• 701jannickes (6/5): Beautiful hotel and beach, but several disappointing issues - We were a group of eight staying here, and although the hotel and beach were beautiful, there were quite a few problems that affected our stay. The beds were very hard. The pools were not heated — especially the children’s pool, which should be, because of the large bucket that dumps water over the entire play area. The kids loved playing there as long as it was turned off, but they quickly got cold. There were an extremely high number of Russian guests both at the hotel and in the area. It was difficult to interact with them — no smiles or eye contact. The food had an Eastern European touch, and it felt like the hotel was mainly designed for that market. Staff spoke limited English, which made communication difficult. For example, when we asked to rent a stroller, we were told they didn’t have any, even after showing a picture. My brother went back the next day and asked again, and suddenly they did have one available — so we managed to rent it after all. One of our rooms had an air conditioner that didn’t work. It was also hard to find available sunbeds. People reserved them early in the morning with towels, and often only half were actually being used. There really should be a better system for this. The hand sanitizer dispenser didn’t work on several days during our stay, which is unhygienic considering how many people touch the serving utensils. One person in our group got sick with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. Another person became ill a couple of days later. The person traveling with the first one asked if the hotel had an extra room available to reduce the risk of infection (since it’s all-inclusive and viruses can spread easily). The first staff member said they would arrange it, but another staff member later said no. Otherwise, the beach was nice, the food was varied, the cleaning was good, and the hotel itself looked lovely — but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations.

People are very hospitable and helpful and there is a sense of tradition with regular tourists coming back. Et le plus important dans mon cas : nettoyage de chambre tous les jour, linges changées ! N’hésite pas , c’était une belle expérience et rencontre ! En plus des activités proposées et également variés tout au long de la journée ( comme animation de ballons, spectacle des perroquets , sport dans l’eau/ piscine, gymnastique, Zumba, jeux aux fléchettes , etc); franchement je recommande de toute cœur . Grande variété et beaucoup de choix dans alimentation et les boissons!

• KAMER (8/5): The Beach is very deep - Lake view was nice, we did not use spa... The beach is not good, it is very deep. When you enter a meter, depth becomes 1,5 - 2,0 meters. They put some bricks inside the sea, but it is not working, they have to solve this problem. Best solution is building a dock.
• 678maciejc (8/5): I can’t give it 5 stars, but … - We had a really nice stay here and spent a wonderful, relaxing time by the beach. Warm sea, beautiful garden area, and delicious local food – that’s what we’ll remember the most. The restaurant and lobby bar staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The food was truly excellent – fresh, full of flavor, and with a great variety every day. The large terrace with a nice view and bar service (including shisha) was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. Our room (a triple with a garden view) was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the first room we got was quite small and felt a bit claustrophobic – very tiny bathroom and a narrow 140x200 cm bed. With my height (188 cm), my feet were sticking out! Luckily, the hotel staff quickly and kindly changed our room for a bigger one – thank you for that! There are a few things that could be improved. The hotel doesn’t really look like it was renovated in 2019 – both the rooms and the outdoor furniture seem a bit worn out. The staff are nice and hardworking, but their English is very limited, even at the reception, which sometimes made communication tricky. The weakest point for us were the drinks – inconsistent taste, even when ordering the same one from the same bartender. The safest choice was Blue Lagoon – usually tasted fine 🙂 Overall, I can’t give it 5 stars, but we had a very good experience. For the beach, garden, food, and relaxing atmosphere – yes, we would definitely come back!

• attilaf881 (2/5): Holiday Nightmare - I rarely leave reviews, but after this experience with Loveholidays and Kaya Side Resort in Turkey, I feel I have to warn others. This was supposed to be a 5-star holiday, and it was not cheap. I expected far more than what we got — what we experienced was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. From the moment we landed in Antalya, communication was poor. At the Loveholidays desk in the airport, hardly anyone spoke English. We were given wrong directions to our shuttle and spent almost 40 minutes wandering around, confused, until we had to go back and demand help. Eventually, someone reluctantly showed us where the shuttle was (nowhere near where they first told us). The shuttle itself was a battered 16-seat minibus, covered in dents and scratches, with no air-conditioning in unbearable heat. The driver spoke zero English, and we had no idea how long we’d be waiting, where we were going, or even if we were on the right transfer. The drive felt like a horror movie — constant near misses, and we genuinely questioned whether the driver even had a license. At the hotel, things looked fine at first when we checked into our room past midnight. But the real problems started the next morning. We had specifically chosen this resort because it advertised gluten-free options and even a separate kitchen for allergies. Yet when we asked the head chef about gluten-free meals, he had no idea what gluten even was. That immediately destroyed any confidence we had. Day after day, my wife was served what they claimed were gluten-free dishes, but it quickly became obvious they were not. After just a few days, my wife began suffering from allergic reactions — rashes, stomach pain, and feeling unwell for the rest of the trip. Their so-called “gluten-free” catering was a complete lie, and honestly, I fear for anyone with a serious allergy staying here. The “A la Carte” restaurant was another joke. Promoted as a special experience with excellent gluten-free choices, we were told upon arrival that they had none. The food was just ordinary buffet dishes dressed up differently. It was false advertising, plain and simple. Our guide showed up once, gave us a brief overview of tours, and then disappeared. Calls went unanswered. It was as if he didn’t exist after that first meeting. The only saving grace was the animation team at the hotel. They worked hard to make the stay bearable, with fun parties and activities. Without them, the trip would have been even worse. The return home was the final straw. Just before reaching the airport, we got a message that our flight was delayed 3 hours. A few hours later, it was cancelled altogether. Stranded in a foreign country with no internet, no phone service, and no support from Loveholidays or Wizz Air, we had no idea what to do. We were eventually dumped at a random 2-star hotel in one of the roughest neighborhoods in Antalya. Nobody spoke English, the staff didn’t even know we were coming, and we spent the night awake, terrified. In the end, we had no choice but to pay another €1000 out of our own pocket to get back to Luton the next day. To this day, nobody from Loveholidays or Wizz Air has contacted us to help or even explain. We are still waiting for compensation. Overall, this was the worst holiday we have ever had. For a supposedly 5-star hotel and a professional holiday company, the experience was a disgrace from start to finish. I would never recommend Loveholidays or Kaya Side Resort to anyone. If you value your health, safety, and money — avoid them. I will update this review if anyone finally contacts me regarding compensation. Until then, all I can say is: this was a nightmare trip that should never have happened.

The entertainment crew was amazing with fun daily activities for everyone, those people deserve a raise.The food was delicious, and it had a lot of variety, rooms were clean. • 814merts (2/5): Definitely Not Ultra All-Inclusive – A Very Bad Experience - We chose this hotel because ETS recommended it and based on the score it received. However, we quickly realized that it has no positive aspects at all—except for the cleanliness of the rooms. The variety of food is very limited, and half of the dining area is set up outside, so you have to wait in line under 40-degree heat just to get food. Drinks ordered at the beginning of the meal arrive only at the end. This hotel is definitely not an “ultra all-inclusive” concept. The rooms are old; the minibar only has water and cola, no alcoholic beverages. The bartenders clearly don’t know how to prepare drinks—just a drop of alcohol is added. Some children’s activities are not free. For example, my daughter wanted to do sand painting, but because I didn’t have cash with me at the beach, I told them I would bring it right away. They didn’t allow her to start and made her cry. The water slides are rusty, many people hurt their feet on the rust, yet they are still being used. There was also a car-painting activity; we arrived just before it ended and politely asked if my child could do a little painting. Instead of showing flexibility, they rudely said the event was over, and when I insisted gently, they responded aggressively, even walking toward me in a threatening way. The pool is dirty, sunbeds are old, and the poolside area is full of trash—same with the beach. I was personally picking up plastic cups and throwing them away. Towels are “reserved” as early as 6 AM, so it becomes impossible to find a decent spot later. When we arrived, there was not even a “welcome.” The staff show no interest or care. As for cocktails—there’s no bartender worthy of the name. We ordered cocktails, and they just mix soda, Sprite, and syrup. In short, don’t believe the reviews and scores. For us, this was a very bad experience and a big disappointment.

• Abbie_yy (8/5): Lovely Resort with something for everyone! - We had a fantastic family holiday at the Kaya Side. We were happy with our room, paid for a terrace garden view which would definitely recommend. The food was great, lots of different choices and the Restaurant on the 3rd floor was lovely too with great service and food. Entertainment was good, special shout out to Yusuf and the guy with long hair, can’t remember his name but he was fab too. Also Huseyin in the lobby bar was just fantastic! The extra parties during the day were brilliant, our kids had a great time. The beach bar with live music was really nice in the evenings too. The only downside was the kids club, we have been to many all inclusive hotels with kids clubs. This one was very dull, the ladies weren’t the most friendly. Our kids first day there they said no one spoke to them. Also the kids club itself was really clinical looking inside, no vibrant colours or toys out on display like you normally see at kids clubs (look at Club Tuana in Fethiye for some inspiration - theirs was fantastic!) also found Despite this, we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend!

Ein einziger Kellner hat sich um viel zu viele Sachen und Menschen kümmern müssen, so dass die Qualität entsprechend sank. Das Essen war nicht sehr ansprechend, aber in Ordnung. Wir haben erst an unserem letzten Tag was für die Minibar bekommen. Davor hatten wir nicht einmal Kaffee im Zimmer. Wir haben auch einige Male gesehen, dass Gäste an ihrem ersten Tag Obstteller etc. bekommen. Wir hatten das auch nicht. Ich denke, bei so einem großen Hotel mit so vielen Gästen braucht man entweder mehr Personal oder eine bessere Organisation. Der Strand war gut. Die Kinder hatten Spaß

• pauliusm92 (10/5): Return there again - This summer I was on holiday with my wife in this hotel. The main advantages: proximity to the sea and quite a varied cuisine. Even if your flight is late in the evening, you will be able to have dinner until 12 at night. The room with a sea view was pleasing to the eye every day. Quite a large territory. Friendly staff. We will definitely return there again.

Everything was simply wonderful: from the beautiful location to the amazing entertainment team, the high-quality services, and the genuine attentiveness of the staff. The food was delicious, with a great variety of well-cooked dishes, including plenty of traditional options. Meals were a real treat! Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and enough furniture to easily store all our belongings. The pool area was well customised, offering plenty of shaded areas. Also, the kids’ pool area was really nice! It has everything needed for fun and splashing around, including two slides that adults can enjoy too. The shows and activities throughout the day were diverse, fun, and well-organized. Boredom was simply not an option! A special shout-out to Yusuf and the entertainment team—such great energy and lovely people! A few suggestions: • Some guests were reserving beach sunbeds overnight by leaving towels on them, which made it harder to find good spots in the morning. It would be helpful if staff could clear towels after hours to ensure a fair start each day. • Beach towels are only available at the spa reception, which opens at 8 AM. For early risers who want to enjoy the beach at sunrise or return towels the evening before, an earlier option or alternate pickup point would be appreciated. • Just a note for future guests: the sea entrance is a bit abrupt. This isn’t a downside of the hotel itself, but good to be aware of when planning your beach time. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We left yesterday and already miss it. We will definitely return. I can’t recommend it enough!
• charlenek832 (2/5): Holiday from hell. Couldn’t pay me to stay at this vile hotel! - Booked to come here for a 2 week holiday all inclusive. Ended up moving hotels 6 days in to a different hotel (which took 2 days unfortunately) because quite frankly you couldn’t even pay me to stay at this vile place! We ate at the hotel twice and All 3 of my children were poorly, One taken to hospital via ambulance. I’ve no idea how people think this hotel is hygienic or suitable standards for anyone the food was absolutely disgusting. They had uncovered raw meat sitting next to cooked chicken ect and the state of the cooking appliances…well you can see yourself just violent. If you’re not German it’s pointless going, staff don’t speak English and walk away from you when asking for water for example. The staff are so rude apart from the housekeeping, the manager laughed in my face when I said I was stressed and crying asking for help to get the Tui rep to come to the hotel to move us. The only helpful, nice person there was the guest relations manager I think his name was emrah (maybe wrong) after complaining he was the only person that treated us kindly and respectfully. That’s the only praise I’d give this hotel that one man. I really hope this review puts people off going to this place, I’ve travelled the world this is by far the worst place I’ve stayed at…It was genuinely a holiday from hell.

There is no queue for the restaurant and the food is great. We are looking forward to taste the restaurant à la carte. Animation team is really energetic and it is fun.

Beautiful beach, great swimming pools, very tasty food and the most important - nice people there. I send big greetings to Omer - very nice man working in the beach bar. He is always friendly and smiling, it's a man with good heart. Hope to come back next year. I recommend this place to everybody.
• U6361QXsamanthaf (10/5): Incredible time at this amazing hotel! - We spent 10 nights here at the beginning of June and from start to finish had the most incredible holiday! The Pools were perfect with so much choice of a quieter pool, fun "main pool" kids pool and the slides! We have to give a special shout out to Hassan who on our very first day around the pool made us feel so welcome and helped us locate sunbeds and even provided an inflatable for our little boy which was so sweet! Next shout out has to go to the animation/entertainment team who again made us feel so welcome and even helped to keep our 3 year old occupied nearby whilst we got to play some water polo! Special shout out to Muhammed who organised the daily darts competitions which we thoroughly enjoyed! You're a great member of the team! Personally we felt the staff as a whole could not do enough for you at the hotel and really go above and beyond to make your holiday special. The room was very spacious and clean and when requesting some more pillows they were at our door within minutes! I often feel like people moan with an all inclusive that the food can get 'repetitive' whilst there were some dishes that were repeated there was always something different to try and sometimes, if anything, far too many options! As for daytime entertainment this was also amazing as one day they had a show and bubbles/inflatables on the grass area which our little one loved and we thought was such a great idea. We also loved the evening entertainment on the grass area where there is a themed party on the Saturday night. This was great for both children and adults and our little one especially loved the popcorn machine that was available there! Such a nice touch! Having the beach right on your doorstep was a huge bonus! and the Beach bar was lovely to sit at and have a drink in the afternoons and evening. Special shoutout to Idris who made us feel so welcome here! Do I believe there are 'posher' larger hotels in Turkey to stay at - yes but personally for us, this was nothing short of perfect. We were so sad to leave - in fact writing this review is making me sad because I wish we were back there! If you are looking for a chilled yet fun family holiday in Turkey we could not recommend enough!

Hotel needs some investment and improvement. Some stuff behaviors were not very friendly, they could be more smiling and also enjoying what they are doing.
• ibrahim (6/5): - I recently stayed at Kaya Side Hotel for 7 nights and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price point. Firstly, the hotel is quite weak in terms of entertainment and activities. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, Kaya Side offers significantly less value. The food was not terrible, but lacked variety — it felt like the same dishes were served every day. Additionally, there were noticeable hygiene issues with the dishes, particularly with the beverage glasses, which were often dirty. Another major issue was the severe lack of sunbeds both at the beach and by the pool. Finding a sunbed felt like a survival game — you had to wake up extremely early just to reserve a spot. This shortage caused unnecessary stress and discomfort for guests. It also seemed that the hotel was understaffed, which affected the overall service quality. When comparing it to other resorts I've visited, such as Kaya Artemis in Cyprus, Kaya Side falls short in nearly every aspect. For the same price, there are much better hotel options available.

• 370laurynap (6/5): Review - Feedback on Our Stay: 1. Room condition: The rooms are in need of renovation. 2. Bathroom issues: The shower cabin in our room was leaking at the joint. 3. Room type mismatch: We had booked a double room, but received a room with two separate single beds. Neither of the beds was wide enough for two people, so we had to push them together, which caused discomfort. 4. Beach conditions: The seabed is rocky, slippery, and becomes deep very quickly, which may be unsafe for some guests. 5. Sunbed availability: To get a sunbed, it is necessary to reserve it early in the morning. Otherwise, it is almost impossible to find one later in the day. 6. Humidity: There was high humidity in the rooms. 7. Air conditioning: The air conditioning is centralized, but it cooled the room fairly well. 8. Drinks and food: The cocktails were very mediocre, while the food was decent. Would we choose this hotel again? – No.

• 975gytisg (10/5): Big applaust to Hasan and Fatma - We stayed for one week at this hotel. The stay was excellent because of these two persons: Fatma and Hasan. Hasan helped us in each daily situation, if we need any help he was always on time and he did more than we asked- big big thanks to him from Lithuanian family! Fatma always helped us to clean our places - we just needed to sit and do not care about anything. i would strongly recommend to go to this hotel but once you hear look for Fatma and Hasan! they will make your holiday dream came true.
• Paul (8/5): - The staff were great, very polite and attentive. The location is great, being able to walk a few yards to the beach is fab. Having two pools was nice as one of them is away from the speakers although you can still hear the music / people talking on the microphone. The areas which i feel could be improved are, turn the volume down on the speakers, this disturbs people who want a quite relaxing time around the pools. Reduce the number of times the entertainment staff come round asking for people to join in the classes or play games, this in my mind is not required, it down grades the hotel. The variety in the food needs improving, the number of different options was very limited, the food is good in taste just having different options would be better.

My second time staying here and the quality of the room service, customer service and food hasn’t dropped at all. All the staff were nice and welcoming. Unfortunately we went a few days before the season started to the beach bar opened on my last day but in peak season everything is open.
• Jet729397 (4/5): Not recommended for families - Disappointing stay at Kaya Side Hotel! This so-called 5-star Ultra All-Inclusive experience was a huge letdown—many facilities were closed, food was repetitive and below standard, and the service was indifferent at best. The room was poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt like the hotel was shutting down for the season rather than welcoming guests. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never stay here again! Special mention for the so-called "Family room'' with lake side view, with horribly loud music every night from the hotel Megasaray on the other side of the lake''. We could not relax and close our eyes until midnight minimum. Look a bit longer, you'll find a better hotel, I am sure.
• 917johncardiff (10/5): Kiya Side a really great value 5 star Hotel ! - This lovely hotel really DOES deserve its 5 star rating. The hotel building itself and its extensive mature gardens and extensive sandy beach...aswell as several huge pools ...is so much nicer than so many of its more recent and overlarge competitors, and the rooms generous and well equipped. Also the huge range of delicious food on offer all through the day in its main restaurant and poolside restaurant (plus poolside bar) make this a fantastic holiday hotel to relax at and eat well...especially on an all inclusive deal. Also...the staff are all very friendly, and were happy yo move our room to an even better sea view when they could. Also, the cheap bus into Side Old and New town (20 mins) stops right outside the hotel and is frequent, and the old town with its old Grecian ruins and pretty shops and restaurants and bars well worth visiting. Prices in Turkey are rising, but it is still a great value destination and Kiya Side Hotel the best place to stay !! Jon and Lee Morgan.
• Meghna (7/5): Good all inclusive option for families - The F&B chef was accommodating to dietary requirements, the guest services staff were helpful in dealing with Turkish airlines regarding my lost luggage and lent me a charger, the sheesha and moped hire owner was very helpful. Female hair stylist was great, Grilled olives were memorably delicious. nail technician not good, nails started chipping the next day and hurt fingernails by over drilling. Prices were inconsistent and higher than later advertised. Waitress pretended to not understand English for drinks order. Octoberfest was well done. Front desk staff on last day were not pleasant to deal with when trying to sort out airport transfer which had not showed up, follow through was not good. Complimentary toiletries not fully restocked. Pool towel had bad stench.
• ltU4006QR (10/5): Great holiday - Just home from a fantastic holiday here at kaya side. Was a last minute decision for my daughter and i to travel for this holiday but I am so glad we did. The hotel was lovely and provided a relaxed atmosphere around the pools. Being October the pools were cold this time of year but very big pools and lots of sunloungers, the beach was beautiful and a great place to relax in the daytime and good for swimming. Food was ok, always something but repeated we stayed 1 week. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel. Special thanks to Emerhan(not sure if this is correct i hope so) who works in the beach bar in the evenings. He made us feel so welcome from the 1st evening of our holiday such a kind and hard working person, always happy. Rooms were spacious and clean. We watched some of the shows in the evening they were ok, and my daughter loved the foam party and also the bubble fest. Overall was a nice place to stay and a great atmosphere .

• davidpP7122MF (8/5): Good 2 weeks in the sun - Spent 2 weeks at this hotel and we all had a great time all the staff work very had abd the place is kept very clean .we had a room overlooking the pool which was very nice with good air con ..The WiFi worked great in most places around the hotel and grounds ..The food was typical all inclusive food but there was always something nice on the menu..the pool snacks bar was very good the lunchtime...The entertainment in the evening was OK with a couple of professional singers/bands on ..This hotel is mainly German and Polish...we were one of 2 groups from the UK but overall we couldn't fault the place and the weather was wonderful

• Elvira (9/5): Nice vacation! - Good hotel for what we paid, the stuff was very nice, the food was good, the beach is clean and sandy. Some good à la carte restaurant options if you want to change from the buffet. There is a bar next to beach so always easy to get refreshments. They have tennis courts, beach volleyball, other water sports, so overall many things to do during the day. Overall, we had a good stay! A bit too many families with kids for my taste, gets a bit loud.
• Susanne (10/5): - Es istceine sehr große, sehr gepflegte große Anlage mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal, alle waren sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden nochmal ins Kaya Side reisen.Die Zimmer sind groß, man hat ausreichend Platz, Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sauber gemacht und die Mini Bar wurde auch immer aufgefüllt! Das Personal an der Rezeption war zuvorkommend und hat sich sehr schnell um alles gekümmert. Fast jeder konnte sehr gutes Englisch sprechen, somit gab es auch keine Verständigungsprobleme. Liegen am Pool, sowie am Strand waren genügend vorhanden!

Moreover the staff has been absolutely brilliant. Everyone is kind, smiling, trying to do the extra mile for the guests. They really made us belive that we are their friends and they care about us. Seriously can't name a single thing we didn't like! Thank you guys was an amazing experience! If I really had to find something I would say they could have tissues in the rooms. The hotel next door is playing very loud music throughout the night but that didn't bother as much.

Sometimes events planning was weird, e.g. Octoberfest party starts at 12:30 and ends at 15:00... Why? And of course there are no tents or places to hide when there is +30C outside. And maybe have two kinds of beer - normal and craft? SPA is very expensive.

• Thesun2003 (9/5): Great place for spending a lazy family holiday - Our room was 43 square meters, it was enough for many people, even though we had only 2 adults and one toddler. When we arrived, a baby cot was already installed. We had a pleasant surprise twice. First, just after we arrived, we got a gift from the hotel - wine, fruit, and some sweets. Another time, when I had a birthday, they provided us with another gift again - wine, fruit, and some sweets. The restaurant has so much food - plenty of choice, you can try different dishes almost every day. All the dishes from lamb were amazing! The beach is clean and tidy.

• Юлия (9/5): The whole vacation was really nice and pleasant in all the aspects! - The Kaya Side vacation was amazing! The beach is really nice, but it'fully occupied on Sunday since early morning. The food and menu of the main restaurant has great variety and is always fresh and delicious =) The staff team is really professional, polite and respectful =) Thanks for the pro approach! The restaurants are pretty coo, but the host of the Greek restaurant is rather rude actually and even forgot to add our booking despite we did it personally to the same lady... The superior room with the lake view and balcony was fantastic! All is weel 4.8 of 5! Number of desk chairs, the staff of the Greek restaurant attitude to the guests.

Ps you can get a bus from Antalya to Manavgat and then there’s minibuses that stop by all the resorts, that journey costed 80Lira Pp around €3.70. I wish they encourage people to get into the swimming pools more but even then it was all amazing

• Svetlana (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay - All in all, we liked our stay at Kaya Side. The staff was friendly and spoke several languages (at least Turkish, English, German and Russian). The instructions provided on the premises were also in these languages. Early check-in was possible (upon availability). The rooms had everything you need for a comfortable stay (incl. dental kit, shaving kit, bathrobes etc). Beach towels were provided at SPA and changed every day. In general, the facilities were well-maintained and clean. The food was plenty and very well cooked. The fruit selection (peaches, water melon, even sometimes figs etc) was really good and its taste amazing! The beach is mostly sandy with pebbles close to the water. Within 1,5-2m from the beach it gets deep. in the middle/ 2nd half of August, the water was warm and pleasant to swim in. We saw water sports facilities nearby (parasailing, jet ski etc). Sun loungers were comfortable. Early check-out (we had to leave at 5:30 am due to an early flight) was no problem. We were even provided with lunch packages, for we couldn't have breakfast on that day. Thank you very much! - During our stay, the hotel was fully booked. During breakfast and lunch, there was no problem to find a place since there was either a larger time slot to have a meal (breakfast) or more space/ opportunities to have a lunch/ snack. At dinner, it was a bit chaotic. Once you've had a table though, it was fine. - The selection of wines could have been better. - The smell in the rooms (might be due to air conditioning; once we switched it off, it was fine).

Lecker und bekömmliche Speisen, sogar für Zöliakie- Geplagte gibt es glutenfreies Essen. Freundliches Personal und gelungene Animation. Selbst für einen Kurztrip ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen. Entspannung garantiert.
