- MATT (8/5): New hotel near Zona T. - I noticed this hotel on the site. I thought it looked good in the pictures but it didn't have any reviews so I assumed it was new. I booked 2 nights to try it out because it was only $25 and close to Zona T which has alot of bars and restaurants. The hotel is on a street with several auto repair shops, but a couple streets away are restaurants and Zona T is 15 minutes away by foot. The area felt safe and I never had any problems walking home at night. The hotel is either new or has been remodeled. Everything in the bathrooms was new, fresh paint in the rooms and a nice outdoor patio for breakfast which consisted of fruit, juice, coffe, eggs and bread. The manager is great, is always around and did confirm that the hotel was only 2 months old. My room was small but I didnt mind as i was alone but the bed was comfortable and there are new flat screen tv's. There is a little street noise but didn't bother me too much. My only complaint is that the laundry service was overpriced, but I think that is something that they will work out. I would definitely stay here again.
