- hpisles (8/5): Good, clean hotel - We chose this hotel because it was near the Autostrada and also MonteCassino Monastery. It had a parking lot and parking was free. Even though we were here in the slow months and there was few people staying here, we constantly saw people tidying and cleaning everywhere. The Front Desk Person spoke English and asked if we wanted to see the rooms before deciding to stay or not. We did decide to stay and got a single standard room for our friend and a double standard room for us which was near by. Both rooms were good size, very clean and the beds were comfortable. Flat Screen TV, hairdryer and the wifi worked very well. The room prices were very reasonable and included breakfast. The hotel itself is getting a little worn around the edges but we saw people working on various areas to spruce things up. They had photos and a large display case of WWII items found around that area and was very interesting. The staff here are exceptional. Everyone was friendly, informative, and helpful.

We had family business to attend to and this family owned hotel was the perfect place to stay. It sits at the mouth of the autostrada , which was perfect for us to come and go In any direction with comfort and ease and not be part of the daily congestion of Cassino. Our newly renovated Room was extremely clean , fresh and modern , and the rooms continued to stay that way, comforting and warm to come back too ! Our days were Busy , so once we were down in the dining room for breakfast we were treated with top notch customer service by one of the family members. Marco and Claudio ; whom were intently hands on and both had exceptional customer service... From the arromas of freshly brewed expressos and cappacino to the sweet purfumes of freshly baked italian Panne Tones, Tortes , Cakes but to my favourite , cream filled Croissants ...All this made us look forward to coming back to our hotel for dinner. The Food was beyond our expectations !,,...freshly harvested produce , classically Italian signature dishes with simple ingredients that echo Italian culture that stayed true to the harvest , but best of all Marco and Claudio made sure that their selection of wine accopanied our dinner with great knowledge and perfectly !, While your their please say hello to the Matriach of the family. Anna and Rafaele . They are the perfect hosts through and through in a very competitive industry.

- diego (8/5): comodo ideale x una sosta x raggiungere l'abbazia - la pulizia della stanza è stata corrispondente alle aspettative ,grandi ambienti e pratici i servizi igienici e la doccia anche x un extra size.è presente in tutto l'albergo segni di usura temporale .tipo fioritura di umido e alluminio della doccia .buona la qualità del servizio e dei servizi . e ottima posizione facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada roma/napoli(CASSINO),con parcheggio .nonostante sia sulla strada insonorizzazione buona e ambiente confortevole buona seppur limitata la colazione buona pasticceria seppur mancano affettati da equiparare a breakfast europeo
- Michele (8/5): Tappa su viaggio - lo abbiamo usato per far tappa in un lungo viaggio. è a 2 km dal casello, parcheggio interno, perfetto. avevamo una stanza ristrutturata che era comoda ed accoglienre, le aree comuni necessitano di una ristrutturata, ma i propoetari lo tengono al meglio. Personale molto cortese, disponibile ed educato, sicuramente al di sopra della media nazionale. Se mi ricapota ci torno!
- 770hanks (6/5): Great staff, very accommodating. - This hotel has the chance to be great. It is a bit run down, bit the staff tries really hard. The first room they put us in had a fridge that didn't work and air conditioning that didn't work. The desk clerk apologized profusely and put us next door where everything was working fine. The elevator was working but was a bit cantankerous. The bed were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower with lots of hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was typical with some dolces and coffee or cappuccino and Some choices for juice. If they continue to update their property it will be great. It was very inexpensive. Since this was only a way stop on our way to Pontelandolfo to visit family and to see the abbey, at 65,00 Euro, it was a good value.

- LaetusAmens (10/5): Nice hotel and restaurant - We stopped there due to a car breakdown. The staff of the hotel was really nice and cheerful during our stay. They helped us for orientation and during this quite difficult moment. The renovated rooms were clean, very spacious and calm. We also ate several times of the restaurant and the food was typical, good and once again the staff was very kind.(and the prices are cheap ;-)) They even offered us a bottle of champagne for our birthday! So we highly recommend it to anyone who travels around the area and wishes to stop in a cool and typical place.

La doccia non scarica, le condizioni del box e dei sanitari sono pessime essedo sporchi ed ammuffiti. Al limite delle più elementari norme igieniche.

- Sagrario (2/5): No se corresponde con las fotos. - La habitación que nos dieron en el tercer piso, no se corresponde en absoluto con ninguna de las fotos, ni tampoco las del restaurant. Lo que nosotros vimos necesita ser reformado en su totalidad: muebles viejos, faltaban luces y lámparas sin bombillas, televisión antigua con la mitad de los botones arrancados. En el baño no funcionaba la cadena del water, de la ducha apenas salía un chorrito de agua, ya que estaban todos los agujeros llenos de cal. Únicamente positivo la atención del personal, que como en casi todas partes de Italia fueron muy amables.
- Frankie_Roo (10/5): Worth a Visit - We only needed to stay for one night, but our room at this hotel was easily the most spacious and comfortable out of all of the hotels we stayed at during our month in Europe. My favourite thing was the huge shower! The staff are very approachable and courteous, and served us a delicious breakfast of fresh pastries, coffee and juice. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here to anyone travelling in the area (near Rome and Naples).
- 439michaelh (8/5): Marco is fantastic! - The "New" rooms are nice but the best feature of this hotel is Marco at the desk. He's the best! He is helpful with everything! The breakfast is just basically just croissants and coffee. The roadside location is easy to find but a bit noisy.

- luciog785 (8/5): At home under the Abbey - As soon as you arrive in Cassino, before going to Abbey, you must go there. I found good home cooking and beautiful people that made me feel at home. I recommend you try the "tagliatelle alla Campagnola".....very delicious.
- KikiEdinburgh (4/5): Hotel Campagnola, Cassino - It would seem that there are different categories of rooms. I was in a large group - so I think we were given inferior rooms. The plus points were that there was a plentiful supply of fresh towels and the bathroom looked very new and clean. The sheets on the bed were fresh and crisp. However, the bed-spread was stained and one of the pillows contained a hard chunk of foam in the centre. Breakfast was restricted to one slice of bread from a basket on the table. There was a portion of jam at each place setting. Cheese and sliced tinned meat were on a buffet table. One portion of butter per guest was allocated on the table. Also there was one croissant per guest on the table. We had to ask for hot water for tea every morning for breakfast. Coffee was automatically left in a stainless-steel uncovered jug on the table. The evening meals were horrible - one evening the main course was a piece of warm meat and a plate of lettuce !!! Another evening the main course was a plate of rice with a few mushrooms - supposedly rissotto. I personally did not have issues with hot water due to the timing of showers, but other rooms did not have any hot water at all until they mentioned it to reception. The reception staff were friendly but the dining staff had to be asked over and over again for hot water therefore overall service is average. I would say the location is poor as town was a 40 minutes walk away, so without a car , the visitor is stranded. Having read one of the other reviews which raved about the hotel, I can only assume there are two wings to the hotel or perhaps it is not a genuine review.
- pauln861 (10/5): Outstanding - This is by far the best deal in town of Cassino. A snap accessibility off the highway, finest food you will enjoy and savor in region. It's like eating at home, their home made pasta dishes are superb, appetizer and main courses will keep you coming back. The new rooms make u feel like a prince or king. Bright, spacious and for the price you will think you're a millionaire. Talk about friendly and the Quagliozzi family that has owed and personally operated this magnificent hotel and restaurant wrote the book on 'we treat like royalty. I've travelled the world on my capacity of leader for global companies and have lived both on east, west coast and in Italy. When I'm at home in my home town nearby, I lunch and dine here half the time and when I'm tired and I live only 14 mns away, have a beautiful contemporary home with spectacular views, I stay overnight in one of their beautiful rooms. If you want TI feel like a millionaire, this is the place for u, bar none.
