. My room 313 was very broken down (you were allowed to have dogs in our room, although we didn’t have an animal with us). Drapes in bedroom and livingroom were ripped in multiple places, window wouldn’t open, lamp in bedrooms shade was broken and piece hanging off it, window screen was broken and only partially on window, bathroom very worn and chips in tub, three of us staying there, very cheap and thin linens were for two people in bathroom, bathroom lighted dated with one light bulb out, fairly small TV’s in bedroom and livingroom that wasn’t WIFI/bluetooth connectable, deck dirty,and windows clearly not washed in a long time, broken part of a 2 by 4 in bottom of sliding glass door for security, not complete sets of dishes in kitchen, Pool area and hot tub very warn and dirty in many places. Walked by game room in later morning which appeared to have three (one for sure)staff? In it with the vaping smell coming out of it.

Lisa (8/5): Polynesian Resort - Wwe loved the ocean view after we cleaned the smears off of the windows. We loved the doggy friendly accommodations. We enjoyed having a kitchen and separate bedroom from the living area. We enjoyed the soap and sauna. Smudgy windows and mirrors. We cleaned them ourselves so we could see the ocean more clearly.

Ginger (8/5): Great stay overall. - Loved the view from our rooms. We were on the top floor and could see the ocean from all windows. The indoor pool is one if the reasons we select this location for our annual trip. The 3 bedrooms with full kitchen and living space with 2 balconies, one off the bedroom for morning coffee and a large spacious balcony off the living space where 6 people could all be with comfort and not feeling cramped. The staff are always warm and welcoming mak8ng us feel wanted everytime we show up. Love there is a game room and out door space for outdoor activites. We missed the hot tub since it was not working. My shower did get cold on our last day but I had waited until 9:30am so bet everyone in the hotel was having the same idea. The roof balcony in the other room had a soft spot that felt unsafe to stand on. We missed not having extra pillows and blankets in our room but by the time we remembered it was too late for us to even want to ask.

She needed an extra sheet and blanket and was told she had to come get it herself. She had 3 children under 11. She was told that they were the only one that was there and couldn't leave the desk. But it was ok for him to leave the front desk attended for there break. Her room had garbage in the drawers that was not theres and there was garbage under the fold out sofa.

Shirley (4/5): First night good. Second night, a disturbing nightmare. - Big room, fireplace, easy to excess the room from back slider door. We stayed in room 124 on bottom floor. Kitchen was very small. We had a dog with us. Check in was good and day clerk was nice and helpful. The first evening and night was good. The next afternoon a family moved into the apartment above us. The stomping and running was unbearable. We had to turn our TV very loud just to hear it and try to drown out the upstairs noise. My Son went up to speak to them and asked them to try to tone down the noise. It didn’t do any good. I called the front desk and asked them to speak to them. It did no good. After about another hour I walked to the office and let them know again about all the stomping and noise. He said he couldn’t do anything, I asked to be moved into another room, he stated no rooms were available. He also said the noise ordinance was something we had to live with! This place has become a nightmare. Our entire second night was ruined. We suffered through as it was evening and didn’t think we could find another hotel and we had lots of belongings to move. ( and a dog) The rooms do need serious updates very dated. I could live with this just not the rodeo/ circus above us. It truly was awful. The noise didn’t stop until after midnight. I feel we should get a night refund for misery.

Ash (6/5): Not a high end hotel, but units have kitchens, there is a indoor (cold) pool and it is beachfront. - Plenty of free parking, the location is vey close to the beach and you can't beat the price. This is a dog friendly hotel as well. The pool was TOO cold to swim in, the trail to the beach was flooded so we were unable to take advantage of the close distance to the beach and the you need to request room service so I had to go to the office to get clean towels and a dust pan. There is no longer a restaurant at this hotel (as of 2/14/26)

The room was beautiful, had a fireplace, full kitchen, the works. The hot water for the bath was a bit quick. Got like 10 minutes of hot water.

Staff is always incredibly helpful throughout the entire time we are there. We didn't get anytime to ourselves to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Most defiantly will set time aside for that next time.

The heat worked wonderful. We had a room that slept eight and there was not enough silverware for eight people. We fixed it we went to the second hand store and bought extra silverware. My sister's room had 0 Forks all she had was knives she didn't even have a spoon.
