• Latoza (7/5): - The house is very spacious and somehow clean. -The toilet has drainage smell and it's so smelly. If you stay longer, you will get sick. If you could fix that, that would be great. -The pillows need to be replaced -The water from the shower is kinda itchy. Maybe you need to clean your water tank. -Cockroaches in the toilet and kitchen.

• Andrea (4/5): - Wir wohnten vom 20.12.2024 bis 17.01.2025 für 28 Nächte im Haus Nr. 171. Das Haus wimmelte vor Ungeziefer! Kleine Ameisen krabbelten im Wohnzimmer, Eßzimmer und in der Küche auf dem Fußboden, auf den Tischen, über die Anrichte, und in den Schränken der Küche herum. Das Ungeziefer krabbelte in die Tastatur von meinem Laptop und in alle Ritzen. Besonders ekelhaft ist das in der Küche, wo selbst in den Schränken und auf dem Herd während dem Kochen alles krabbelt. Lebensmittel kann man nur in dichten Boxen aufbewahren. Genauso schlimm waren die Würmer, die ständig über den Boden kamen. Anfangs waren es mindestens 20 - 30 Tiere am Tag. Nach meiner Beschwerde kam ein Kammerjäger, dann wurden es weniger, aber es war nicht vorbei. Erst als ich selbst den Spalt im Wohnzimmerboden zur Garage mit Papier zugestopft habe kamen fast keine Würmer mehr, nur noch vereinzelt aus der Küche. Die Bäder sind verschimmelt, Handtuchhalter abgerissen, Regal am Spiegel verrostet und mit grünem Belag überzogen! Ekelhaft! In einem Bad stehen zwei Schrauben vom abgerissenen Handtuchhalter vor. Diese Schrauben sind auf Augenhöhe. Sehr gefährlich! Das Haus, bzw. der Pool sehen nicht so aus wie auf dem Bild oben! Man konnte sich auch kaum wegen den Mängeln beschweren, denn der sehr nette Mann der uns in Empfang nahm sprach kaum Englisch, ich konnte nur mittels Google Übersetzung mit ihm kommunizieren. Bei einer so teuren Unterkunft sollte es selbstverständlich sein, das Englisch gesprochen wird.

• Douglas (8/5): Very good - The location was good and the villa was great. Parking the car was challenging, I drive a Pajero Sport which with the narrow street anf gateway was quite tight to park. The Villa mainly shown in the picture above is not the Avoca Villa. Also, never met with the Agent.

• Jaegu (10/5): so good - 2박동안 머물렀습니다. 파타야 시내하고는 다소 떨어져 있지만 조용하고 좋습니다. 시내까지는 저렴한 썽태우를 이용했습니다. 내부는 리모델링을 했는지 깨끗합니다. 가구는 오래되었으나 지내는데는 전혀 불편함 없습니다. 수영장 수질은 자동으로 계속 순환되면서 정수가 되는것 같았고 자유롭게 이용할수 있어 좋았습니다. 근처에 현지식당, 약국, 편의점 등이 있고 숙소 바로 앞에 걸어서 약1분 정도 거리에 야시장 있습니다. 저녁 및 야식거리 사다가 먹었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 좋았습니다.

No air condition, Jacuzzi was broken, the inside of the swimming pool also is broken, it made my childrens scratched. No hot water for shower. Noisy, Dirty, Very Inconvenient to go out, everytime you want to go out, you must need to call their taxi, one time for 250 bhats. So much angry to stay in this Villa. Not enough toilet tissue, towel for everyday. Many cockroach walk around the slepping room. I swear I will never and forever to find this Villa again in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Joseph (8/5): Nice clean villa - Lovely Villa in a nice quite location.. very clean and we'll laid out. There was just a few issues that let it down a small bit . The mattress on the beds are like something out of an 1 star hostel and a few bulbs gone which are easy to fix considering it's a 4 star villa ... but it's a lovely villa in a quiet location about 5 min drive from the centre of pattaya (walking st) will definitely stay again .

• しんちゃん (6/5): 普通のビィラ - 車などの移動手段が有れば立地的には、問題が無いと思いますが設備やアメニティに問題があります。タオルは日によって数やフェイスタオルがなかったりブラインドは、ほぼ無いので朝の日差しで眠れませんでした。もう少し部屋の手入れをして欲しいと思います。
• Caspar (4/5): På ingen måde pengene værd! - Vi var afsted en familie på 3 med en datter på 6 år, vi havde valgt Pattaya for at hun ikke skulle have for meget ekstra rejsetid når først vi var landet i Bangkok. Vi havde 12 overnatninger i en villa med 2 soveværelser, pool og spa. Tilstanden af bygningen er absolut ikke imponerende, jeg har rejst meget i Asien og især Thailand de sidste 17 år og Villaen her er på ingen måde pengene værd, det er meget typisk Thai ikke at vedligeholde deres bygninger og denne villa var absolut ingen undtagelse. For at starte med poolen som var grunden til at vi valgte villaen, den er kun 2 meter bred og ca 8 meter lang og blev hurtigt for dyb til en pige på 6 år, den ser meget større ud på billederne. Fugerne i poolen mellem fliserne er helt væk, min datter trådte flere gange ned i mellem dem så kanten af fliserne stak hendes storetå så hun græd. Ud i haven havde vi desuden besøg af en stor tusse og en kæmpe rotte. Alle busserne stopper lige ude foran huset så der er en konstant støj hele natten selv om der ikke sker meget i området. Der er enkelte restauranter og bare på vejen, men i det store hele er det et meget dødt område hvilket ikke ville være et problem hvis det så betød at der var stille mem der er der på ingen måde. Hvis jeg skal slutte af med at sige noget positivt var personalet fantastisk søde, men det gør ikke op for at villaen var i en sørgelig tilstand og absolut ikke pengene værd.

• Kelly (4/5): 不會再入住 - 1.Book了車由曼谷機場前往酒店,當到司機也找不到酒店的位置 2.Office與房間不在同一地方 3.入住第一天早上8點鐘停電,停了半小時,房間的電話不能打到Office,幸好有買當地電話卡,才能致電Office查問原因 4.酒店泳池沒有圖片中那麼大 5.酒店職員都很Nice.
• Changsik (8/5): 에어컨의 상태가 좋지 않았음. - 빌라가 밀집되어 있는 지역에 위치하며 Soi 5 근처에 있어 음식점 및 해변으로 가기 편함. 다만 출입문이 자물쇠로 되어있으며(다른 빌라의 경우 리모콘으로 움직임) 선베드 상태가 좋지 않았음. 에어컨의 상태가 좋지 않아 그것이 아쉬웠고 다른건 만족함.
