I have stayed recently in other hotels in the area and in Colombia, and this is the only place that taxed me for the room. The receptionist claimed they are required to do so.

Then she told me she didn´t recieved the confirmation of my room, dispite of the fact I had my confirmation number. She couldn´t change some money to pay my taxi.
